I just bought my dream truck from here. I highly recommend these guys. I also highly recommend Kenny pinto and Nathan, I don’t remember Nathan’s last name although he told me. These guys are amazing to work with, they will cut up with you and make the car buying experience amazing. These guys went out of there way to help me get the truck I wanted. Please ask for these guy when you come to marburger you won’t regret it. Also I meet chuck I believe his name is. I think he is one of the owner. he was really great also and super nice. All around a unforgettable experience.

I recently purchased a vehicle from here and the sales department was great! I took my car about two weeks ago for an oil change and I got a mile up the road and the car started smoking inside and out. Turns out they forgot to put the oil plug in… I understand accidents happen so it was no big deal. A week ago the check engine light came on so I took it by to see what the issue was. Turns out it was a sensor and I asked how much that would cost and I was told by Brian it was covered under warranty… again no big deal whatever stuff happens. I dropped my car off this morning and I received a phone call from Brian saying he was making me aware I would be charged $350 to replace it and I asked why I was told it was covered under warranty and he said he did not remember that conversation. I have been going here for years for oil changes and anything that needed to be done to my car but after everything that has happened lets just say I will not be back and will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Bad experience from the very beginning! Very unprofessional and treated us bad, as if we wasn’t good enough to buy a vehicle from them. After two days and a deal made on a 3500 Dodge Ram they changed the deal the next day and said they had to have my trade in and tried to rip me off, offering $3,000 below Kbb without even seeing my vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they do not care about their customers and try to change a deal to benefit them!

I just purchased a brand new 2021 jeep Cherokee in June. When I pulled off the car lot it had only 15 miles on it. 2 weeks ago my check engine light came on; this threw me bc its a brand new car. So I brought it back and everything was supposed to fixed. Well 4 days later the light came back on. Still Im trying to keep cool. Once again the problem was supposed to be fixed, this was on a Friday. Today the light came back on! Now the service manger got a problem! This should not be happening to a new vehicle! I will not purchase another vehicle from here! The person that sold my car to me is very helpful but he doesnt work on the cars. I should have done better research on this place! I would not recommend this place to anyone! The service here SUCKS!!!

Had a issue with a 2019 ram truck that I had purchased from a dealer in concord. They are a hour away so I called marburger to have this issue resolved due to under warranty. They had it towed and was not able to duplicate issue but I still feel like they did the best they could and even took care of a recall issue for me and another add on for me. When I picked the truck up there was no surprise and the truck worked just fine. Thanks for taking care of me!

Brian was very rude, and said my car smell like weed just because of a spray that was in it. Lol then noted that he didn’t like the spray smell. Had to pay $100 just because the spray? Worst experience of my life would NEVER come back here again. I am pregnant nobody around me smokes at all!! I do not respect him at all. Very disrespectful. Then he laughed and thought it was funny that he didn’t like the perfume smell. ?

Once again I turned to Marburger in my time of need and they treated me like family. My wife was in an accident that total loss our 2010 Ford Escape that I bought from them in 2015. She and the other party involved are okay, Thank God, but as I mentioned before our vehicle was totaled. I went to see the crew at Marburger to see if they could help me again. I dont mind telling you my credit isnt the best but I had made my car payments on time with one of the banks Marburger works with. Chad met me at the door and greeted me like I was a family member that had just returned from a long trip. Sha, my sales consultant, listened to my situation and found me exactly what I wanted in a truck. Matt went to work getting me approved and Mike made sure I was completely covered with a 3 year/60,000 mile warranty, GAP insurance, road side assistance, and rental coverage in case something of this nature happened again. Not to mention they sold me a great 2015 Nissan Frontier under the Market Value Price and with a 4% reduction in my interest rate! WOW!! These guys are really amazing and they have a customer for life! I highly recommend that you give Marburger a try when you need your next vehicle. Thanks again to everybody at Marburger for being there for a working family in need!!

