Auto Center staff are HOPELESS. A family member stopped here on 10/27/21 to get tires rotated on a car he just picked up to drive to Washington. He checked in, waited, went to check on his place in line, and was told he was not in the system.They supposedly put him in a second time, and gave him a piece of paper this time. After waiting some more, he checked a second time, again, he was told he wasnt in the system, and put in a THIRD TIME.When he checked, yet again, they insisted he was not registered for an appointment. NO ONE did jack doodly to assist a customer who had been WAITING FOR TWO HOURS, so he left.He tried to call in to complain to a manager, but conveniently none are available. He was transferred to one of the incompetents that was standing at the counter, who still did nothing.My advice is AVOID THIS AUTO CENTER.The last straw was he lost the headache medicine he had purchased when leaving. Its gonna be a long day.

I get Walmart is going through a remodel, but you cant even walk down the aisles right now they are so small. Other than that its the same issues with not enough cashiers or lanes open. I have noticed a lot of outdated foods as well. Again, I know they are going through a remodel and still trying to get things together which is why my rating is still a 3 star. They greeters are always so kind and loving to my girls and I was glad to see they brought the smiley stickers back. It goes a long way with the kids. I also dont get how they can either require or strongly suggest masks but arent sterilizing or even wiping down carts anymore. Shelves use to be bare but are now stocked which I was also happy to see. They need a little more focus on sizes though. They hardly have any of my oldest size clothes but always enough for my youngest.

I just can’t with this Walmart anymore. I would like to be able to go in there and grab what I need quickly, but in the three years that I’ve been living in Selma that has never once happened. Lines are ridiculously long, or they’re out of stock of what you need, or what you need is behind a locked cabinet but only one person in the department has the key to it, and if they’re helping another customer you have to stand there and wait while the two other employees for that department just stand there twiddling their thumbs. Makes no sense whatsoever.

Sad Walmart. Horrible customer service. Yells at employees- smells. No Carts. Only 2 cashiers. The cute one left. Holy vests. Fat.

This particular one is so close to my house rhat i can run a quick trip for all my needs in minutes. They have everything for my family and the staff is always great some of them i know by name Awesome place

This particular walmart is supposed to be a super center, but its quite limited compared to the Hanford location.

Nice open space to walk threw clean asiles but staff needs an attitude adjustment especially when a costumer is only asking for some help on something only an employee can do.

No shampooers for rugs no bakery items old dates in them no baskets to shop to put your things in it small store and messy Hanford is alot better never again

Well this place was ok. Not too sure if this store is currently going through a remodel but they hardly had anything stocked and everything seemed a mess. On top of that I had an issue checking out because the card readers were not working. Now there auto center on the other hand are fast professional and straight to the point. They suggest items to try and help one save meaning they go out of their way to help. Angel was really helpful and hes the soul reason why I didnt rank 2 stars. His customer service was amazing!

This is my store Its close to my house and convenient. On this trip I was there to buy a barbecue and had the best customer service had 4 employees to help retrieve the barbecue off the shelf brought it out to my car helped load it it was a very enjoyable experience

WORST Walmart I’ve ever set foot in and that’s saying a lot! Rude management team, lazy employees, store is all over the place and items are all of order. If you’ve signed up for Walmart plus be warned before placing deliver orders because this store will always screw its up. Oh…and their excuse for everything is they’re having system issues. Always saying sorry but screwups keep occurring.

This Walmart has always seemed different to me in the fact that it was never as bare and sterile like other wal marts that I have visited! Now they are renovating, upgrading and generally making a huge mess of the place! All seemingly to the benefit of the public! New paint outside, great job by the way! And the interior is a whole new world as I cannot find anything! But theyre getting the job done and it is looking fantastic! These guys have put in a ton of quality work and time into the project, all while keeping the customer and their shopping experience their number 1 priority! Corporate ... these guys all should be commended for their good work, and I mean every person involved!

Great place. Recently whent to buy school supplies and i accidentally left my phome on the self serve machine and lucky enough one of the workers found it and answered when my wife called it trying to find my phone. Got my phone thanks.

Went there looking for Synthetic oil for my vehicle and they were out of my normal brand and had to buy a different unfamiliar one, but was decently priced.If theyd of had my usual brand, I would have given more stars.

It is a small Walmart but recently they have done a lot of remodeling and added in huge amounts of inventory and almost all is cloths and house items. Employees have always been friendly in the around 7+ years Ive gone and never once been a issue.

I was helped in an awesome way by Ms. Isabel in Apparel. She went out of her way to help me find a car battery after Auto Center was closed. She saved me a lot of money andI am a customer for life!

Very busy. Also with all the items moving around makes it a little more crowded recently. There is an expansion happening so it would be easier to know what youre getting before you go

Purchased a Google Play Cash card and it was cooked. The password smeared with black. They wouldnt refund or exchange. They have no honor. Will not be going there anymore. There are other sources.

