Well me and my girl needed new phones so we gave them a try. The few reviews on here were pretty bad but not really reflecting on the establishment rather on the products they purchased. So we gave them a try, well the southcenter location and so far we are very happy with our choice. The phones we got were about the same price as private party plus a few bucks. They were in beautiful location and the lady gave us a deal with case. But if you need a phone don’t worry about the other reviews just give them a try.

BEWARE OF THIS PLEACE! ONE STOP WIRELESS. If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a refurbished phone, Galaxy S9+ from them and a protective case along with a screen protector. They stated that I had a 2 week warranty. Well, the phone slipped off of the desk onto carpet and the screen under the protector shattered from the right side. I do feel that there had to have been a small crack at the edge when purchased, not visible to the eye. Otherwise with all the protection, which was purchased with the phone, it would have protected it. I called them and explained this to them and they actually didnt care. They offered no help at all. Didnt want to even see the phone to verify what I was saying. Apparently they just want your money. Please do not purchase a phone from this kiosk in the mall. Save your money. Now I have to pay to have the screen replaced at $300. I would of been better off buying brand new. They talked a good game and tell you lies (that you have a 2 week warranty) just to get the money. Again, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!