I wanted to surprise my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary so I sent out feelers from my benefits portal through my company. Matt at Marburger reached out in just a couple of hours and asked what I was particularly looking for, I explained to him that the dealership had already sent me 2 trucks by email I was looking at. I let Matt know I had 2 trades to go towards the new vehicles. I asked for a breakdown of out the door pricing with the trades and the amount on both trucks that I was deciding on. Within a matter of minutes I had both breakdowns in my email. Mind you Im in GA and Marburger is in NC. Matt was able to work with me by phone, text, and email to make all of this come together. I was working with 3 other dealerships the same way with nowhere near the timeliness and intensity Matt showed wanting to help me and wanting my business! Matt is a phenomenal, honest, helpful, and upfront salesman that will take 100% complete car of you, if you dont use Marburger you are wasting your time!! But wait, theres more...Matt not only got me taken care of on the vehicle I chose but had it delivered to my house before my wife made it home from work so I could surprise her! Mr. Carl pulled up in my driveway at approx. 4:30p with my wifes new ride for our 10 year anniversary along with all the forms to sign! Mr. Carl might I add, was the kindest most awesome gentleman and my wife had to give him a hug for bringing her truck from over 4 hours away. Mr. Carl then took one of our trades back with him to the dealership and we delivered the other trade 2 days later. Matt I can not thank you enough for making my surprise a reality as seamless as possible at over 200 miles away, Sir that is TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST and not to mention Mr. Carl who was just as helpful who brought the truck to her! I will begin by saying that I really am not the type of person that leaves reviews, however I believe that future costumers should be aware with the type of dealership/people they are dealing with. I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee track hawk back in NOVEMBER 2020, it is now February 2021, and I still do not have the tittle or able to even drive the car. I contacted the dealership after the second temporary tag that they provided expired and even spoke to the general manager ( Kenneth C Langenstein), who made me aware that the car had a lien on it, however nothing has been done. Please be careful when considering to purchase from this dealership. At this point I will be reaching out for legal advice but do not make the mistake I did.

It was a horrible experience. I got to the appointment as scheduled and was informed it was going to take 3 to 5 hrs to replace my headlight and I would need to leave my car. Then they proceeded to inform me they had NO vehicles for me to drive. They offered to reschedule the appointment after I had made arrangements for this appointment. I was furious! I had no choice but to wait for it. I called my husband who took off from work early to come get me to get groceries so I didnt have to wait so long at the dealership. Then it ended up ONLY taking 1.5 hrs. So pushing sometimes works. I wont be getting any future work there or purchasing any other vehicles from there. Also I will be placing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This place is a joke. They were doing warranty work on my truck and someone stole parts off my truck. I had to claim it on my insurance. Almost 3 weeks now and supposedly still waiting on parts. When I was told on Tuesday it was in the shop being started and would be finished by the end of the day on Wednesday. Today the parts still haven’t come in. No communication at all I had to call to figure this out and then the manager gets an attitude. I highly suggest not going here or using these people for anything. We have talked to people in management and still nothing.

Went out of my way to deal with Marburger, as theyre local... and Ive had issues with my last 2 Ram trucks bought from distant vendors. Ive been muscled into taking a truck on the lot before, and wasnt going to have that again this time. They tried the same(of course), but quickly good about finding the exact 2020 Longhorn I wanted, and getting it to me within a day. A bit disappointed with my trade value, and can only hope that might give me a little consideration when getting service later on. A guy can dream, cant he? It sure would beat the prayers and nightmares other dealerships left me with... but so far, I pretty much like what I see, and hope it all works out!

I prefer to order new vehicles from dealerships and buy them outright versus negotiating with a salesman over new vehicle price and trade in value of existing vehicle. I had tried for several weeks to find a RAM 1500 Night Edition, but every email I sent asking for an all in cash price was met with delays and offers to come test drive a vehicle. Late one night I found a RAM on the Marburger site (I live 3.5 hours from there in another state) and sent an email. I received a response a few minutes later telling me that Id receive an all in quote in the morning. To my surprise thats exactly what happened. It was a good offer and we made a deal. The vehicle was not yet on their lot (in transit). It arrived a few days later, they added the side rails and had the spray in liner installed as promised, detailed it, and I picked it up. The internet sales manager (Brenda Killen) was VERY responsive to my emails and followed up on every question/conversation. I was very impressed. On the day of pick up we worked with salesman Matt Carsno. He was great to work with, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with EVERY aspect of my interaction with Marburger Chrysler Dodge Ram and would highly recommend them to others based on my positive experience.

