Incredibly unhelpful and disrespectful in regards to Covid Testing. I have spoke to them numerous times about having a covid test canceled, and each time I have been blown off with a terrible attitude. Im not one to leave bad reviews, but they truly have shown they do not care

My experience at this Rite Aid location has been extremely unpleasant.I did a Covid Test for my son on 26th May 2021 at around 12 PM EST. I was told that the test result will be available in 1 to 3 business days.I waited until Friday evening and then called this location to check if my test results were available. I was given a contact number of some third party, and was told to check with them. I called the third party and was again told that Friday was the 2nd day and i should wait until Monday, because the lab is closed over the weekend. I did not receive the test results on Monday 5/31. So, I called the third party on Tuesday and they said they will escalate this to the laboratory. I waited for 2 days and called again on Thursday. I got the same answer. Today (i.e. Friday) I called them again, and this time they gave me the laboratory name. I pulled the laboratory contact number from the internet and called the lab. The Lab representative says that they do not have my details in their records, so they suggested that i should call the Rite Aid location and check with them. I called the Rite Aid location, and they say that their Fridge is empty, which means that they have sent all samples to the lab. I requested them to call the lab and check with them, but the location refused to call. They said its some HIPPA violation to call the lab.So now, no one is ready to take accountability of what happened with my test results and I am not sure if I will ever receive the test result now.One of my family member performed the test at CVS on Sunday morning and they got the test result the very next day on Monday.....within 24 hours. This was a PCR test.

Trust me if I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and DONT go here to get Covid tested. Its been 10 days and I still dont have my test results. If you need to get tested go to an urgent care.

Every time I go whether it’s dropping off or picking up a prescription I have to wait anywhere between 20-30 min. I don’t have time to waste and stand there while they work so slow. Please do not go to this pharmacy! The drive through is an even longer wait and no one will say anything to you for at least 15-20 min.

Always slow service no matter what. Employees like to take their sweet time.

Expect a wait whether there are a lot of customers in the store or not. Not for the pharmacy, but for the actually store.

The attention in the pharmacy is fast and the people who work there are very humanitarian.
