Car sales men full of crap selling old beaters and becareful dont do business with these all star more like OLD STAR terrible walked in to this dealer and provided a deposit never got it back. Selfish is all I can say to describe this mom n pop shop. Do not deposit with these guys stay away.

TERRY was very rude. Maybe she is having a rough day but her behavior was unacceptable .I wouldve rather her be professional and request that I call back at a later time. I simply called to inquire of two cars and was yelled at being told HOLD ON. I informed her Oh, Im not rushing you and she huffed and puffed and asked who is this?! I told her that I was someone interested in purchasing the cars and wanted to make sure it was still there. She mumbled whether the car was on the lot so I asked wait, it is or isnt on the lot?. She yelled IT IS ON THE LOT. I said Im sorry to upset you. The other car... and she hung up. Terrible customer service.

Liars! Ive done business with these guys on a couple of cars.. not bad I will say with the actual purchase/sale, but definitely some attitude from some of the salesman there, depends on who you deal with. They OFFER a referral program, where they PAY YOU I think its suppose to be $200 when someone you send to them buys a car. But good luck actually getting them to pay you. Unless your standing next to your referral while they are purchasing, you wont get it. 10 phone calls with 10 different people telling me theyd call me back, not one person ever called back. Everyones gives the run around, I dont know, let me make a call Blah blah blah. When you advertise something and you should probably do it, so people dont think your just a bunch of scumbags. Too bad they did this, I probably would have sent more people their way, but if they lie about one thing, Im sure they would lie about another. UNTRUSTWORTHY!
