The employees were extremely friendly and attentive. Even after realizing there was a miscommunication in scheduling, they were able to make the service appointment work. They were able to contact me within a day with the needed service on my car, which was quoted very reasonably. Once service was done and I was contacted to pick up my car, they even were able to knock a few hundred off the quote, which was fantastic news.
I initially gave 2 stars because I felt that the customer service was disappointing in several ways, but the manager, Gibbs Fogarty, reached out directly to speak with me. He was very attentive to my issue and understanding of my experience. He offered me a credit for some of the services and has committed to speaking with staff about how to improve future experiences. I appreciate his follow up and am more willing to give them a second try.

Don’t spend your money here. Unacceptable service.Basically tried to get a call back over a car part (that I had already paid for) for over a month. Because they messed up my service I was put in an unsafe position driving on salted roads.So I had an appointment with this place back in mid December to get my windshield wiper fluid capability fixed. The windshield wipers themselves were working but the cleaner fluid would not come out. They said they didn’t have the part in that I needed, but they said they would call to let me know when it was in. I never get a call.Fast forward to about two weeks ago, I was planning for an 8 hour drive to visit my mom who just had back surgery and because she was in a lot of pain afterwards, she needed me to come help her cook meals, get groceries, and do chores around the house. I knew I needed to get the windshield wiper fluid fixed before I left, so several days before I left, I called this place. They transferred me to their parts department, which didn’t pick up, and I left a voicemail message there. They never call me back.I call AGAIN a few days later and say something like, “you should have this part for my car by now, I was in over a month ago when I said I needed it fixed and you said you would order the part. I need it fixed by tomorrow which is when I leave on this long drive.” They said they don’t see the part in their inventory and they said they would call me right back that afternoon. They never did.So the drive TO help my mom was fine but on the way BACK the weather was bad — snow, ice, sleet but the problem was mostly the tons of salt on the roads. The salt caused a lot of buildup very quickly on my windshield over the long drive and in order to be safe I had to stop multiple times to clean the windshield so that I could see the road. Was not convenient and I had a lot of anxiety when the salt buildup made the windshield hard to see out of. I made sure to stop to clean it frequently at gas stations along the way but at some points when there was no exit for a while it became hard to see. I was scared to stop by the side of the road in fear that a car or truck wouldn’t see me and would hit me. I had my moms dog with me or I would have stayed in a hotel instead of risking driving.Long story short I am never going back to this car service. Wouldn’t advise anyone to use them.

Ive been taking my car here exclusively for 4 years and have not had any complaints. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about their cars and want to make sure that your car is all set before you go off. If they find a major repair during a routine service they will call, explain the problem, and confirm you want the service before charging you for a bigger issue than what you expected to come in for. Plus they offer free coffees from their coffee machine in the waiting room. All around great service and staff!
Mr. Julius Crane and team made my first car buying very smooth and easy. I loved the professionalism and kindness something I did not receive while at another Honda dealership location. I highly recommend this location for any car buyers.
UPDATE: After this review I was contacted about 2 hours later by a manager. She was very polite and seemed almost as frustrated as me at the incompetence that occurred. I will give them 3 stars for their customer service and the fact they did fix the problem within 15min. However, my dashboard will forever have a mark that cannot be fixed from the clip. Also they compensated me with a free oil change, but I would never let any of the mechanics touch my car again, so it was a nice gesture but not useful.I called this shop to make an appointment to fix the airbag recall. The guy on the phone was friendly and said I can certainly drop it off on Friday and pick it up on Sunday. He took my information and said I was all set. I go in Friday, the person says they have no information on file, that I dont have an appt. He then questioned me if I called the correct shop and insisted I had called the other one in Silver Spring. I took out my phone and showed him the number I called, the correct one. He said someone must not be doing their job then, sorry. No big deal to me, it just seemed like a minor miscommunication on their part. I told the person at the desk that I was going to pick up my car after hours on Sunday. He said no problem, it will be outside not locked up. I go on Sunday, after hours, my car is locked up. I have to have a friend bring me in the morning before work to pick up my car, major inconvenience. But again, seemed like their was miscommunication on their part, which is ok, annoying, but it happens. A week after I get my car done, I notice my dashboard looks funny. They put it in totally wrong! there are two clips sticking out of the dashboard, it is raised in some places it isnt supposed to be. I am appalled by this because if a mechanic cannot even take the time to thoroughly check that an entire dashboard was put in correctly, how am I supposed to trust his work inside the car I cannot see?! I am now forced to call and make an appointment to go back and have this fixed. Wasting more of my time because of their careless mistakes. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
This is my go to Honda shop in the area and its definitely for their customer service along with them taking good care of my ride. The waiting area is always clean, also has snacks and beverages. I agree with another reviewer, as a women this is a comfortable safe zone and I appreciate the staff (mainly men) for that. Took my car in for an oil change and much needed front and rear brakes. They didn’t try to up sale me and understood that the cabin filters can replace on my own. Don Miller was great. They don’t do alignments at the location they are done at the main store. Which means they transport it!

