Great experience. After struggling for a few weeks to find the right car (and price), we were directed to Sport Honda. They are not close to where we live, but the experience made it worth going out of our way.The pandemic-related inventory issues made it nearly impossible for us to find our desired (color, trim level) CR-V without a huge markup, which is a necessity for dealers at the moment - we understand. Working through a auto buyers program, we were put in touch with Sport, and specifically Nathan. Through phone and email, he quickly helped us locate a car and provided full details about all total charges - which was different from our other dealer interactions. And the price was the lowest we could find. Four days from our initial call with Nathan, we were driving our new CR-V home.Highly recommend both Sport Honda and Nathan.

My recent purchase of a 2022 Civic Hatchback through Sport Honda was nothing short of a great experience. When I initially called to inquire about the vehicle I saw listed on the website, the Sales Consultant I was put in touch with, Nathan Gelaye, let me know the vehicle was not actually on the lot at the time, but in transit (unlike a few other dealerships I spoke with that insisted they had a car on the lot, only for me to travel an hour and the car not be there). So Nathan immediately gained my respect, and I decided to go in and see what he would offer me. Nathan was very up front about the pricing of the car, and I was pleased that Sport was not adding on any automatic dealership add-ons (again, as I have found some other dealers to be doing, on top of larger markups).When my car came in and it was time to make the purchase, both Nathan and Josue (Business Manager) made the process just about effortless for me. Josue was very pleasant while processing the paperwork, and did a great job of explaining some of the additional protections Sport offers (while not at all trying to forcefully sell me on anything). Once the paperwork was complete, Nathan even spent some time showing me how to use most of the functions in the car (it was a big step-up from the 2011 model I was coming from).Overall, this was a great car-buying experience with Sport Honda (and I will admit, this is actually my third vehicle from Sport!).

I bought a 2022 Honda Civic from their salesman Louis in the silver springs MD branch, the professionalism and respect they show you is worth the purchase alone! Before I went to silver springs I went to Bowie and Annapolis neither of them really gave me the time of the day (maybe because I’m young but what they didn’t realize is I had a check in hand) as soon as I drove to Silver springs every expectation was met! I will definitely be returning in the future.

Went here for maintenance service on my 2011 CRV based on reviews, although there are multiple dealerships closer to my home and work, and am do glad I did. No hard sell on additional services, a rental was available and it was overall a pretty easy and simple process. Professional staff and One star deduction because of the waiting area. Needs an upgrade (expansion, better table/work areas, lighting) as compared to others I have seen at Honda dealers.

I’ve bought my last two cars (15 years apart) from Sport Honda. Both times, I had a great buying experience. Both times they were upfront about quoting a good price for what I wanted (while other dealerships respond with “come in and let’s talk about it”) and then honoring it to the letter. In addition, they don’t put on a hard sell; when I was curious about a particular car and not yet ready to buy, Josue Canas (who was then in sales but is now the finance manager) took the time for a long test drive and discussed various models with me, with no pressure. When I finally came back to buy, Josue referred me to Wedge Mohammad and they both made the whole process quick and easy. I plan to drive my new Honda for a long time — but I’ll eventually come back for my next car.

I definitely recommend buying a car here. Members of my family have been buying cars from Sport Honda for the last 15 years. When you go to buy, ask for Julius Crane. He never tries to pressure you, and will always give you a good price. The service center also does very good work here. Ive used the service center for all of my vehicles regular maintenance. My only complaint is that the vehicle service here does tend to be a little pricey. However, I think what they charge is reasonable given the quality of the work.

Highly recommend this dealership! I did a ton of research prior to buying a new car, only to find out that 9 other Honda Dealerships in the local area were adding on dealer installed accessories (i.e. color door guards and floor mats, etc.) and charging $499 for it. Or they were adding Market Adjustments of $1,500 up to $5,000 at one dealer in Maryland. Ridiculous. Sport Honda did none of that. Furthermore, they honored the TrueCar quote, with no surprises at closing. Unlike the other 9 Honda Dealerships in the area that hid their fees outside of the quote so that it looked like they would honor it - until they have you sitting in the office with the closer. Trust me, and save yourself some time and money. Start and finish with Sport Honda.I had a great experience, and it was totally worth driving an hour past all the others to get there. And as far as servicing? Why would I trust another dealership that has shown questionable business practices? They just dont get it. Sport Honda does.

I had a very positive experience buying a used 2018 CR-V from this dealership. I called around to 10-15 different places to get prices, and Sport Honda had the best balance of customer service and pricing that I could find. The salesman I spoke to was Tim Vo. I told Tim what my price range was and he was able to price a number of vehicles for me over the phone. It was nice to have transparent reasonable prices recited over a phone call. The day that my wife and I came in to look at the car, Tim stayed late to answer any questions we had, and took time to again fully explain pricing. There were no hidden fees, essentially just a dealership fee and TTL expenses. Once we actually purchased car, the business manager Josue was able to get us in and out in a reasonable amount of time while still being able to field questions and go over the paperwork. Needless to say, Tim was fantastic, and Josue was polite and efficient which took all the stress out of the buying process. After I purchased the car, I took it to my local mechanic just for my own peace of mind. The mechanic performed a full inspection and informed me that the car was in excellent shape, and even wanted to know where I purchased the car because he hadnt seen many cars with 47k miles on them that were this well taken care of. If I need to purchase another family vehicle in the future, I will absolutely be calling Tim and using Sport Honda.