Found several interesting used trucks online, and called this dealer first as it was the lowest miles and latest model but a bit beyond our price point. Called them on a Saturday morning and they had it waiting out front for us to look at and test drive. After fair and low pressure negotiations we met a price agreement and drove it home that day. Ive been overall pleased with the service we received and very happy with the truck!

After being completely gaslighted at another local dealership, I didnt know where to go next and I honestly didnt want to step foot in another dealership but my 2010 Dodge Avenger was putting on the pressure to find its replacement. I wearily reached out to a friend of mine who I knew had a Jeep and told her about the baffling experience I had just gone through at the other dealership and she instantly recommended Marburger CDJR in Shelby, NC. She said thats where she gets all of her and her husbands cars. She made the intro between me and Chadd and the process after that was seamless. Imagine my delight when I reached out the next day and he recognized my 419 area code because hes also from Ohio and a Buckeye fan (if you know, you know)! We talked so that he could get a feel for what I was looking for and I pointed out one of the Jeeps on the website that I loved. He crunched the numbers and followed the Employee Pricing Program protocol (the other dealership was not following the rules), met my budget, gave me helpful information and did not pressure me, which was key. Within an hour, I was on my way to Shelby to get my new ride! I was optimistic, but still waiting for the catch. Surely, it couldnt be this smooth of an experience. I was wrong. When I said Id have to take my dog to my moms house first before driving the 50 minutes to Shelby after a full day of being away at work, Chadd told me I was more than welcome to bring my dog with me for the trip! Honestly, it couldnt feel any more like a true family-run operation than at that moment. When we got to the dealership, Chadd and Shane met us at the door. I took the Jeep Compass for a spin, we fell in love (Ziggy loved sticking his head out the back window), and then from there Shane made the rest of the process painless. My mom and I just kept looking at each other like this is it?, youre not going to try to trick us into anything?, youre actually listening to what Im saying and answering our questions with no hidden agenda?. We were jaded from the last place to say the least, and the crew at Marburger CDJR was a true breath of fresh air. We were out of there in no time and felt such a sense of relief. It was a little sad driving away from my trusty Avenger after having it for 10 years but I was beyond excited to join the Jeep family and beyond happy with my experience at Marburger CDJR! Highly recommend, even from 50 miles away.

I found a 2016 KIA Sedona on-line with 94682 advertised miles. When I went to test drive the vehicle it had 97550 miles on it. The video on the ad stated the vehicle had under 55,00 miles. I was told that was a mistake. When I spoke to Brenda on the phone asking about the vehicle she said it had 94682 miles and was in very good condition, guaranteed I would be happy with it. When I arrived, a little late due to weather but called ahead, for my 12 oclock appointment with the cashiers check made out for the advised amount I drove the van and agreed to purchase it. There was only one key available and 3 buttons were missing so I was offered to purchase a new key at dealers cost. I agreed. The interior lights did not turn on at the switches in the back but was operational at the drivers switch. The salesperson Matt, 3rd person I was transferred to in the transaction, agreed to repair the lights. The key was sent to my local KIA dealer for repairs along with 2 light bulbs, 100 miles away from Marburger. We knew it was not a light bulb issue because the drivers switch operated the lights. I asked if Marbergers service department could diagnose the problem and was told they could not repair KIAs because they didnt have parts.I was not given the title in the transaction. It was explained that the title had to be obtained in a transfer from the previous owner. I later found out that the person that handles that paperwork was out on 2/15 and this was the actual reason. When I returned to my hometown to pay the SC taxes and register with DMV I found out that the Bill of Sale was not legible and I did not have a temporary tag from NC so had to wait for the title. The General Manager agreed Tuesday afternoon, while I was at DMV, to send FedEx overnight. The envelope did not go out until Wednesday then got stuck in Memphis in bad weather. I finally got the title 2/26 and registered, tagged the vehicle so I could drive it. It had sat in my yard for 11 days until this could be completed.March 1 I took the van to KIA of Anderson to have the key cut and programmed and repair the utility lights. KIA service found that the reason the lights did not work was because a switch was off to keep the lights off and running down the battery because the latch on the side door did not fully close. It is the opinion of the KIA dealership that this was done on purpose and a known failure. When I called Margurgers to speak to KC the GM, my 3rd attempt, I was directed to Matt, the Sales Manager. He told me they only agreed to pay for the lights and the vehicle was purchased As Is and they had no further obligation for repairs. The door latch and motor failure was not disclosed to me at Marburgers.All in all this was not a pleasant experience for me. I will commend Shelby Crump who followed up on the title and the parts sent to my KIA dealership. The process took 11 days to get the title and parts promised for the key. She took the bullet for management who would not address my concerns.I still think the 3000 mile difference in the advertised and actual miles was false advertising but appears to be acceptable business procedure with this dealership.