This establishment sets the bar for good customer care. Ive been here twice and both times I recieved courteous service from all staff from check in to mechanics. What I love about this place is their willingness to assist. I have a Honda purchased from their competition that is still under warranty. The dealer I purchased from would not assist me in replacing a battery that died. I walked into SPORT HONDA totally unknown and I received treatment as If I was their loyal customer. They provided me in and out service within an hour. I was helped by Sanitago and he is the most kind caring employee Ive ever met at a car center. When the mechanic brought me my car he helped answer some questions about gadgets on my new car that I had not mastered, I didnt get his name but he was patient and helpful as well. My next Honda will be purchased at Sport Honda and I plan to use them for service going forward.

Jeremy and the team and Sport Honda did a fantastic job with our car. We had a very unique and obscure issue with a computer system in our CRV that multiple other shops were unable to solve (or were able to solve at a ridiculous price). The folks at Sport Honda took the time to really understand the problem, then worked with us to get it fixed over multiple appointments. They were very communicative and took the time to source a used part rather than a new part, which saved us almost $2,000.
I would give this service center, a 100 stars if i could. The young lady who assisted me while I had work done on my vehicle was very professional, patience & a delightful ! Thank you so much Dernice, i was having a rough day but you just changed that. SHE NEEDS A RAISE Honda lol ;)

I didnt like it. Jeremy Harmon was not informative about the work on my car. He handed me a piece of paper. When I inquired about the tire rotation, how would I know. He stated, take his word or mark my tires. I received an A1 service, oil change and tire rotation. He didnt inquire if I had any other issues with the car. I observed he inquired with other customers. This is when I felt a disparity of service that I received to other patrons. My sport Honda dealership experienced a major fire. I hope its restored soon. I wont return to this service center again. The work was completed quickly and Im glad. I was ready to go.
Our best idea after the National Parks. Honest, knowing, pragmatic( They know if they treat you right theyll have earned your business regardless if you plan to come back or not. its an hour drive from my house and Ill just wave at all the Honda dealers I pass on the way out and on the way back. We use them mainly for oil changes. We also go to their location further out. Theyve saved us on things like when we set off our alarm and didnt have the code to reset. Very near Silver Spring metro which is very handy.
I have to write a review and a thank you note to the Service Manager Don Miller. at this Center I got helped by him twice and both were 5-star services.First time, my rotor was the issue. I took it somewhere else before, they told me I need to replace and the charge was a lot. I took my car to Sport Honda for a second opinion, and Don explained to me in detail and recommended re-surfacing it. The Center finished the repair work on time, and Don let me test drive to make sure. And charge me at a reasonable price.Second time was an emergency. I was relatively inexperienced and accidentally locked the steer wheel. My car was parked a few min away from the Center. I met Don there again and he was incredibly kind to walk back to my car and fixed it without any charge!I cant thank him enough for his kindness to help and high professionalism through out the process.

They treat you like family here. Great service and amazing detail about your car. Im absolutely clueless when it comes to cars so its great being explained in detail about whats wrong with my car. They obviously care about your time and money. After getting rear brake/rotor work done I was told my front brake pads still had plenty of life left but the rotors were getting a little worn down. Rather than pushing me to pay extra to get the work done I was suggested to get my moneys worth to get the most life out of them and wait until theyre considerably more worn out. I truly appreciated the personal advice and Ill definitely be coming here from now on for servicing!
I have always received great service and customer service at this location. Me and my SO have gotten oil changes on our Hondas here, and they are always respectful of our time and answer our questions. I’ve also needed new tires and they did well with their replacement. I also appreciate that when my check tire pressure light (prior to getting my new tires) came on, they checked my tires and adjusted the air within 5 mins.
I had a great experience from start to finish. The salesman came out in the rain to help us pick out our car. They had the exact model, trim, and colors that we wanted with only 2 miles on it! We were very happy with the purchase.

