Walgreens on Hamilton St in Franklin, NJ is a very nice Pharmacy. The person at the counter was very friendly and efficient. The Pharmacist was very nice and Professional. I waited only a few minutes. I would discount those poor reviews as I had a very positive experience.

Beware of getting Covid testing, pharmacist/tech are horrible. They will throw the kit out the drive through and expect you to know how to do the nasal test with no instructions. Then once you are done they will provide you with wrong reference number so, you can’t retrieve the results. Wasted 5 days to get the result, which should have taken no more than 2 days. Avoid this location, seems like employees are not happy working at this location.

Our family has been using this store for pharmacy and occasional other purchases. We are very happy. Pharmacists are courteous and respectful.

Worse experience! The managers are extremely rude and impolite. You can clearly tell no one wants to work at this store!STAY AWAY from this location unless you’re desperate.

This store has completely fell off. The pharmacy dept is the worst. 4hours for a ointment. Go two after say come back in a hour, still had to wait another 45 min, after coming back. . Everytime I go here they claim problem with insurance. Always misinformation from the African American lady, she is clueless. SHUT IT DOWN.

Ridiculously slow at anything they do. From waiting an hour for them to answer the phone to long delays in getting covid shot despite having an appointment.

Pharmacy lacks compassion. Went to pick up a Rx that was urgently needed. They were more concerned about getting me to move from the drive thru (there was no one behind me) instead of filling the prescription quickly. Ended up waiting in pain due to how slow they were! They are always so slow.

Ive been coming here for years and never had a problem. I refill my RX on the app and pick it up at the drive thru. Quick and easy. I never even have to wait in line - once in a while there might be ONE car ahead of me, but thats it. Never a problem. Also get photos there and theyre always ready super fast. I just cant say Ive had the negative experiences that some of the other reviewers have had. My ONLY complaint is there is a recording that constantly plays stating Customer requests help in such and such dept. Obviously no one has requested help - its just a security recording to make people think someone might be coming to that dept.... its just annoying, because it plays over and over when youre in the store.

Coming to location for years and cashier has nerve to say I didnt give correct payment. Manager called. Was it racially charged? Now I have to wait as if I did something wrong, for manager to count money in drawer. Past annoyed! Eventually comes back. A few minutes later with my correct change! No everything is not all right!!! 5 people moved to a new register that had to be opened because a cashier didnt do her job and thinks she is higher than thou!!! Manager has to see if I was lying??? Cashier is lying? Told cashier the amount I was giving at time of exchange and she was still wrong!!!Not o.k.!!!

Never not once had an issue with the staff. As a matter of fact, its my favorite Walgreens to go to. Now I dont pick up meds here but I get everything else.

Terrible service. They disregards calling customers by repeatedly picking up the line and placing them back on hold without advising and the male pharmacist is very rude and doesnt pay attention to the script. He provided my 6 month old baby with a script with an adult dosage.

I have yet to go to the Walgreens in Hamilton and not have an unusually long wait. Whether it is a regular or pharmacy purchase. I have never experienced anything like this.....I will be switching my location/pharmacy. I feel for people who are sick and need their medicine in a timely fashion.

Worst pharmacy ever. Tried going back there after 3 years of refusing to because they have never got a prescription correct. This time they could not fill it but when I dropped it off the day before they told me it would be filled and then they lost it and then found it but couldnt fill it. This place is the worst. There are many better pharmacies in the area, avoid this at all costs.

This walgreens is one of the best pharmacy in the market, staff are very friendly and helpful, the manager in the morning is very friendly as well. The store is very clean and organized

This is for the Walgreens at 920 Hamilton St. Somerset, NJ. The staff is very rude and they say it takes up to an hour for an electronic prescription to hit their system, I’ve never heard of such a thing. They should have a little more consideration for people that are coming in sick and not in the best shape to deal with their lack of consideration. So I went to Somerset Park Pharmacy they had the prescription filled in minutes and the staff were very friendly.

Their customer service is a little poor when you asking the pharmacist something they leave you talking alone or they don’t do the max to help you lower the prices of the meds. Horrible that’s everything I gotta say

I ordered one 8X10 photo print which was in deal but I got very bad copy of the photo.My photo had bad quality as well as the photo was cropped, when I informed to the person in Walgreen, then he was like it is fault on online photo and also told me that you are getting free copy so it doesnt matter.Walgreen them self is promoting for free photo copy but person in this branch is not professional at all.Completely hated it...

Not as bad as the pharmacy on Hamilton Street, but the waits are predictably horrible around rush hour, lunch etc - they clearly do nothing to adjust staffing based on demand. Visibly sick with flu and they still had me waiting 40 min for Tamiflu - had to get back in line and ask (at another customers prompting) after someone else who got there after me pestered for faster service. I felt bad because I know the longer I was there the greater risk someone else got the flu from me.

I had to change my 5 star review to a 1 star because within the last year or two I’m starting to see how management in this store racially profiles people it’s disgusting and I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! Please bring back old management this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!PHARMACY ON HAMILTON ST SOMERSET NJ

Drive through takes way too long

Nothing but the location. The African American young lady working in Pharmacy was very rude. She has a bad attitude, yet I am sure the pharmacists can hear her rudeness yet they say nothing.

Pharmacy is absolutely horrible!!!!!
