I found the truck I was interested in online and traveled from my home in Connecticut to look at it. Very disappointing experience... Had appointment to view a used vehicle that I confirmed the day before and again that morning to slide my appointment by one hour... I get there and my name is on whiteboard with the car listed next to my name... Sit with sales guy for 15 minutes only then to be told by manager the car was sold last night... After driving some distance to see this vehicle... Either very poor communication there or they just dont care! Beware!

Luckily the price of the truck was hard to beat. Other than that my experience was and has been a joke. Seemed like they have never sold a vehicle before. AVOID

Ask for Jamie! As a 30 year old woman, having dealt with dealerships for several years, the “let’s try to swindle this young lady” gambit is old news. However, refreshing doesn’t even begin to describe the respect Jamie paid me as just another adult shopping for a car.I brought my car - a 2008 Toyota Solara I inherited from my mother’s estate - to be appraised given its age. I knew I needed a more suitable car for New England, but was hesitant to apply for financing because I just refinanced my mortgage and worried multiple hard pulls in a short time would prevent getting the best rate. He was very reasonable, not pushy, quick to find the right option to meet my needs, and provided honest reassurance that I would remain in the same credit tier.I most appreciate that the past dealerships kept me on site for full days going through the application and title process, but he had all of the forms ready so that I spent no more than 40 minutes when I signed and kept me updated when the car was ready so I could appropriately schedule.I am obsessed with my new Jeep and definitely recommend going to this dealership and asking for Jamie!

Two weeks of calling and they still hardly touched my car. I finally went to get my car to bring it somewhere else to get fixed because they kept telling us different things that didn’t add up to keep pushing us off, and as I went to drive my car away nothing inside of it would work. I had them bring it back in and wait while they “fixed” it. I drove away and learned that the entire car pulls to the right so bad that I can hardly drive it as well as it shaking now, I don’t even feel safe putting my kids in it. I brought my car in for a simple issue to get fixed, and all it did was come out with BIGGER problems. I don’t know what they did to my car but don’t go there, biggest mistake you will make.

So i said good year ago now my car has been there since OCT 2020. Went for oil change and broke light staying on. In short finally in Jan they tell me its wiring harness issue and my LIFETIME WARRENTY will not cover as oem not avail be even know it was no wrapped right from factory per service dept. After fighting and email to cooperate they say if i find parts they will put in. 2 months still cant find. So now find used one there make offer and follow online only to be offered 400 less for my trade and given price of online. As i leave they say umm can give you 400 more for trade no price down i even brought title for my trade with me . needless to say i walked out insulted

I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from here ever again! Don’t do it, find somewhere else. We had a great sales associate but can’t say the same for some of the rest. My boyfriend an I purchased a 2015 Jeep Sahara with 50,000 miles on it. It has not even been 6 months yet and the radiator went.$1450 later to get it fixed, a call to one of the financial associates and no help. Apparently their in the business of selling vehicles that need work done. They won’t tell you that before you purchase it so you can pay more money to them later. Again I repeat, we haven’t even had the Jeep for 6 months yet!!! Don’t do business with them, you’ll foot the bill as soon as it’s off the lot even with a warranty.

Update: Ive had this truck for less than a month and the check engine light is already on i cant pass inspection. Speakers are broken which i had service diagnose...who have yet to get back to me with a quote. I paid 30k for this truck and i didnt think there would be issues and the service being so poor i cant get anyone to call me back!Paula was great to work with! I bought a 2016 Ram Big Horn after having an bad experience with my previous dealer she made me very comfortable and confident about buying my new vehicle! I traded in my vehicle for a new one and was in and out of the dealership within a day!

John, the sales associate who was working with me made my car buying experience absolutely pain free.

This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. Our salesman wasnt knowledgeable about the vehicle and didnt seem all too interested in selling the car, which made sense when we found out he doesnt even usually work at this dealership. We decided to purchase anyway because we thought we were getting a good deal on the vehicle and our trade-in. The finance officer was rude and pushy. We had questions about the details of the loan, what was covered, etc. and he became very frustrated, telling us he had other clients to get to and that we should have figured that out with the salesman. Again, should have walked then but we decided to purchase the vehicle. Because it was a used vehicle (30k miles), we opted for the extended 2 year warranty - Good thing we did. The vehicle had to be brought back to the dealership for the same issue at least 3-4 times. Every time we did this we needed a rental which was always a nightmare trying to work out. To top it all off, the car began to show signs of rust on one of the rear wheel wells in June of 2020. We were told they would have to take pictures and send them into the manufacturer. After calling multiple times (I was always told someone would call me back to let me know what was going on - no one ever did) and even bringing the car in for MORE necessary service, I was told that the manufacturer had determined the rust was unusual and caused by outside forces or events. It took this dealership 6 months to take the pictures, submit it, and relay that info - just to tell me that theres nothing more they can do. I have never once been happy when dealing with this dealership. Its now almost 2 years later, 7-8 service appoints, and a rusting vehicle that still has payments on it. They genuinely just dont make the effort. Avoid buying a car at this dealership and take your business somewhere else - you will surely be let down. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.

Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost especially if you have to deal with Mark . Took my 2017 Grand Cherokee here for repairs and worst experience ever. The only good part of this service department is Shawn in service and Jeff a technician and this by no means reflects their customer service at all, they are top notch.After having the GC looked at and identifying the issues caused in a accident I let Mark know i will be contacting my insurance company to discuss coverage, let him know the same day an adjuster will be coming out to look at the damage. Mark authorized the repairs on the vehicle before the adjuster had come out and threw away the parts because he couldnt keep it on the lift even knowing the adjuster was coming to look at it and not to do any work on the vehicle until then, which ended up with me stuck with the bill.The work preformed didnt even repair the vehicles main issue because the tech couldnt here the noise. However after taking a drive with another tech who immediately said I cant see how no one heard that it was identified to need an additional $2400 in repairs. and after $1300 for the unauthorized work I was told its process of elimination by Don the service manager. Since when do you through parts at the wall and see if it repairs the problem? Isnt that why there is a $125 diagnostic fee?To further the wonderful experience they some how managed to damage the front windshield and tried to tell me it was just the window tint that was done on the outside, then after showing there was no int on the out side, they tried to tell me its the clear film on the outside.... Hu!!!!!!! After they finally agreed to replace the window, there have been 3 separate appointments confirmed with Mark the window is still not replaced and they refuse to reimburse me for the replacement tint on the windowSo long story short, unless you want to be scammed out of money, have your vehicle damaged by the dealership, deal with incompetent people like Mark, have a sales Managers lie to you avoid this place. Its a shame that people operate like this.
