When looking for vehicles in Boston, I experienced an unhealthy amount of sexism so I started to look for Mazda dealers in the Worcester area. As soon as I got to the Shrewsbury based dealership, it became inherently clear to me that this would be the dealership I would work with. They work with you to help you gain a better understanding on how to find the best vehicle for you and they are transparent throughout the whole process. There is a strong mom and pops feel to the dealership. Tim C was very flexible and willing to accommodate my needs in order to get me into a vehicle as soon as possible. Would recommend.

Took my Mazda in for 75k service. Easy to book appointment online and even took me early when I got there early. Friendly professional helpful and knowledgeable service department! Matt was my advisor who sent me video updates of what they noticed with the car and offered explanations and options available for the specific car issues. He was great! Easy to get a loaner so I wasn’t restricted in what I could do. Service was still thorough and more efficient than I expected given the amount of work needed. Cannot say enough good things!

Always great service here. Jim, the Service Manager, always has the customers needs in mind. They dont try and swindle you with high priced services at mediocre quality. The services are competitively priced and are always high quality. A complimentary loaner car for a few days isnt out of the question either if the parts needed are not in stock yet. The drive in garage helps keep you out of the elements. A video inspection of your car is sent directly to your phone for easy and quick viewing. All services are discussed ahead of time to ensure the customers consent. This can be done via text, online, or over the phone. Even scheduling an appointment online is easy. Ill never go anywhere else!

Katie Miner was a joy to deal with. She is very knowledgeable about the different vehicles and the various trim levels and options and you never feel she is trying to upsell you into something you dont need or want. Had a very good experience at Sentry West. I didnt get the online answers I initially wanted but when I visited the dealership, Nick Scherer, was the best and got me into the CX-5 that I wanted. The purchase process went smooth thanks to regular communication from Nick and the team and the vehicle was ready when I needed it. Nick was also very accommodating coordinating a pick-up time that worked for me. He also worked with me to address the few issues that remained after the late Friday pick-up.

We had a great experience purchasing a CPO Mazda CX-5 at Sentry West. Peter was wonderful to work with -- flexible, accommodating, very responsive. Ive had past experiences purchasing used cars from other dealerships when Ive felt like I was getting less-than stellar service b/c I was not buying brand-new. The opposite was true at Sentry West. I felt respected, that we were important customers, and also that they wanted to do right by us. Peter worked with us to find a vehicle in our price range that had the features that were important to us. He helped us secure a competitive interest rate on our loan, and when, on picking the car up, he discovered that something wasnt working precisely the way he thought it should, he arranged to get it taken care of and even met us in the service department to explain to the technician what was not working correctly. We love our new vehicle, and we love the great experience we had purchasing at Sentry West -- so much so that my husband is already talking about returning there when he is ready for his next car.

I was really pleased with my service at Sentry West Mazda. I called in looking to book an oil change and 20,000 mile service. The staff was very friendly on the phone and they got me in that week. When I arrived, they were very efficient, gave me a loaner for the day, and kept me updated throughout the day about the progress on the service. They had the car ready when I came to pick it up. Told me they are No longer a Lincoln dealer as of 5/31/21. Won’t service a recall. They should have notified their customers of the change. Now I’d have to drive over an hour just to get to another Lincoln dealer to take care of this recall!!
Brand loyalty is important to me and I had been a customer at another dealership for many years. I was hesitant to switch things up but had no choice because of pricing. Had 2 Mazdas for a while now. First the good, the parts guys are nice. Now the bad, The new management/staff is not as customer friends as the old crew from 2018. Costs for everything jumped too.The long story and why I wont go here if I can avoid it: $140 diagnosis charge. Went in for a leaky windshield, they said its not the right one for the car. We bought the car there, cpo 5 or so years ago, never replaced it, so they sold us a car with the wrong glass in it. They refused to replace it, fearing rust. They also took no responsibility for it being wrong from the start, and said, no discount on diagnosis or anything, blaming new england. I guess windshield isnt on the list of cpo items to check. I wasnt asking for much, and I get that some time had passed, but at least work with a customer a little. I feel like the old guys would have offered something to keep people happy.

One of the worst car dealers I have dealt with in 25+ yrs of buying cars. I went in after having been emailed an offer to purchase my vehicle, and a sale price on theirs. An hour later, they didnt honor either the buy or sell price???? This is my 2nd time trying to purchase a vehicle from them, I attempted to last year, and after getting the run around for over 3 weeks, the deal fell apart due to the mis-information and complete lack of communication which led to trust issues. The sales manger assured me he would do better if given a 2nd opportunity....Guess what, they failed epically yet again.

I tried to schedule a service appointment. I scheduled over a week in advance and they told me to call mid day of the evening that I am supposed to drop it off. I call at 2pm, they say they dont know if loaners will be back, to call back later. I call back later and leave a voicemail for service. I never got a call back. My warranty is supposed to cover rentals/loaners. I never agreed to a service appointment on standby, the last Lincoln dealership that I dealt with would actually bring me my rental and pick up my car. My car should be there now being serviced and I have still not even gotten a call to ask why it isnt there, never mind a return call. I worked at car dealerships for a decade. I am not that unreasonable. Update....Jim in service called to yell at me for the review and to say I did not make the appointment. 2/8 at 9:28 am is when I made the appointment. Listen to your recorded lines. Amazingly unprofessional at every turn so far.