I ALWAYS bring my Honda here for anything whether large or small for about 8 years now. They are always honest, respectful, helpful, and the very best at what they do. I always end up paying way less than they originally quote me which is always way less than any other service center. Sometimes they even do certain things for free. I never feel hesitant or nervous about them working on my car. I know they will do the best job for the best price.

I stopped by the Sport Honda Service center the other day to get an oil/filter change for my 09 Civic. After waiting about an hour and a half, I pick my car up only to find motor oil smudges all over the hood and front bumper. Im pretty sure that motor oil belongs in the engine, not on my nice paint. Thanks for that guys.Also, one of the technicians apparently went crazy with my stereo because the sub-woofer and bass settings were turned up all of the way (not the way I left it), and the volume had been blasted. So, if youre okay with people messing around with your things inside your car when you arent looking, then this is the place for you; otherwise, I would think twice about coming here for any sort of maintenance.I wrote this review a while ago and while the experience tainted my view of Sport Honda, I should say that the manager (Don Miller I think) contacted me later to resolve the issue. He seemed genuinely concerned with the poor service that I received and attempted to locate the mechanic that I mentioned. He offered that if I came back for another service, there would be a discount, and there was. They replaced my battery and rear brake pads, changed my oil, and washed my car for free (~$300 in service). I appreciated the effort put forth by the manager and I feel as though Sport Honda deserves another chance. Ill see what happens next time I take my car in for a service.

I just made a reservation to get my car serviced and the person on the phone was not friendly and not helpful. She mentioned there were 2 places in silver spring and didnt even bother to tell me which one I just called. On the phone, her tone seemed impatient and no courtesy of a thank you or bye, she just hung up. Ill likely cancel the reservation if I can find a better place.

We had a disagreement over warranty service that required some prodding (the initial experience with service personnel was quite frustrating), but superiors ultimately did the right thing after some back and forth. The managers at Sport Automotive Group seem attentive to customer satisfaction issues that arise at this Service Center and committed to making things right.
Bad service. They charged me even though they could not tell me what was wrong with my vehicle.Details:My break lights were out. I called and asked if I could bring my car in that day. I asked about the turnaround time. They said the latest would be by noon the next day, but most likely that day.I dropped it off. I called throughout the day for status only to finally learn that they didnt even start a diagnoses until the end of the day. They then said it could be ready by noon the next day. Okay. I called the next day around 10:30 AM, and they said they still didnt know what was causing the issue and asked if they could they keep the car for 2 more days. Normally, Id be fine with this but I was in from out of town and had to leave. So they said I could pick up the car but I had to pay for the diagnoses.What diagnoses? I still dont know whats wrong with my break lights! Maybe this is normal practice but I think that if someone was paying me for a service to be completed by the agreed time, that if I failed on both, I would not charge them.
Was in here to get touch up paint - they had to call up to the other store of theirs for assistance, that was not the problem, I got a strange vibe, when I heard the guy at the counter behind me talking to customers with a take it or leave it attitude.Customer service was not what I was used to coming from down south.Trying to get my paint, took 4 days, then called me and said come pick it up - or we will have to send it back. I was like - man,it was less than $10 . Asked about their body shop, but they said it was up close to Laurel for an estimate, but i wasnt going that far for a scratch.
Service was great. It is just a gHonda garage, not a dealer, so not bright and posh place to want to wait for service. Not much to do or places to eat in walking distance except a Subway.

The worst honda experience by far. They put extra charges without asking you. I called for oil change and they said 59.99 then they gave me a bill of more than $80. I asked why they said they do the tire rotation but the guy was soooo rude becuase i asked. So i said ok. Then the final bill had an extra $9 for different charges. i asked the receptionist what is this she shouted at me disposal and this and that, like why do you ask? kind of answer. They rip people off and bully you for that. So frustrated and I am not going back although i live 5 blocks away from the place. Total rip off
