Worked with Mariana U at Portland store for the last month remodeling and purchasing 4 significant pieces. She is a talented designer and goes above and beyond which is a rare find. Although it cost a bit more I stuck with her because she was worth it.

I purchased a dining room set and four barstools. I absolutely love them, very nice quality and Karen Whitty was wonderful to deal with. When they were delivered the leg of the table had a chip of wood missing so I contacted Karen and she said she would put a report in with the corporate office. After a month went by and not hearing anything, I contacted Karen again. This time I received a call from the corporate office. They assured me they would get back to me with a resolution, likely finding a furniture repairer in my area to repair the damage. Another month went by and I received a bottle of touch up paint out of the blue from the furniture manufacturer. At this point I contacted Karen again advising touch up paint would still leave the chunk of wood that was missing very visible and I would like it repaired professionally. She advised she would contact the corporate office and get back to me that day with an update. It has now been 5 weeks since then and I have heard nothing from anyone. 3 1/2 months since my furniture arrived damaged and nothing has been done. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service after the sale and am left with a very expensive damaged dining room table. Seriously regretting my purchase!!

Karen Whitty was a delight to work with! Always providing the details needed to make an informed decision on the furniture and design choices for our home. She has a gift for making you feel as ease while finding just the right piece youll need, no matter the size of the project.