I, at first, had reservations because I’m an out of state buyer, but Alec listened to what I wanted and needed and asked me to trust that he was going to deliver my new car to my door step and they did just that!!! Never charged my card for the deposit and while I was working with my bank the car was sold to someone else. Then tried to sell me a car twice the price. Like the other review said bait and switch. I found the experience of buying a vehicle here both pleasant and easy. I went here to look at a couple of used trucks to see if I could either make a trade or just buy one out right, without trading the car I had and was backwards in financing. A wonderful salesperson came to me before she even got into work. After going inside and basically giving a small list of what I was looking for they hooked me up with a 2019 RAM Truck while relieving me of the car I had. On top of that the whole process took maybe an hour and a half. Best experience I ever had buying a big ticket item.

Purchased a brand new $67,000 dollar Ram 1500 LARAMIE with a suspension lift and 35” tires. Tires were scrubbing and front end was out of alignment. Brought this to their attention and was assured they would take care of it. Service had the truck for 5 days. Returned it to me with the tires still scrubbing and front end still out of alignment. There’s also a popping noise coming from the rear end now. I live and hour and a half from this dealership, not like I can just run it by for them to keep working on. Truck also had scratches on rear bumper step pad. They replaced it but had to have a body shop do it because they did not have the proper tools. My advice is to look at your other dealer options before making a purchase at Marburger. I know there’s no such thing as a perfect dealer, but they are some that will take care of the customer in a more professional manner.

I received a letter in the mail from them to purchase my vehicle and thought it was just advertising to get me to the dealership. They ended up paying off my car (over 7k just like the letter said) without even test driving it!! I was put into a brand new vehicle within a hour! I have always hated purchasing a car but this really changed my opinion! When I was not completely happy with the payment offer they found a way to lower it. Shae was not forceful, very understanding, and down to earth. I’ve also always hated completing the finance paperwork at other dealerships where they will try to force the extended warranty on you but this was also pleasant..it was offered with options, not forced. I will definitely return and recommend!!!

I received a scratch off flyer in the mail which I should have just threw in the trash but I took a chance and my number actually matched up to win a gas grill. I could smell the bs a hundred miles away but I still held a little hope and excitement. We had just purchased a new home and moved out of my boyfriends parents house so we were basically starting with a bed and a TV. You can see where I was really excited to get my boyfriend a new grill for free! I called them and they said to come in and check the validation number. Our numbers matched so we thought the validation would be to check if our flyer was legit. Well we took the fifty minute drive up there and they didnt have any costumer parking so we were driving back and forth trying to find a place all the while being followed back and forth by this lady sales person until we finally got out if the car. And she greets us with, are you here for the big sale. Ugh no, sales people are so annoying! My boyfriend said uh no, I work at a car dealership so if I wanted a car I would buy from them. And of course she goes on with are you sure you dont want to upgrade and cant keep her sales tactics to herself long enough to hear what we are there for. So I handed her the flyer and she led us inside to a nice, shiny grill wrapped up with shiny tinsel looking so awesome behind a table. The whole time making small talk about my boyfriends dealership and how their sales were. She went in an office and came back and said the validation number on topof the flyer didnt match the number they had to win the grill, that we won a scratch off ticket!! You can clearly see the numbers on the picture match up for the grill. Ive never seen a scratch off from the gas station match your numbers up but have another number that you have to drive to a location to check. Why not put that number under a scratch off too? Why not check the number on the phone? Needless to say, it said we won a grill to get us up there to sell us a car and we didnt win the grill. And do you know that woman was still trying to sell us a car after telling us that upsetting news!! I was really excited and had my hopes up to be able to add this new grill to our new home and I was extremely upset that we had driven all that way for absolutely nothing. For them to benefit off of us and make a sell. And do they actually think I will ever step foot back in that place, heck no! Not only that, with the 25 thousand followers I have on Instagram and four thousand on Facebook, they will all be hearing about the lying, heartless and greedy people there at margurger Chrysler. But then again bad attention is just as good as any attention. But I will definelty steer my friends and family clear of that place.