Put my credit app in online yesterday around 6:30-7pm. 8 pm rolls around and I’m wondering what’s going on because I haven’t received any info on my approval. The salesman tells me “it’s too late, we don’t start late deals “. My credit is not bad at all. So the approval shouldn’t take 2 hours lol. My dealership had me done in 10 mins approved through APGFCU.Soooo Fast forward a few days — I decided to give them another shot and they made it right ! Very professional with me even though I didn’t understand some things and I was mad, they still handled it well. I appreciate NIEL being patient with me as well. We are both car salesman so that can be crazy but he handled it well. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. The car is great. No issues and it was very clean inside and out. I dealt with Mike Canter as my salesperson, and Jose Cuadra as my sales manager and I honestly couldnt have had a better experience. Shopped around for numbers -- they were the best, and without any nonsense (another dealer who I wont name but will say is close to a major state school...) pulled that oh we add a protection package, its already on the car... business. Not at Sport. The car was the car, the numbers were the numbers, there was no tough sell, no aggressive nonsense. I previously bought in Bethesda, which was fine. I will now always buy in Silver Spring, because these guys were excellent. If I know anyone who needs a Honda, Im sending them here for sales. Will absolutely do business -- and service -- here again.

I initially came in knowing what vehicle I wanted, but I was still interested in viewing other vehicles. Louis went above and beyond in regards to showing us the vehicles and providing insight in to what would be best for our needs. Although this pandemic is currently happening, Louis never failed to provide the best customer service experience I have had at any car dealer.

Just bought my 2017 Honda CR-V at Sport Honda and I couldnt be happier! Tim Vo was excellent to work with starting from my first phone call. He provided all the information I needed to buy the car even though I was from out of state. When I picked up the car everything was ready for me, car, paperwork and all. I dread having to get a new car because of past buying experiences. I had a great experience buying my suv yesterday. Jonathan Njoku is an amazing salesman. He made sure I was comfortable and to see if I wanted coffee while waiting. After the purchase was complete, he went over the safety features of the car and paired my phone up to it. He even helped me put stuff from the old car into this one. Josue Canas was amazing too. He was polite and efficient. He’s the best vehicle finance manager I’ve had.

This is the third car I have purchased from Sport Honda. My experience in dealing with them has been nothing short of excellent. On my third, they gave me a fair price from the very start without any haggle. The negotiation was easy as was the delivery of my vehicle- I never left my home because I knew what I wanted. I competed their price against 24 other dealers to no avail. In doing so, I got pushy salespersons from the other 24 and people who just would not listen. Doing business with Sport was like pressing the easy button. I would highly recommend Sport Honda for their fairness and ease.

Not sure if they are very truthful about the certified pre owned cars. I was ready to purchase a pilot today and the car had body damage, stains on the ceiling, torn middle row, and missing 3rd row piece.I expect more when I am planning to purchase a certified car.

What an excellent experience. Coming in to purchase my first car, Josh Pesantez and the manager Jose Cuadra were extremely helpful in making sure I was getting the best deal on my 2021 Civic hatchback. They aided me wonderfully in all the hard decisions of buying a first car and assured me that I was getting the best deal possible. On top of that the finance manager Josue Canas was extremely supportive and helpful to me determining the proper way to budget and finance the car. It could have not been a smoother and simpler experience.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR PLEASE DONT GET IT SERVICED HERE ! I have a brand new Honda Civic and got it serviced Saturday the 10th on invoice 266317 for its first oil change I didn’t know that it being free meant they were not going to do their job right They Didn’t put the splash cover on right and now its lose. Ernes from the service department was no help.

When I was planning to buy a car in 2008, it was hard to find a good dealer near my town. Sport Honda provided me a really good deal for an Accord EX-L V6 and I have been driving it for 12 years. Not to mention, their service has been excellent and makes my Accord with no big issue. These good experience drives me to trade-in my Accord and choose my new Civic with no hesitation. Of course, all members in sales and service departments are friendly and honest. I am sure that you will have the same experience as mine.

Absolutely top-notch purchase experience at Sport Honda last weekend -- wonderful service from our salesman Julius Crane, associate Jonathan Rivera-Reyes, and finance rep Mohammad Chowdhury. There are plenty of good dealers around but we found Sport Honda to be particularly fair, straightforward, and easy to work with. Also have to note that we were able to use the TrueCar buying service through our credit union which meant that we walked into Sport with a solid price offer for the exact vehicle(s) we were considering, which made the buying experience even easier -- it is a credit to Sport that they participate in this service. Highly recommended!!

I bought a service plan when I bought the car and I went today for oil change and the person I talk to at the location who worked there for a long time is telling me I have to pay for the service evethou I told him I have a service plan. He told me he checked the system and he doesnt see it. The person who my wife talked to over the phone to make the appointment came and told the guy that I have a service plan and I believe the system should give the same information to both employees. Fortunately I had also a copy of the service plan. If the guy my wife talked to wasnt there this guy could have given me a hard time. I believe that was a deliberate act of deception. I suggest everyone who goes there to be careful. The reason I say that is the person I talk to is the manager who worked there for a long time.him that Ihe have a service plan fortunately I also have a copy of my service agreement

The website states they will deliver the vehicle to your home. However, after emailing with Dave Kelly, I was informed that they do not do that. I understand that we currently live in unusual circumstances but please be transparent with what you will and will not do. At minimum, honor what you put on your website.
