I go here for half my products. Associates are nice and have good selection of items. However, if you are looking for a more knowledgeable staff there is another option I go to. The staff here even though nice really dont know but basic questions of if they carry an item. If I were to go in and speak to someone about products for specific things and need more than basic help you really wont get that here.

I would have to recommend the Amish glyphosate tested eggs and organic grass fed beef.

Very friendly staff and willing to help. Some items are expensive, however, they constantly have sales and being a member (free) helps with coupon on non sale items. Market is clean and the Cafe is awesome. Would highly recommend!

This place is awesome and has been around for a while now. great place to find all those hard to find health items from nutrition health aids to fresh grocery.

Open till 9:00 friendly staff and quick in & out. Some basic items are a lot higher and better health then its your average grocery store but worth it. No crowd

I like this store but the food they prepare in their Deli is just too expensive and Yes I know they need to make money but Im also not rich thank you.Also vitamins and just trying to be healthy its so expensive. They need better deals besides 30-40% off of Retail price. Retail Price is always to high anyways.

Great place to buy things and also try new things I bought some probiotics and I also bought a new product the new product I bought I wasnt too pleased with so after trying it I returned it and got in store credit to use on something else which is a pretty good deal that they will do that for you instead of you just buying something not liking it and being out all that money. If you return something unopened you get a full refund within 30 days but if it is open and you have tried it they will give you in store credit.

A good place to go to find unique health minded food and products. They have a bag discount and have matched prices with their own on line site. Watch for coupons in the Monday mail or sign up for their texts for discounts.

This store is absolutely amazing. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful. You will not find pre-workouts filled with chemicals claiming to be healthy/safe. They ONLY carry natural products which is a huge plus.

I visit this store a couple times a year and spend roughly 800 - 1,000 each trip on CBD Living products,tinctures, CBD coffee and Charolettes Web. This is the most reasonably priced place to get those particular type of products. I have my MMMJ card, but Better Health Is so much more reasonably priced vs. a dispensary.

Great selection, just need better customer service. Where else can I find vegan food for my son in this area? About a year ago I returned shampoo labeled unscented because it still had a slight scent. LOL, the manager argued with me that its unscented because its printed right on it. Though she eventually allowed the refund. Anyone whos shopped for truly fragrance-free products will understand what I mean :)

The store is very clean and presentable. Also the employees are friendly and helpful. Their selection of clean pure food is impressive, other grocery stores should learn from the health food revolution that stores like better health are pioneering. Of course non gmo organic food is more expensive than processed junk most companies make. What this country needs is a change in what we consciously put into our bodies. You are what you are eat. As we demand clean food, and vote with our dollars; big corporate will follow. Be the change?

Looked all over for Tofurky Roasts and finally found them here. Gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Many veggie products wed never seen elsewhere. Recommend and will definitely return.

Nice variety, would like to see more though. Prices are really high though. We just moved from Tacoma, Washington. Washington is known to be more expensive. Prices here are very high compared to the stores we shopped in Washington. Would be nice to see lower prices.

(please read) This is my favorite Better Health around! The one in Novi doesnt compare to this awesome, family oriented store. When you go to better health of Southgate, they are friendly, warm, and personable. Their food is made fresh, and Im never disappointed! The Novi location always has inedible food! I called the manager to complain, but they werent there. I was very upset... They may be a bit bigger, but they are NOT better! Another thing, the cashier at the Novi location made me (pregnant in my third trimester) walk back to find a code for one of the foods!! Are you kidding me?! I was SO mad!! If it were a Southgate cashier, they wouldve walked back! In fact, they do all the time for customers. Bottom line, go to South gate better health, theyre awesome! God love em.