I recently went to have a alignment done and not long after my alignment was worse than before, to make a long story short I went to a different place to have my alignment straightened out and was told whoever did the alignment before didn’t do the job right and that’s why I was experiencing awful pulling and my steering wheel was turned to the left position while my wheels were straight. I wouldn’t recommend have Marburger for any kind of service. Before I forget i waited nearly 4 hours for my alignment and was told the vehicle in front of me was stuck on the lift, not sure if I believe that now!

This is the worst dealership I have ever seen I ordered a part on the 15th of July 2020, they said it had to be ordered to pick it up Saturday afternoon the thing is their part department is closed Saturday afternoons so I wasted an hour and drove 60 miles for nothing, then I went back on Monday I still couldnt pick up the part because the computer was down or that what they said, I have tried to call them 3 times they never answer the phone say they will call back but never do. Warning do not do business with this so called company you will be disappointed.

Stay away!I was very interested in trading my car and buying a Ram 1500 from these guys. Every time we were closed to agree on a deal the price changed. Nevertheless there was one particular truck that no matter what I said they tried to push on me. Only after I purchased my truck from another dealer I realized how terrible their operation is

On 09/17/2020 I called to inquire about an unsold 2018 GC Trackhawk when Salesman David informed me that the vehicle was not available to look at because the owner of the dealership “Chad” stored it at his personal home. David informed me that even though there was currently no pending deposit on the vehicle and that it was still available, somehow it was not available to me due to a verbal agreement with a potential buyer. Very unprofessional and bad for business, even if the verbal agreement fails with other buyer, I refuse to do any future business with this dealership.

My first experience with Travis was fantastic I bought my first Ram 1500 here in February of 2018, sadly I was in a accident and it got totalled.. within a week they were able to help me get everything figured out and into a new Ram .Mike the financial officer there is a very pleasant person to work with and also very thorough. It felt like family from then till now. Chad has been absolutely amazing keep me updated and helping me with everything from the first step to driving off the lot I cant thank these guys enough. I recently purchased a Jeep Renegade from a dealership in my town. It didnt come with the key to remove my MySky panels. I called and they put me in touch with a woman at Marburger in Shelby. Not only did she go and personally pick the key up for me, I also wasnt charged for it. They have outstanding customer service. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase my next vehicle there.

Marburger Chrysler Dodge sold me a Jeep KNOWING that it leaked oil from the motor, had failing breaks, stereo didnt work, parts were missing from the soft top, key fab, winch cable. The manager fixed only the oil leak and purchased a cable that wouldnt fit the winch that also didnt work and the engine was still dripping oil when we left. I would not recommend purchasing a used car from this dealership.

My husband was very disappointed with this dealership. He test drove a truck and was going to make a offer, but as soon as they step out of the truck the salesman rudely walks over to someone else and starts showing him the same truck. This is no way to treat customers. I know they want to make a sale, but at least finish with the first customer.If they are this way when they are trying to get your business, just imagine how they would be if you had any maintenance issues. They not only lost this sell, but also another customers sell when they witnessed what happen. We can take our business elsewhere. Totally unprofessional!Note: See reply from the owner. Two weeks later we get a reply. I just want to note that the sellsman walked away before we could even find out what the price was, much less make a deposit. How do you make a deposit on something when the salesman is running the other way?It ended up being a win win for us. A friend told us about dealer he liked. They were great to work with. Actually treated us with respect. Imagine that, what a great concept!

I felt pretty good initially about my dealings with them until a week later when I reviewed my credit report. I went in with my financing already set. I am an ex-finance manager for a dealership and I explained clearly to the finance manager there that I already had my financing, that I didnt want excessive inquiries and he assured me that he knew what he was doing and that he would only need one inquiry to beat the already low interest rate I had. He then shot-gunned my credit app to multiple lenders after EXPLICITLY telling me he would not do this. The salesperson and sales manager were great, but this is enough to completely sour me on this dealership. My girlfriend was interested in a Challenger in a few months but now we will purchase elsewhere.

