After multiple calls with customer service and not having the issue resolved, my husband went in to speak to someone in person. The employee told him he couldn’t help him and to call customer service. Then he kept eating his soup while playing with his phone.

One guy working there, long wait, front door falling off the hinges, street people randomly coming in acting hostile from the Aurora E line bus stop, people coming in for help because their account getting hacked, told cant help after their long wait. Finally after ~1hr it was my turn to become a new customer to Boost, and after all that time and hassle, guy charges my a $45 device activation fee (for 5 minutes work to set up the phone, which I could have easily done myself). A store best to avoid. Fool me once...
I went to this boost mobile with my friend so she could get a new phone. The guy on shift was extremely rude to my friend. She has been with boost mobile for almost 6 years and never had an experience like this. Normally I dont leave reviews but she was almost in tears by the profanity, the attitude, the disgusting customer service. It was extremely appalling.
The employee did not answer my phone calls for a half hour to answer my question about having a hotspot in stock. I go there with my daughter and see a display for the exact item and wait hole the employee helps a customer talk to customer service on the phone for 20 minutes before being asked if we have questions. I ask to buy the hotspot in the case and he answers that they can only be ordered online.
N.Tuan was very customer oriented. He stayed open a cple mins. Late so we could get there, then he stayed later and assisted us with our new phones! He went above and beyond, exceptional customer service.
Called and gentleman told me he had the newest Samnsung Galaxy S20 series. Drove from Edmonds to Shoreline and when gor to the store on 11/03/20 there was a couple and a little girl whom were looking at cell phone cases. I was waiting 6 feet social distancing and the guy said nothing to us, not even a greeting. I then asked if he was helping the couple and he did not look at me said yeah. I proceeded to say at least I will be with you would be nice. No response. I did not see the phone on display just wanted to ask. After 20 minutes no talk waiting he said can I help and when I asked to see the phone he says nah those online online. Really?? The WORST service this guy gave.
This is not about this store in particular but about boost as a company. If you own your device. You own your IMEI its like your computers IP address. Boost the company (not the store) tried to tell me that they had my IMEI locked for a year (for a device that I had completely paid off and owned and brought over to boost myself) which is a one year contract and false advertising as they say their contract is month to month. So in conclusion if you want to file a lawsuit and win. Sue them. I will be a witness to your case. Just give me a settlement when you win. And you will win. An internet company cant lock your IP address of your own computer that you own to their service. This is the same equivalent but with a cellular device.Legally they can not lock your IMEI, And legally they can not lock you into any kind of contract of any longer than a month if they advertise a month to month contract.
Got great help here with a phone problem I had. Very patient people work here I can attest to that fact.

Oh my gosh. I cannot leave a worse review. I’m such a chill person I hate complaining. But I have never been so irritated with such poor customer service in my life. I sat on “hold” for 11 min but he left me on so I could hear them talking about bs for 11 min.

This store is the cleanest and biggest location Ive seen in the Seattle area. The staff there is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help customers of Boost Mobile and also non customers. Very good customer experience and service. I wish every store was like this one!!! 2 thumbs up!!!
Super clean place, people are nice. Although when I went in to purchase my phone, I was not told of all the extra fees I would incur. They added items to my bill without my knowledge and I found out I got an extra $25 activation fee for doing in the store when I am totally capable of doing it at home (was not given a choice). They also didnt give me the choice to do the boostup or pay the phone in full... They just automatically set me up for the payment plan. I just wished they communicated with me and let me choose how I wanted to do my phone.
Very friendly and helpful lady that we talked to here. We decided not to get their service, but the service was excellent, and if not for the fact our current phones were not compatible, we probably would have gone with them.
Boost mobile is a sham of a company! Ive been with them 20 years give or take loyally. Lost my phone for two days got it back and reactivated my account. A month later my phone goes crazy. Over a month of calling in to try fixing it they consistently lie to me after telling me my account was cancelled. A week later that I can get it back only if I tell them an old pin number, not the current number, the previous one! As if Im supposed to know that! Avoid boost they will screw you over.
Of the 8 models on display, they didnt have the one I wanted, tried to upsell me on a phone 5x the price of the one I asked for, and didnt bother to mention their $25 Device Setup Charge until after getting the new one set up. If you need a phone find a different location or order it online.

Stored closed at 1:25 when I first got there. So I came back 2:45. After waiting 45 minutes he decided to acknowledge I’m here. It was obvious pretty quickly he was flirting with the female customer for 1 reason or another (romance or finance who knows). So I chose to be patient and not complain. I literally didn’t SAY A WORD FOR AT LEAST 35 MINS.One guy after waiting 20 minutes just left. He tells me I’m supposed to tell him when I come in all I wanted to do is pay a bill. I give him cash then he says I have to wait for change. I TOLD ID WAIT AND HE STILL GOT ATTITUDE. Then he says he ain’t go no change AND STARTS COPPIN ATTITUDE WITH ME. He tries 2 START A FIGHT WITJ MALE CUSTOMER IN FROMT OF OTHER WOMEN AND CHILDREN. He tells me “I ain’t the 1”. He charges a $3 “epay” service charge for cash transaction? This guys is a loser HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.
Nice man, big space. This guy could have got me. I thought my port was messed up and needed a new port. There was a extremely tiny peice of paper in the port preventing it to charge. He got the paper out didnt charge anything. You save me $ 150-300 for a new port. I been coming here since they opened up. And will continue. Thanks for continuing your help whrn ever I come in . Hands down the best Boost mobile in metro Seattle

The manager was outside talking to a tweaker, I had to interrupt his conversation to be let in. I stated I needed a reboost card - he didnt say anything but started clicking away at his computer. He then asked me for my phone number...again..I said I just needed a reboost card, he then laughed at me and shook his head. I asked if they even had cards here, finally he told me they do not.I will absolutely not go back in there, even if the apocalypse happened and I was right outside the store and they had fresh water and months worth of nonperishable food items I would remember this nasty human being that helped me that day and would seek shelter elsewhere. I do not recommend this store to anyone, Walgreens across the street has reboost cards

I bought new iphone at Apple cuz i wanted red but when i tried to activate was told this device not eligible! GW store couldnt help but sent me to new one on Aurora. Very nice manager, he got me a new sim card, screen and made sure everything was workng before i left. Great customer service. Unlike most b mobile places they have phones, accessories And Tech Help. I highly recommend. I really really didnt want to switch to another carrier. I have Very affordable plan and its been reliable for yrs. thanks!

Smoking. The owner operator stand outside his door and smokes a vile vape. It reeks. The sidewalk is also a bus stop. You cant smoke in front of a door. You cant smoke at a bus stop. Wont shop here, since I wont be able to breathe.
