I went yesterday, a teenage girl that was working there was extremely rude, granted she was having a bad day, but her attitude was really offensive. I love hello beauty but that made me not want to make another visit. She needs to work on her customer service ASAP . Super nasty.

They have gotten better with allowing their customers to shop without overwhelming customer service.

I really like this beauty supply store. I like the fact that its located next to a salon just in case you need something. I love the fact that there is adequate parking. They have a great inventory of items. I used to go to a different beauty supply store in the area but now I only go to this one because they always have what I need.

While wig shopping for a teenage girl as we are looking at the wig one of the employees decides to take the wig without saying a word then brings it back without saying anything. How rude of her. So we left and decided to take our business elsewhere.

Ive only been to this store twice. I love the inventory. They have lots to choose from. I do think the customer service needs improvement.

I absolutely love that place. And the owner is amazing. If you ask about a product he knows all about it and if he doesnt have it trust me next time you go back its there. He may not remember your name but he remembers you face!
