My experience with Seattle Collision was excellent from start to finish.The charming gal - Diana - did the estimating and surprised me with what I thought was a very reasonable estimate. My car was promised back in 3 days, and indeed it was. Workmanship on the damage area was first rate. Car looked like new. As someone who isnt knowledgable about cars and does not have much expendable income, it is always nerve wracking to take my car into a new shop for a problem. The folks here were friendly, thoughtful, prompt, and ended up solving the problem in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible. I greatly appreciated the service I received and will not hesitate to come back.

I went in with a scratch, and they were able to buff it out in no more than 5 minutes while I waited. All other collision centers werent able to schedule even a consultation that day! They did a great quality fix on my car after I hit a dear and smashed my headlight. Can’t even tell it happened! I didn’t need a loaner car or rental but they were good about offering. Good feels of a local family owned spot. Good communication throughout and they interfaces with my insurance.

2017 Kia Rio in after a piece of my chain decided to come undone and ruin my paint job on my wheel well. They told me its one of them more inexpensive repairs but they did it with great craftsmanship. It looks like it never even happened. They were able to do it in a day and a half. They were the most reasonably priced out of all the quotes I got, and the car was returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in which in my book is a huge plus. I will probably go back here for any more auto repairs I have to do because their service was excellent.

Excellent job and service! They delivered my car ahead of time, and the work was outstanding. I had a dent on the hood, they paint work so far looks as if new! My car was well taken care of. Repair, cleaned and very efficient. Being an inexperience person regarding car repair, I felt respected and fair treated.Highly recommend!

I would only get repair work done here! They have amazing service and gave our car back clean and fully repaired! They also communicated with you and organized a rental car all on your behalf! Nothing but 5 stars!

I went here after someone backed into me because they were a preferred State Farm facility. The staff was ok- not super friendly, but fine. They got it done w/in the time they said and did a decent job- it wasnt amazing, but it was fine. But the biggest issue is that when I picked up my car it had a GIANT crack across the the whole middle of my windshield. I noticed as soon as I got in the car (it was parked in their lot facing a fence) and immediately alerted them before leaving and the guy (Im assuming the owner?) came out and said that it likely happened b/c I already had a crack and they put it under heat treating. I hadnt seen a crack there and I had another small divot that didnt turn into a giant crack. He said no one had touched my windshield, even though they cleaned it, and he said it wasnt his fault. I took it up with State Farm and the guy changed his story and told them that it had been sitting outside and likely got really hot (in Seattle) and it cracked when they sprayed it with cold water to wash it but that his techs hadnt seen the crack (its 3 feet wide so I dont know how thats possible). The long and the short of it is that I took it in and it was damaged when they returned it but they said its not their fault. Its one thing if things go wrong, but for a business owner to take absolutely no ownership of something that happened in his facility and then to change his story when talking to State Farm shows an extreme lack of integrity. If you want mediocre work from a shady business with no integrity, this is the place for you.

They had forgotten to detail my car, but overall it was a good experience paint looks good, tail light looks good (what was damaged in accident) the customer service was good. I had them replace a light that was out (separate issue from accident) it looks great and I have had no problems, scheduling was easy, would recommend.

After my car was rear-ended at a traffic light, I randomly picked Seattle Collision Center for repairs because it was near my house. How lucky was I! They were very easy to communicate with, and extremely professional, organized, and accommodating. They turned what might have been a stressful affair into a breeze. They did a great job with the repairs, within a reasonable time frame, and I would not hesitate to work with them again. I highly recommend this business.

Ive had my car in here four times in the past five years and the work done is always great. It comes out looking as though no body work had to be done, with the metal work and paint always looking like the original. Todd is always helpful and treats me fairly and is willing to answer my questions about the repairs on the car as well as other unrelated automotive questions I might have. I have dealt with Seattle Collision in conjunction with insurance claims as well as when it didnt involve insurance and in either case the price was fair and the quality of work was excellent. Its also extremely convenient that the shop is about five blocks from my house.Full disclosure here: I work for the insurance company who also insures my vehicle, and while that company has a working relationship with Seattle Collision this in no way impacts my decision to recommend them for repairs. In fact, my first time visiting them was at the recommendation of another insurance company when someone else had hit my car, and since that visit Ive always gone back.

Took my car in, realized I needed it for the weekend, called them up and they got it back to me. Brought it back and they finished the door. Worked through insurance company. Happy with results.

Did a really good job...said 3 days got it back 10 days later... ouch... at least the rental was nice

As frustrating as wrecking my car was the staff at Seattle collision did everything they could to minimize the inconvenience of having to get my poor car put back into shape. From arranging my rental to dealing with my insurance company all of it was handled by Diana in the office. I picked my car up the day they called and said it was done and was surprised to see that the whole car had been cleaned inside and out. Add in a lifetime warranty on the collision repair and I will happily return for future repairs.

Lack of communication. They are short staffed so slow to complete job at hand. Never received notice of when work was started so I could get a rental. Spent most of the week asking coworkers for rides to and from work. Also no vehicle through the weekend.

Expensive, but hey, thats what Ins. is for😂😂😂