I went to Walmart in Hanford ca around 9p.m on a Saturday, there was hardly anything on the shelves (food area). They had the workers that bring in all the items inside the store to start stacking up the shelves again, those workers were very rude,I needed waters and I asked one worker and he gave me attitude and was rude. The restrooms were very dirty, only one toilet was usable, the other ones were clogged and paper all over the floor.

People were real helpful and the store was clean

Usually this Walmart is pretty well organized.This past week I’ve gone into the store and there have been no carts available. I do understand it’s hot, but it was at night time! Secondly, the self checkouts don’t take cash!!! Are we really expected to wait in a long line that’s all the way to the baby clothes for one item? Frustrating!

Pretty sure they were remodeling. You honestly couldnt even tell this was a walmart there was no sign on the business looks like it was some other business. Inside was even worse couldnt find anything you were looking for because it looks like they just grabbed stuff and put them anywhere randomly. I gotta say its a really small location so in a way it makes sense. Other than that it was just like any Walmart.

I used to come into the garden section. In the last four times Ive been there no carts are available then you get to the register and have to wait because theres only one cashier. So yes I have complained on those occasions. Because Im a caregiver and I have no time to go look for a car in the parking lot. And then have to wait a ridiculous amount of time because theres only one cashier. Walmart, get carts out there get cashiers on the ball so we can get in and out the more cashiers you have open the more money you make.👣💔🇺🇲

The Walmarts in Fresno and Clovis are WAY better than this one in Selma. We were at the hospital in Selma so we.stopped on the way home at this Walmart. This one was terrible. They hardly had.anything we needed and a bad selection for food. Definitely wont be returning.

Overall, pretty clean and organized. The lines were not too crowded at all. I was bummed they got rid of their jewelry department.

This store does not provide sanitizing wipes for their carts, and they do not clean them themselves. When I asked the employee in the front if they had any, he couldn’t even be bothered to look at me. I had to buy my own Clorox wipes just to make sure my cart was clean. (The cart I got was filthy and the wipes I used to clean it had black residue on them)People walking in the store with no masks as well.I will not be returning and I suggest staying away from this Petri dish of a store if I were you.

Well with this particular Walmart I had a really awesome experience. Really happy smiling asking if I needed any help looking for my merchandise and not one not two but three to four different people ask me. It made me feel happy and comfortable knowing these people really care about me and my needs I get this Walmart a five star thumbs up thank you Walmart these people are doing an excellent job.

Good employees at this location. Only issue is the parking in the middle of the day gets VERY hectic. Best times to go would be in the mornings or late afternoon. Dont go on Holidays because thats just pure chaos.

The Selma Wal-Mart is better than any Fresno location. The Selma Wal-Mart employees dont run away from customers with questions like they do in Fresno.

This store contain all the grocery item at reasonable price. You can get all the fresh fruits and vegetables from this store. I always recommend my family and friends for buying things from here!!

Store is being remodeled so everything is moved around. Only issue is that the regular restrooms are closed & you have to go through sports department to temporary restrooms located outside.

The walmart super center had a variety of products at very convenient prices. At other walmarts such as the ones in Fresno, they seemed to run low on stalk but the selma supercenter had everything I came to look for. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Nothing to really write home about here. Just your basic chain store. The overall design of this area seems to be unplanned. It is more difficult than necessary to navigate from one store to the next.The lines are extra long here compared to other walmarts. It would appear as if they have not found a way to operate efficiently during the pandemic

Its just the worst walmart Ive ever been too. I avoid it usually by going to a different town. The cart collector pushed a cart into me purposely, because I assume he was annoyed I interrupted him to ask for one.

The employees are always willing to assist me. I am short so I have to ask for assistance when getting things from the top shelf.

Its Walmart... they are friendly at this one and keep the store and their carts clean. These people do a good job of treating others with respect and courtesy. It is just off the Floral Exit on Hwy 99 in Selma. There are plenty of good places to eat around the shopping center as well.

I think they are in disarray. They dont lift the phone even if they lift they will leave it on hold for ever. Further no body knows whats inside I asked for bikes ..one fellow said they are there once I arrive they they are out stock..

Its a big store but doesnt have a lot for RVs needs to upload more inventory for RVs.

Selma Walmart was well stocked. They had someone at door counting people in and going out. Most important people had masks on. I know this sounds silly, but you can be surprised how people take off their mask eventhough its a must to enter. Maybe people in Selma take it more seriously about wearing mask that in Woodlake or Visalia?🤔 Walmart employees were stocking in all aisles i took. They were very polite and helpful. Thank you!!!🤩

This location is clean, spaced out with plenty of room to shop. The employees there are more helpful than what I have experienced at other walmart locations.
