Went in to get Christmas gifts and the employees were as wonderful as ever.The only reason Im positing this is in response to some chick named Jessica.Mam, you may or may not have noticed but theres a pandemic right now.I know, shocking. Im sorry to be the one to tell you.Employees cant match anyone the traditional way because, once again, as you may not have noticed, everyone is being asked to try to maintain a six feet distance from each other.They are doing the best they can given the circumstances and dont deserve a bad review for doing their job.In fact, the employees at this location are so good they were able to match my mom from a *photo* and it was a perfect match. I didnt even have to take it back. Which, by the way, you can do if it doesnt work as long as you keep the receipt.

This store is never stocked with no explanations! Just very confusing, when I do happen to have a chance to make it to Lexington theyre very stocked and ready. I dont understand shipping, covid etc. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Worst experience ever. Customer service was rude. I couldnt get any help and then the girl working was being rude and wouldnt help me. Everything I asked she had attitude about. Why should I beg you people to help me and get no help and then you expect me to pay the highest prices on makeup. If you are a first timer go to ulta instead. Dont waste your money. O called sephora corporate and they didnt even care how I was treated. Thanks for being kind especially during a pandemic when everyone is more stressed out than ever. Thanks alot.

Very rude!! Went in to try to get a foundation for my daughter that just started wearing makeup and instead of trying to help us, told us to use the app which does not work very well to match up foundation. I will not be returning!!

Very very judgmental and not very respectful. we went in there and tested some makeup and then realized we couldn’t afford it and so we told them we would just get it at the dollar store as they laughed.

Love this place! Everyone is so nice and helpful
