I went in to get my Headphone and Charger Jacks replaced. My headphones wouldnt connect at all, and my charging chords were finicky, sometimes staying on sometimes not. He diagnosed them as needing to be cleaned. Only took a few minutes to clean them and they work good as new. The fact that he took the time to diagnose the problem and save me the time and cost of completely replacing them, has won him a return customer for sure!

I really needed our iPad screen fixed for our spring break vacation and I was able to drop it off one day and pick it up the next. I had a cracked screen and he replaced the glass and LED screen with a new OLED screen for $200 on my iPhone XS. For the price the repair was quite good, however the replacement screen did slightly have a lower quality than I preferred. Throughout everything Jared was extremely courteous and helpful. Im sure for most people they wont notice the difference of screen types; Jared himself said hes never had any one point out what I did. So I still suggest people go to him for their screen repairs if they want a cheaper, quick, and professional option. Cheers!

Found Jared’s info on the internet and called him as I was leaving work to see if he could fit me in sometime to look at my phone. He told me to come in as soon as he could and he would take a look at it. He took care of it all as I was sitting there. I didn’t have any long line to worry about waiting in. WOW!!! What good is a warranty repair on your iphone if you can never get an appointment to get in and get it fixed? Jareds was not only fast (got me in the day I called) at fixing my battery, but went out of his way to put a rush on a new GPS antennae that hasnt been working for about a year. I have tried using his services twice, both times after giving him the information he asked for he stopped responding to me. He wrote he couldnt find info on those models. I called amazon got the information confirmed and sent it to him. No response. I wrote a review for anyone looking for someone to do kindles repairs to go to someone else. A simple apology for the lack of customer service would of gone a long way instead he decided to ridicule and post pictures of our conversation to make it seem it was not true. Im shocked someone with such high reviews would treat someone this way. A simple im sorry I never responded back, I should of just said I simply do not fix kindles would of gone a long way. Instead he was condescending and rude. A little kindness goes a long way.Information directly from amazon was sent and then after two weeks I messaged him asking for a response and never heard back. Its very frustrating when an owner turns the blame to make the consumer look bad. He went as far to message me to remove the post. I have no reason to make up what happened I have the messages saved. A simple apology for never reaching out would have gone so far. Instead im being bullied. Its disgusting when business owners blame their customers.
