Terrible experience. He wanted $50 to transfer my service to another phone and then told me I would have to upgrade my plan. Take me back to the Virgin Co. days.

I have never had a worst customer service experience. First I was charged an extra $75 even then I was willing to pay it but the grumpy representative behind the counter continued to scream at me. I asked for either his manager or the number for the corporate and his name and he said he would call the police before he gave his name. I explained I simply needed his first name because he had treated me terribly and he threw my new phone And the company card without the name or number at me and told me to get out and told me otherwise he would call the police for loitering. I will never use this company again

I was amazed at how quickly and thorough the man was that help me at the counter I made a phone call to the store before coming in and he assured me he could help it wasnt easy for me cuz I had just lost my father a day prior he was very considerate and I wouldnt hesitate to come back or recommend this place

Yedo is the best. So helpful, great customer service, went out of his way to understand what I needed & to make sure I understood everything step by step that needed to be done. N he completed everything I needed done. Also made sure I left understanding everything I needed to about my new phone. I will happily to back there, as long as Yedo is working, if I need help with my new phones.The store was clean n easily found n good amount of parking. But most of all the customer service was above n beyond!!! Thx Yedo!!!

Go across the street to walmart. 150 dollar phone here would cost about 120 at walmart. Same exact phone

The most Dishonest, Disorganized and UNprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I went in for an advertised phone that was out of stock. I was promised that if I ported my number in and bought another phone I could exchange the temporary phone for the one I switched my plan to Boost Mobile for. I made 3 trips to the store trying to make the correction, spoke with the general manager (Kyle) twice and in the end was refused the exchange because of a technicality. I ported in 4 phone lines, bought 4 new phones, spent hundreds of dollars and the SERVICE is So TERRIBLE I will be switching back to T-mobile immediately! Do Not use this business, I Promise you will regret it!

Bought a new phone and I should of went 2 best buy like I always do the warranty is way way better and cheaper u would think it being a boost moble store it would be a better deal
