Jared at the Marketplace Victra/Verizon store was amazing tonight! My phone was sounding my alarms, letting me turn it off or reset it; and--nothing else. After saying hed never seen a phone do that before, he made a recommendation for a next step. I decided on a hard reset instead,, which he started for me. But it allowed a soft reset and in a few minutes...I was writing this review! Great service. 👍

I came in with an odd time consuming request/question. Jason and Jared both were very patient and friendly. They didnt rush me to make any hasty decisions and even researched ways to help me accomplish what I was hoping to have hapoen with my devices. I will definitely bring my business back here again.

Jason was extremely knowledgeable and patient as he addressed multiple new devices that Im interested in adding, and he went over my best plan options that would give me the best pricing.

I’ve visited the victra Verizon store in Spanish fork several times, and each time the manager has provided great customer service with the purchase of new phones and accessories and account management, and we always have a good experience in his store. Today he went over and beyond helping us with a phone case for my son’s new phone, and it was so appreciated! I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Upon walking in to the store Sam, the representative, asked us to sit down and he went over all of the options we had to use to upgrade. I told him my concerns and right away he adhered to my concerns. He was very attentive and never pushed. He accepted what we wanted and didn’t force us to do anything we didn’t want to do. Overall a great experience! We could tell he was new but all the better! Thanks Sam

This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store and I have been a customer for a long time! Andrew was absolutely amazing!! He never pressured me into getting anything I didn’t want and on top of that he had me and my daughters laughing the whole time we were there!! If you are planning on getting new phones or starting a new service go into this store and talk to Andrew he is the Best!!! Thanks again!!!

Best Verizon store Ive ever been to! Came in with a broken phone display and Andrew went above and beyond to help me. He was very knowledgeable of the products and talked me through different options to get my phone fixed vs phone upgrade options. I never felt like he was pressuring me to get a sale and felt like he genuinely wanted to do what was best for my situation. I was able to get my phone fixed quickly and will be returning to this store in the future!

Taylor was one in a million. Im an old person who doesnt know a lot about technology but he was thoughtful and caring enough to take the time to make sure I got a good device. I highly recommend Taylor and this store.

Andrew was awesome! We were skeptical going into the store as it had been the third store we’d been to between Colorado and Utah, but Andrew came through for us. He was honest, helpful and wasn’t at all a pushy salesmen. His attention to customer service is something that is hard to find.

Walked into this store hopeing to get all the information I needed to switch over to Verizon. The girl working tonight couldn’t even tell me the price it would be for 3 lines just kept telling me 4 makes it cheaper. But didn’t even say what cheaper was. Right away told us our phones weren’t compatible. I already found out 4 months ago that our phones were. She couldn’t get off her phone long enough to help. Really wish we got Andrew like the rest of these reviews.
