Needed to replace my sons phone so I bought a n IPhone 13 pro and gave my son my IPhone 11. I went to the local Apple store initially and they tried to talk me into a IPhone 13 because the pro was on a 4 week back order. Decided to come to The local Verizon store ( Cellular Sales) where Irving walked me through all of my options. Went ahead and ordered the IPhone 13 pro which Irving had for me in 10 days. The transaction was super smooth from start to fishing and I wasn’t pressured into an upgrade. I’ll definitely be going back when I’m due to upgrade the next go around. I worked with Dustin for 2 days trying to get my new phone set up and get everything transferred. Day one was easy got my new phone but for some reason all of my music wouldnt transfer over. Wow, what incredible service I received from Verizon Sales Rep Heath Stout. After a year of weak cell service with Xfinity Wireless I knew I had to switch. I first attempted to switch to AT&T but their customer service was so poor I returned to Verizon. I’ve used this particular retail store many times, and they have always helped me. This time was no exception.Due to a variety of issues, it took almost 3 hours to get the switch to happen. Heath stuck with it and, thanks to his perseverance, I now have reliable and fast Verizon again.

I finally made the switch to team Iphone and couldnt be happier. Dustin was very helpful he got all my emails and phots transferred over and even took the time to help me reset a few passwords I didnt know I will be contacting him directly if i need anything else.

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON CORPORATE STORE. I had horrible service and wondered why the rep wouldn’t give me a better breakdown of what to expect on my new bill. He also didn’t explain I would be charged over $200 taxes upfront for “FREE” phones until we got to the end of the transaction. This store also charges a $40 setup fee in addition to the Add/Change $40 fee you will later see on your Verizon bill. This also was not explained upfront - zero transparency. All this after being locked in to a new plan and the old cell phone was wiped. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE MORE TRANSPARENT about the fact that they are a dealer and not a corporate store. THIS STORE ALSO LIED ABOUT THE TRADE IN VALUE VERIZON WOULD GIVE FOR MY IPHONE X AND MY SON’S IPHONE 8!!! Aaron Thomas and Sam Ramos were the sneaky sales people that handled my transaction.

As a Seabrook resident, the location and small town atmosphere is awesome. No more driving in traffic to a busy mall, standing in line, or taking a number. Good customer service here. I cant remember the name of the girl who helped us but she was very helpful. She was new but Christina helped her with transferring our data from one phone to another. Would recommend this place. Phones displayed at this location was not as vast as the Baybrook location and no tablets on display.

Nick is the rep any company would want. Its not about the one sale, he follows up, always quick to respond after he has completed the sale. Good sales people make the sale, great sales people make the sale and create relationships with their customers. He is the best!

Ive been to this location several times and gotten great technical help. However, things seem to have changed, when I visited last week to check on phone upgrade eligibility and potential cost savings, I was only offered an $8 savings and that did not include a new phone.A really great helpful lady in the Verizon call center found several charges on my plan that I was not using and removed them, along with a small loyalty reward, all together saved me about $30 a month...and upgraded my phone. Sooo, you might want to check the call center rather than using this location.
