This business is one of the best reasons to live in Shrewsbury. I have been going to this shop for 16 years. The two men that own it are kind, professional, exceptional mechanics and so very honest. They have helped me out over-and-over again with emergency car stuff and to calm my nerves with a quick check before I have a cross country trip. They represent the best of small business. They can get a little busy so Id call ahead unless its just an oil change or consult on something

I don’t think these guys have any idea what they are doing. Had them replace a simple serpentine belt on my tundra and a few months later the thing squeals louder than it did when I brought it in. They also couldn’t figure out how to properly install a new sway bar without destroying the rear suspension. There are plenty of good mechanics around. Go elsewhere

Honest, fair vehicle service. Matt is very honest and does great work for reasonable rates and explains everything he is doing and gives different options when available.

Pulled in to 2Tech after having my car stall out on the highway! Not what you want on a long haul trip Scary experience, but Matt was super helpful and gave me a quick diagnostic within 30 minutes. Havent gotten the work done yet, but he was able to give me comfort that I could still drive it until I was able to get an appointment for a transmission flush.

Very honest and professional. My steering wheel were very hard. I have ever gone to another repair shop after I had problems a week ago. The shop manager told me after just turning the steering wheel that an important part must be replaced, the total cost would be $500. Thank God, I didnt go there to repair. This Monday I made an appointment with 2Tech Auto and drop the car today morning. The engineer told me to leave the car and would call me back in half an hour. After that, I received a phone call and said that it is all set. After I arrived, the engineer communicated with me in a very concise and friendly way. They freed up the frozen steering shaft knuckle. They cost is $47.5. I really appreciate them. If my car encounters another problem, I must be here.

Matt and Spud are two friendly, knowledgable, and most importanytly honest mechanics. I am an out of state customer, who hired them to do a standard pre purchase Inspection on a car I was very intersted in buying from a local car dealer. This car dealer turned out to be everything that comes to mind, when you hear the 3 words Used Car Salesman, and flat out lied about 2Tech.I didnt buy the car, but Matt and Spud are such great guys, they refunded my money, and vowed to never do business with this choice car dealer again.Based on their friendly demeanor, honesty, and experience. I recommend them without reservation.

Ive been going to Matt and Sean since 2013 and Ive had nothing but great results. Theyre both really nice guys, very reliable, and they do amazing work. They arent going to screw you over like some other shops try to.