I bought a 2017 Challenger yesterday, omg, I love it......I didnt come in looking to buy another vehicle. ... I had took my 2013 Chrysler, to be diagnosed for its problems. So while waiting on my bill, the service department, ask me if the salesman, EDDIE, could talk to me, and maybe show me a nice vehicle? ?, Well long story short, I sat with him, and we discussed my situation, and HE WAS SO GOOD AND HELPFUL, THAT I PURCHASED MY NEW CHALLENGER!!!!! If anyone is looking for a vehicle and a GREAT SALESPERSON, Go see EDDIE, he is GREAT!!!!! And to mention, I was in the office in September, looking to trade my 300 in, and I had salesperson PAM...... lets just say, she wasnt caring and concern, and trying, like EDDIE. .... She did find me a vehicle, nothing I wanted, and plus, payments was gonna be crazy, and when I told her LET ME THINK ABOUT, she said okay, but NEVER, called back, nor put in the time to figure other options out....... Bought a new Cherokee from them in 2016. Now 18,000 miles later the tires are making a weird noise. Upon inspection we noticed the tread wear. We need new tires! The quality of the tires is terrible. While talking with the gentleman at the tire place we find out that we may not have a spare. We thought it was tucked away in the back of the vehicle. Nope! No spare, no jack and no lug wrench. I went to the dealership to inquire as to why these things are missing. One of the managers asked me if we have an inflator I said yes. He said thats why we have no spare. I asked What? He said that was the option we chose. I informed him that we were never given this option, in fact we were never told we had no spare. He said,I dont know why your salesman wouldnt have told you. Thats it, he had nothing else to say about this. I guess we are old school, we expect a spare tire when buying a new vehicle. Now instead of addressing my concerns the manager asks about how much we are paying for new tires and introduces me to their service manager so she can give me a Good price on tires. Are you kidding me?!?! We will never set foot in this place again.

I took my Ram 3500 in a few months ago due to the right front tire wearing. I was told the alignment was good so I rotated the front tires to the back. I noticed the steering wheel was completely upside down and took it back to the dealership. When I returned to pick the truck up, the steering wheel was repaired and I was told everything was fine. I also inquired about the earlier incident and would this been a contributing factor to the front tire being worn. I was told no, there was a bolt loose on the tie rod and didn’t have anything to do with the tires. However, another technician came in and got in on the conversation. Once he heard everything I was saying, his response was “the tie rod would definitely be a contributing factor and if it were his personal vehicle, he would make dodge replace the tires”. I contacted the General Manager and they still refuse to replace the tires. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Finance Manager Michael is a lazy, incompetent, arrogant, liar. His attitude from the time you enter his office is one of extreme arrogance, even if you have excellent credit. I’d hate to see how he makes you feel if you blemished credit. Be careful because he won’t send in paperwork on time or pay off your trade in vehicle in time. He will lie right to your face about it and say he is sending it over night by FedEx today and it doesn’t happen. He’s to busy trying to sell you extra stuff. That being said....the sales staff and sales manager were absolutely AWESOME! I’d go back and work with them anytime! Too bad the guy that you should only have to see to sign papers and is the one to make you never want to go back to a dealership. I’ve bought plenty of cars in the past and it usually only takes a few days for pay offs to happen. Ridiculous!

After two years finally traded my truck. Jennifer in sales stayed in contact with me and after several attempts Chad Marlburger finally got involved and made me an offer that I felt like was a very good offer. Glad I traded loving my new truck. I recommend giving Marlburger a try before you buy . Also ask for Jennifer she will work with you with no pressure and stay in contact with you. This dealership is just as good as any other so buying local for me was the best way to go. Plan on having all my service done there also.

This dealership has vehicles priced very competitively. Once they get you in the door, they are rude, not friendly, and clearly want you to purchase the car and leave. Customer service was practically non existent here. This has been the WORST experience I have encountered at any dealership. To top off the whole AWFUL buying experience, I Paid a $500 hold fee for the vehicle I was looking to purchase, as of 3 weeks later, they have not refunded the charge, which I was told would be refunded that day. As of 5/9, still not refund on the hold fee. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership at ALL cost. If this dealership wasnt the only one within a 500 miles radius with this car, I would have purchased the vehicle at another dealership for more money just to have a better buying experience. BUYER BEWARE!
