Love this place. I shopped there 3yrs ago. A very nice gentleman helped me find my favorite fragrance plus a few other new ones. I moved away. Just returned this year. I went in the store, and the same helpful gentleman was still there. Agian he helped me find my fragrance abd other products. He actually remembered me. Hes definitely a gem. He had been there a long time.

Great smell. A tad pricey. Customer service was great and very patient.

Rochelle and another representative (whose name I don’t know) worked so hard to help me find a new fragrance! They were friendly and sincere, diligent and knowledgeable...definitely would like to post this review as a thank-you to them! I wasn’t able to make a final decision, but will be back when I do decide! Selection was fabulous; staff was terrific!

This place a scam... they sell cheap fragrances for double or triple price. Not considerate bad customer service

My favorite perfume had been discontinued. The gentlemen in there took their time with me. They didnt get inpatient as I went through scent after scent trying to find one close to what Ive worn for years now. Thank you so very much!!!

My husband and I went to this store on tonight. One clerk was very helpful when we entered the store, then we was looking and she assisted another customer.Then my husband and I was standing atnthe counter waiting for more assistance when the manager of the store finished ringing up the customer she was helping. We thought we was going to help us instead she didnt even acknowledge us she walked by us too the male customers that came in after us.I felt that was disrespectful to totally ignore us and I feel this should addressed to make all employees more aware of there customer service skills.

Even though the store itself is really nice and they have quite a selection. The manager there during the day is very rude, even on a the phone.
