No real complaints. Had a month membership, used it a good amount, but just didnt feel like the cost was worth it for us.Cancelation was a breeze and zero hassle. That alone helps boost their rating from me.

Owner or one of the owners fussed at a customer over a vacuum issue. The floors werent clean at all. One of the employees tried to help out and he told her not to help. This place is expensive for NOTHING. Half wash your car.. Rims still have huge traces of brake dust after the wipe downs. Just go across the street n get it done right. Better equipment

I had to spray my truck over. Because the towel the lady was using had tire shine in it. Even after I asked her if she changed towels she yes. I got home and and under a different light and there was smeared marks all over the truck windows were a mess. Disappointed for sure. 22 buck.... Good Luck to others. Wont be me again. Thanks tho.

Terrible experience twice. They don’t know how to vacuum cars or wipe your car down. Workers are very lazy. I was nice supporting their business buying at armorall from them. The owner did not care when they did my car wrong. Please save yourself a headache and don’t come here. They are very Liszt and over priced. I shall not return.

Its a decent place to get a quick wash. Not the most attentive on wheel detail. Theyre close and friendly.

Workers could take a little more pride in what they do. I always have to grab a towel and go over my car myself.

My car was not vacuumed and garbage/wrappers were left in the car. I asked for a refund and was denied. I was instead given a free wash coupon. This is my second time here and the second time they dont wash my car properly.

Just left from getting a car wash......PLEASE DON’T GO HERE, THEY STEAL MONEY OUT YOUR CAR!!!! I left money in my arm rest and and when I noticed it was gone, I immediately told the “manager” he says they don’t open compartments and his people don’t take money. LIES!! I told him they could keep the money and I’ll never come back, he just said ok. Despicable!!

The car wash I paid$20 for wasnt even worth $5!! They cleaned half the car, wasnt vacuumed well enough and obvious places werent even cleaned off. Smh First and last time!!

You might as well go across the street to the $3 car wash. youll dry it and clean it better yourself

Decent Carwash!

Cashier had the worse customer service I have ever experience. They offered unlimited car wash. When I requested to buy, her response to me was that she was too busy right now and it takes about 10 mins, I can purchase it the next time I come in. She was very nasty about it. When I told her about customer service, she started raising her voice in a very unprofessional manner. I asked for her manager and she said she will call her manager. Hes not going to do anything because he like her. This was my first experience with this car wash and I will never go back. Bad customer service should not be tolerated at any organization. I wish I could have recorded this. Manager did come out and try to defuse the situation.

I really dont like how they cleaned the outside of my car. They did good on the tires, but drying and cleaning the windows were awful. This is why I like a hand car wash better.

I had my car detailed today, July 11, 2018 at Express Way Car Wash. Im very disappointed in the service I received. I got there at my appointment time of 7:30am (waited 10mins for them to open) and got my car back at 2:00. My car was still dirty!!!! It didnt look shampooed. It still had stains on the seats and I pulled a ketchup packet from under the seat. The front panels had to be re-cleaned. The back passenger door was still sticky, which had to be cleaned. The attendant had to re-vacuum the floor because it was still dirty. Everything was poorly done. I will never go back!!!

This place is HORRIBLE with cleaning inside the car properly! I highly suggest you find another business to vacuum and wipe down your vehicle! They ripped me off! I went there years back and afterwards I had to tell them to re-wipe down my car and everything! Then I gave them another try today paid 16 dollars and I still had crumbs and hair in my seats . Ash on my dashboard and salt on my panel leather from snow. All because they didn’t wipe my car down properly. I jus left this time instead of having them do it over! But I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO HERE FOR CAR DETAILING AND if you want a wash you can do that across the street for $3 dollars! Signed a disappointed paying customer!

Inexperienced worker, hooked the front tires of my vehicle on the belt track improperly. Before I can put my vehicle in park. Improperly spacing vehicles causing my vehicle to rear end another vehicle. Causing damage the front end of my vehicle scratched my entire vehicle. When I complained, the doctored the video in fast speed making it appear to be my fault. I will be suing this company. I advise anyone, if you care about your vehicle NOT TO USE EXPRESS WAY CAR WASH.

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. They charge for things that are included in your service if you go else where ( cleaning your mats, tire shine) The employees are rude and half ass clean your car. I had to get out my car and wash my own windows. They didnt whip down anything in the inside of my car. I was highly pissed and when I complained no one seemed to care. I WILL NOT EVER GO HERE AGAIN AND NO I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GO HERE. If I give no stars I would.

Pretty good car wash if you dont have time for a hand car wash

HORRIBLE! Anyone considering patronizing this establishment I recommend that you DON’T. You might as well go across the street and clean your own car. This is the 2nd time I went to this car wash. After the first time I had to go home and vacuum the entire car, clean the dash board, door jams, and windows. On this 2nd visit, a previous customer came in to tell the cashier that they didn’t vacuum his car properly and his cup holders were still dirty. She told him that the only thing they clean is the dashboard, anything else would be extra and he’d have to tell them to do it. I told the cashier they didn’t do a good job when I came the first time but I was giving them a second chance in hopes that they will get it right this time. The 2nd visit it was the same issues as the 1st, but also they didn’t spray air freshener and the tire shine was only on half the tires. (I paid a total of $21, the ultimate car wash is $16 and the extras were an additional $5). I mentioned the issues to the manager and he said he would fix them but it was still not up to par. He also told me didn’t have time to have the car vacuumed over again.

Not very thorough.

I purchase a full service wash and they have done a terrible job. I try to support small businesses but I shouldve just went to the $3 car wash. For $12 I had to go behind them and re wash my car. I called back up there to express my frustration all I got was an attitude and they do not do refunds. They said they will re wash my car but why wasnt it done right the first time. I am pissed and I will go out my way to make sure they will go out of business this summer! Mark my words.

1The absolute worst customer service ever!! Did damaged to my BMW with their faulty equipment. The so-called district manager wouldnt even provide me with his last name. BEWARE if anything happens to your vehicle they wont try to help you in any way. They basically want you to bring a lawsuit against them!! AVOID this place. Spend that $3 on a bucket, sponge and soap or risk damage to your vehicle!!!

Did a great job on my car

I have been going to this place for close to 20 years and it is not what it used to be. The lady in the front is extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. As for washing cars they do a half ass job. How do you not vacuum my car out and why is there finger prints on my window when I pais $15 for service? Will not be returning

Damaged my 1 week old rim. Pissed that they are playing the word game. Managers are busy. Worst part is I saw the guy was about to hit my tire, yelled for him to stop and he kept going saying it would not scratch it.
