Rickey, my Sales Consultant and Jan the site Finance Manager both worked hard to make sure i left, that same day, with the car I was looking at. They were perfect and awesome at their jobs. No pressure at all (thank you Rickey) and I highly recommend. I will be back. Love my car.

I have never experienced such a more rude service department or parts guy in my life. If your not a Donley customer do not go you will be treated like the dirt on their shoes.

Not a satisfied customer today.I went truck shopping with my son, they said the truck we wanted was at another store but they would have it brought over.. should take about 45min. Acceptable and appreciated. 30min later we get a call saying it will be another hour. .we drive to the other lot, look at said truck and look at purchasing it. Then starts the salesman dance. Plus he already had another set of customers ahead of us and no one else offers to help us. 45min later and we said forget it and walked out.Very dissatisfied with thier customer service today.

Would give zero stars if option. AVOID this place if you are a women. and want them to appraise and buy your vehicle at a FAIR and honest price.(after researching on Kelly blue book) The guy appraiser was rude took keys to check miles kicked tires!(They were new) as if it was bother for him to step outside and do his job!. In fact he went back inside sent a women assistant of his to write VIN number down . she came back out because she didnt write down correct first time. Then sent same lady to give me a $ amount that was insulting. The actual man appraiser wouldnt and didnt acknowledge me. They will be nice to sell to you but to buy one back their rude!...go elsewhere. You replied I used foul language to your people that is bold face lie.Staff was flat out rude and know it.friend with me even stated they tried to make a lot of money off you!

Just called about their “storm” sale. Asked about the sale. Was told that the automobiles are a percentage off depending on damage. Great. I want to buy anything new and cheap. “Depends on the model”. I don’t care the model. “We have hundreds “That’s good news can you tell me the cheapest new car or truck? Another run around.Just tell me whatever’s cheap!! Guy never told me. 4 minutes of my life wasted.Seems to me that if you want the 80’s style used car runaround, this is your place.

Aaron answered all of my questions on the financial end of our purchase and made sure that we received the lowest interest available. About a year late to give my review, but my car was towed there for transmission issues - a 2012 Ford Focus. I was aware of a recall and bought that up. However, according to them the transmission issue was not under warranty. Paid over $700 for the repair. A week or less later I had the same exact issue and had to be towed. I had it towed there thinking maybe it was a faulty part or something....nope! It was the part that was recalled. And they charged me labor. Customer service wouldnt return my call. I will never buy a Ford again, but for all you happy Ford owners-dont service your vehicle here. Shady is an understatement.

I had my wifes Ford Escape in for service at Donley Ford of Shelby and the service department did an excellent job. The service manager (Mr. Chris Yocum) kept me up to date on my vehicles status and his service technicians had it completed within no time. I highly recommend Donley Ford of Shelbys service department for all of your vehicles service needs.

I have not yet bought a vehicle from donley but am interested in a used truck. I called Monday after tornado had hit on Sunday. Very quick to call me back and explain that they were closed due to the damage. Dee called me and let me know that Dan was going to see if truck was among vehicles that had been damaged. Fortunately it was at another lot. Now just hoping it hasnt been sold. Thats good service. Thanks guys.

The experienced master technician (Tom) is top notch. There are not many people I like touching my vehicles. He is one that I have always trusted. All the staff is friendly.

I was looking online for a particular car. Donley had it so I called and talked to Aaron Sponsler. From the very start he was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. When I came to see the car, it was outside ready to go. The numbers remained as discussed. He made me feel very comfortable as if we were already friends. Everything was explained to me so I wasnt sitting there wondering what was going on. There were a couple things he did that went above and beyond what I would have expected. Overall, I am very happy with Aaron and Donley. It was worth the 1.5 hour drive.

Car was serviced on 8/17. Advised Service Manager to have a Sales guy call me to discuss new car. A sales person called and asked me what I was looking for. As of 8/28 I have never heard back and have since purchased a new car at a different dealership. No issue with the service department.

I really enjoyed the time and concern of Trey while I was looking at my options for trading my car when I started my comparison shopping. He gave me a lot of information and worked with us to find the car that would match what we would need. There was nohigh pressure selling. When we picked up the Escape he helped set up some features and explained the dashboard and answered our questions. Thank you for a great job.

If you are looking for a used or new vehicle I highly recommend you go to Donley Ford in Shelby and see Gage. If you go elsewhere you will pay to much and get below par treatment.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Fursion Titanium in May of 2016. Since then we have had to tow the car on two different occasions along with the car needing to be serviced atleast five different times. I brought our concern to the general managers attention who was willing to work something out, which would have been taking our car back and providing us with a more dependable vehicle since we both do a lot of driving for work. I wish they could have worked something out to make this right rather than giving us a small discount off of the warranty package to purchase a new vehicle. Unfortunately before our warranty expires in the next year we will be purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.

If I could go negative I would. The finance adviser tried several times to change the rates of the car after settling on a price. The gentleman was incredibly rude, we counted 9 lies within a hour, numbers randomly kept being several hundred dollars off a month. Wouldnt show us any information from the loans. Accidentally gave us the papers showing the real numbers on the numbers and basically lied time and time again. I will recommend to any of my million fans that no one ever shop here as well as posting a full review on Bloombergs car review website in the morning. Extremely unprofessional, Ill make sure to purchase a car from a different Ford dealership.

Between me my wife my daughters and their mates and my grandson we have purchased 10 vehicles in the last 15 yrs from shelby and ashland donleys use to get great service but not any more my wife and i personally have bought 2 new f150 and 2 new explorers my 2014 f150 had a problem with faulty air bag sensor they replaced it under warranty then 6 wks later it acted up again they said a wire came loose all within the last yr .BUT NOW its out of warranty and its acting up again and i was told by the service dept in shelby it would cost 110.00 just to look at it and unless it was exactly what happened before i would be charged to fix it . My 3 yrs are past but my truck only has 22000 miles on it . I dont think this is right . This is not the first complaint ive had with them but i feel its time to speak up. I left a message for scott donley at their place in ashland 3 days ago no response .not a good way to do business !!!

Was in the market for a Mustang GT...found one I wanted, had a quality trade in, also had some negative equity. Did get approved, but sales/finance either chose not to do their job or simply didnt care. You would think that theyd do whatever they could to get out from under a car that has been on their lot for 550 days now. Yes, you read that right 550 days as of today. I went to another dealer and got my GT.
