Harbor freight always has exactly the thing I need. We had to finds items for our RV and they had it! The prices are good and the selection is fantastic. They have some YouTube videos with reviews of tools as well.

The store is well kept, clean, organized. It took a good few minutes to find a staff member to assist me. Once finding one of the two the only 2 that I saw in there, she was very helpful and knew her stuff 👌🏻 there was a line at the register, but the girl didnt come open one up to help the line move faster. She did however come up and talk with the boy that was checking people out and only caused things to move slower.

Live this place is my new favorite place to get away from my life can spend hours here and never gets old

Cool place .They have everything you forgot to bring to the lake with you. I mean everthing.

I waited in line to checkout for 15 minutes. They had one checkout open and was having an issue with a return. They finally opened a second checkout to ring one person up and then move to that checkout to try to resolve the issue with the return. It was very aggravating. If I hadnt needed the item I went in for I would have left. The cashier I had was very nice though and did apologize. There needs to be a better procedure in place for when they run into issues.

The one lady there I I think her names Lindsay I could be wrong shes a cashier and she goes above and beyond for me every time Im in there thats the third time shes helped me so much thank you all I appreciate everything

My husband and I have always shopped here. They have GREAT deals and low prices. Although I wouldnt recommend getting my floor jacks or car ramps here. Weve had to get ours replaced twice. Other then that. Love the place. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Usually not a long wait time in the lines.

Its time the tool man Tim... loves going to harbor they have just about anything you could dream of in tools. Specialty bits on up to hand tools.

I went in for channel locks. They didnt have the ones I wanted and the alternative that they did have were way too expensive for the quality that they were. I understand that Harbor Freight is the Big Lots of tools, but some of their prices dont reflect that.

The somerset kentucky location does have reasonable stock of most items. The staff is always pleasant. Going to Harbor Freight is like going grocery shopping before you have eaten.

Called and spoke to someone about a sump pump. Told them exactly what I wanted and I was sending someone to get it. They said they would have it waiting for them. When the person got there he asked about the pumps and he was told, there they are right there.. So then he went to ask for help and it was over 12 minutes and he had to ask again for help.. They came right away then. He asked if someone called about the sump pumps that he was there to get.. No one had a clue at what he was talking about...

They have a little of everything when it comes to tools, need more people to help you.

What can’t you say good about harbor freight except long checkout lines. Now that there’s no coupons really it should get better but regardless I have a special place in my heart for HFT. Wait, that’s a special place in my wallet, not my heart. : )

This was one of my favorite shopping experiences in a long while. The most random, (not-so-quality) tools and gadgets, that you won’t need twice. It was great.

I drove a hour to get a winch that they had priced at 74.99 on their shelf I have a coupon that says$10 off any bad land winch I go to pay for it they said the price has gone up but they havent changed the tag on the shelf yet then they tell me I cant use the coupon because its a new style bad land winch and the coupon says any bad land winch I wish I had never joined the membership Im finished with harbor freight
