These new store layouts are very confusing! With the older store foot prints. Items were grouped together much better. Seems like you need to travel more throughout the stores. To find things.

Love Aldi seasonal aisle. Happy theres a new one in Shorewood. They have one extremely rude lady! You will know this individual when you approached her to ask a question. Extremely happy to see in the other reviews I am not alone!

Store is clean and offers a cart clean up station. Members are restocking store constantly. You have to love this store.

I don’t know the employee’s name, but every time i go she is really rude towards customers. She hurt me while she was putting the stuff back in the cart and she didn’t apologize; my hand got swollen. I took a picture - who do i talk to about the situation?

The employees seem irritated to encounter customers, even at the front checkstand.And if youre going to require a quarter to get a shopping cart, in a time when nobody uses cash or even has change anymore, wouldnt it make sense to provide change for a dollar when people need it?

They had great prices. And there produce looked pretty fresh. If your looking to save some money definitely worth a check.

Nice new Aldi store that is great for picking up the basics quickly and for less money than other places. Im rating a four because the parking lot layout is a bit clunky due to the shared lot with Home Depot. There is limited parking in front of the store along with a right turn only if you would like to exit the main Home Depot lot at the stop light.

Most off fruit didnt look good. and shelves were kind of empty. must of been right before truck day.

First time in this store and was impressed by the width of the aisles. Plenty of room for shoppers to go buy each other, very nice knowing its a new store.

I dont understand why more people dont shop here and instead pay 2 to 3 times the price for similar items at large chain grocery stores. I get what I can here first. Then, whatever I was not able to purchase here I will then go and pay the higher prices at the chain grocery stores.

This is a new Aldi. It is very convenient and clean store. It is always well stocked. My only complaint is that the employees are not always friendly.

Love aldi but I felt very rushed and in the way of some of the employees :/ they were cleaning (an hour or 2 before closing) and made me feel like I was constantly in their way :( (down several isles) never even said excuse me.

Aldis in Plainfield was absolutely delightful very peaceful the crew was very helpful and kind I felt at ease I felt at home and Im an African-American I felt welcomed I dont usually get that but when I do I am not afraid to give crudels

I’ve been shopping at Aldi for many years. This is the very first time ever that employees have been extremely rude. I’ve gone back just to see if it was only that one employee having a bad day but it’s been about 4 times now and every time I go they have attitude and very bad customer service. This last time I went I walked in 5mins before they closed along with another customer behind me to get two things. Very quick run and I hear - I believe a manager - yell “are you serious, I’m gonna go pick the doors.” It was 6:56. So that was very rude and unfair to anyone wanting to make a very quick run. From entering to exiting at check out was a bad experience.

Aldi has gotten so much better in the last decade, bravo
