I took my vehicle in expecting to have a few things done, however my car needed more work than anticipated. Ryan was clear and straightforward about what my car needed & he went over the details and broke down the costs of the services for me. Because of the extra services my car needed it was going to take additional time- he was able to get a loaner car for me so I didnt have to sit and wait around. Great experience overall. I needed new sway bars for my 2018 Atlas w/ 50K miles which was unfortunate and I was ready to drop several hundred dollars to get them fixed. I was thrilled when Ryan (Service guy) came out to tell me the car was all set and covered under warranty. Made my day. Also, service waiting area is a good one. Comfy seats, fast wi-fi and a fountain soda machine!! Awesome overall.

VW Service has got to be the best in the industry these days! This location is no exception. Did everything I asked, helpful/friendly staff, pleasant waiting environment (I didn’t choose to utilize for long due to personal preference, but spacious enough indoor area for appropriate covid precautions). Walking distance to some other shops/food to pass the time while waiting.

Free VT State inspections for cars purchased there keep me coming back and the nice waiting room and professional service makes whats equivalent to a dental appointment for your car more bearable. Thanks
