The window treatments and rugs are very high quality and fairly priced. The sales people are even nicer. They are very knowledgeable, they remember me and I feel like they genuinely are happy to help me and work hard to help me find what I want and/or need. I love shopping there.

The only place to buy curtains! All displayed so you can see and feel what you are buying! Great variety of rods, blinds, etc. Nice section of bed and bath also! Friendly, helpful staff and easy returns. I go no where else!

Selection just OK, really wanted to see more options in person. Staff was quite pleasant and knowledgeable, however cannot understand why sales person could not come to our house and suggest things. Must be store policy, but the lost a big sale that way.

No follow call or email after spending $8,000 to ask how we liked our blinds. We ordered black out blinds. Not measured correctly by the saleswomen. We have Rays of sun coming through the sides of the (black out blinds) every morning. Very disappointed

Unable to obtain an estimate with line item showing premeasurements for verticle blinds for several windows that were approximately totaling $5000. Was told it is company policy not to provide measurements to customers by the woman that came to our house and measured the windows. Customers should be provided measurements for products, to compare their measurements so to prevent any unnecessary errors. I.E. I just purchased rugs and I measured the areas as did the company I was purchasing from and was provided the measurements on the estimate from them. Its my right to have this information on paper before making a purchase. Seems unethical otherwise. I wont be purchasing from The Curtain Shop as a result.

I always love going to this store,they have alot of different things. I went in looking for something to hang temporarily in my living room half window, and I found some cute white with grey trim. Picked 4 up and brought them home,put one up and looks really cute.
