They do not sell or Service Mitsubishi

My review is for the service department. I have been servicing my Mitsubishi here for four years. They are always kind and helpful. They give great explanation if there is an issue with your vehicle and have good prices. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The wait time is pretty short, depending on what is going on with your car. They also have a shuttle service and offer to drop you off if you don’t want to wait. Thank you guys for being awesome!

Excellent customer service when they realized they were missing all parts necessary for a recall repair. Well managed repair center. No hesitation to use this location in the future

Nothing but great things to say about these guys at Pape Mitsubishi. I walked in there with a pretty specific need, and some time constraints as well. Andy was gracious and understanding of my situation and could not have been more helpful. The rest of the team also chipped in to help out. A great team effort from this group. My family and I will definitely return to buy our future vehicles there.

All my experiences at Pape Mitsubishi, both sales and service have been excellent. I have owned five Mitsuibishis (all from Pape) and have never had a problem with any of them. The staff is both courteous and professional and take their time with me -- answering all my questions.All in all a great experience. I highly recommend Pape Mitsibishi ... you wont be disappointed.

My car broke down two weeks before my wedding. I needed something new, and needed the experience to be stress-free. Andy and the guys at Pape filled those needs. I test drove a few cars, and had a new one in no time. Professional all the way through. And very easy to work with. My wife and I will certainly be getting another Mitsubishi from Pape soon.
