Took our truck in for a scheduled appointment that was going to take two days. A week later we were informed it was being assembled and would be ready only to be informed the day after it still was not ready. Their service manager claims they are working under COVID conditions slowing them down as a justification. I wasn’t aware a body shop fell under the front lines. I would suggest you take your vehicle anywhere else for repairs.

The staff was super. They were very courteous and very efficient in answering all of my questions and getting me in and out of there very quickly with a new vehicle. They didn’t add any hidden fees and they were very transparent throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely purchase from them again.

I have used Yokem twice now and twice I have been very happy and pleased with the services. Everyone from the sales representative to the financing department was very helpful, professional, and willing to listen to my questions and give honest answers. The sales representative did not try to sell me any car other than what I wanted, the overall price range, and even the most amount i was willing to finance at.

Called today because the tire pressure light is on and have had to take my car to the dealership several times to have it reset. The service rep told me what I was explaining was the master light and acted as if what I was explaining was harder than winning the lotto. Again I knew it was the tire pressure light because I’ve had to have them reset it several times when the tire pressure wasn’t low! She did repeatedly tell me that they were 5-7 days out for service calls tho. Thanks Yokem your service team rocks(NOT)!

Took in my 2006 Tundra for a recall repair. While they had it, I asked them to perform the 100k mile maintenance transmission fluid flush. When I got the truck back it shifts through the gears terribly and the check engine light is on. I took it back to the dealership this morning and was informed that it will be $140 just to get it looked at for a problem they caused. Take your vehicles somewhere else for repairs!!!

Took my truck here for the first time and won’t be back. Took 1.5 hours to have my tires rotated and I had an appointment. 2 people came in after me and left before me. I walked to the service station and saw my truck parked like it was done. The service advisor, Jim I think, told the fella I was talking to right in front of me he was too busy to come tell me my truck was ready. As I was standing there, he tells the same guy it’s done and they fixed a tire - walks off without giving me my keys. The lady handed me my keys and I walked out. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Great experience with my sales rep Angelia Harris. She really is friendly and tries to help you locate something you want, more importantly she doesnt try to give you false belief in a product or a deal. The financial team was great too. Hope to remain in business with Yokem long term.

For starters we didnt buy here in 2018 even though they are the closest. We drove to Monroe to purchase as Van Trows price was much more reasonable. Then in 2020 we started to have a sun roof issue. Figured warranty work, so shouldnt have an issue. Guess again!! They replaced the sunroof.. after my wife taking it in several times. We were told that type of work is outsourced to a local shop... then they decided to do it in house. Pick up the vehicle.. the driver seat squeaks and wicked rattle came from the lift gate trim. Took it back in, the solutions given were lube the seat & and glue the panels on the lift gate. To get them to fix it correctly it took several calls to corporate and getting the GM involved. Got the car back Saturday with these in the bumper. Thus screaming anything but professionalism

Had to replace the fuel pump in my Camry. They were on top of it as soon as I drove up. Took only one hour. This place is so awesome!!

This is our second time buying a new car from Yokem Toyota. The reason it is our second time is because of our first experience and the services provided after the sale. My truck was on recall for two months waiting on a fuel pump. Not the dealers fault. However when the recall part was installed the tech damaged another part this caused a check engine light. This part is on back order and I have not been given a date for when it will be repaired.

Wil was great to work with. Finance lady, I can’t say the same. She was very aggressive and pushy. She also lied about interest rates which makes me really question my whole transaction with her. I’m not exactly sure what was true as I went in with a preapproval but she insisted she has lenders in her back pocket because she gets them xx amount of loans a month while my preapproval only equates to one loan with the lender. Other than her, everything was great, unfortunately, at the end of the day, the dealings with her is what impacts the bottom line.

Sales guy was ok. But the guy in the “bullpen” was unpleasant to deal with. After previously bringing him three family members to Yokem, WHO ALL PURCHASED VEHICLES from Yokem, the “finance guy” haggled me for an extra $250.00. Yes, you heard correctly, he actually let me leave the lot because he did want to come off the last 250 bucks. While at another dealership, Yokem called and finally agreed to pay the 250.....but seriously??? Yokem DOES NOT seem to appreciate loyalty or repeat customer business, so I won’t return there. Next time I’ll go to Houston or Dallas. I just know I’m NOT giving anymore money or business to Yokem.

I took my 2016 Toyota Camry in because it was popping, I’ve never heard one do this. They found several places that weren’t screwed in but it still pops. Kind of like the windows are going to pop out. I need to take it back in. I’m usually very pleased with their work but not this time. I need more help.
