I had a wonderful experience in this store and will be recommending to all my friends to come here. The owner was very nice. The store is clean and well-spaced. They have great products and the prices are good. I bought tons of products, things were couldn’t find elsewhere. I live a little out of the way but will be shopping here. They also have wigs I want to check out.

My wife swears by PRO Beauty on Hamilton Ave. Its a busy salon most days... while appointments are recommended they arent usually required- unless youre a bride to be. Then youd better inquire sooner rather than as an afterthought. Remember those wedding photos are all important unless you are a photoshop guru- plan your bridal look here and you wont have one regret.

They have a nice selection of hair/hair products and accessories... However, they dont have very good customer service skills, if any.... Im spending money to support people who dont appreciate their customers, I wont go back...

I can find just about anything I need for my hair here. He did go up on his prices over the last year. Times are demanding it, but theyre still reasonable.

I like them but a few weeks ago I went in to buy perm and when it was applied, it turned into crystalized rocks in my hair🤔...I think maybe it was old or maybe they dont rotate the merchandise.I never see alot of people in the store so maybe the products dont move as much...I would return but not to purchase any relaxers, Ill go somewhere else where its busier and the merchandise moves like Sallys beauty supply.

Good Beauty Supply Store and the only one Ive come across which appeared to be Black Owned & Operated.....they have a good selection of products and good prices.

I can’t help but to feel ripped off...the owner wouldn’t let me return clipper blades.Even though he gave me the wrong blade for my unit...So I’m out of $20...I’ve been going to this place for years. Just trying to support a black owned business...I’m Done

This is by far the worst place Ive been in. They didnt greet me when I entered the store. I was walking around for about 5 mins the cashier and the old man never stopped their conversation. They were talking about his neice in Canada that has no drivers license and have her baby in the car and some guy getting married on Dec 26th. They never asked me did I need any help nothing. I wont be back to this place.

The cashier is very rude. She did not say thank you after I made my purchase. As a matter of fact, she didnt say anything to me. She gave me the impression that I was bothering her by being in the shop. On top of that she yelled at my 3 year old daughter. I would not shop there again.

Came in and asked for what I needed and it was given to me. Was not happy to have to buy a WHOLE bag of frosting caps for $19 but I had no choice. It was all they had. Overall it was a good experience.
