Should have given better ratings but many items out of stock! Service was fine but dont display new PS5 controls and have them out of stock! Games displayed also out of stock.

(Visited 3/27/21 after 2pm)Not a great selection of switch games and I noticed many games that you can dowload online way cheaper were a steep price gouge at gamestop.... but the person working there was very helpful so Im rating her work performance a 5/5Took pic of poster for a game that just came out. Might buy it later after I watch some video reviews.

Took alittle while for the workers to acknowledge us. Wasnt packed pretty stocked. They were out of the stuff I wanted for the PS5.

The last two times Ive gone to this GameStop they have charged me for the warranty on used games without asking me if I wanted it like every other GameStop does. Not cool to take peoples money for things they dont even want.

Johnny was absolutely awesome he took the time out of his day to help call different stores that I had pre orders in and help me cancel them and move them to his store in Smithfield Rhode Island as I had just moved! He took amazing care of me and suggested renewing my pro card which I did because he suggested it! He also talked to me about different pre orders and talked about different games we are playing currently. As a manager of a retail store I wish all of my associates held themselves to this high of a standard when I wasn’t around! So nice to have a pleasant experience. Will definitley be back!

They said they had multiple new 3ds xls on there site and legit had not one when i got to the store.
