Had my phone fixed in 3 hours. Awesome place!

Ive had 3 phone screens and a laptop fixed here over the last few years, and Josh and his staff have always done great work (quickly!) at very reasonable prices. They also have good deals on cases and screen protectors (among other accessories) compared to other places in the area. I would very highly recommend.

Samsung care made me come here for repair. The bearded guy at the counter is defensive, argumentative, and condescending. Unless you are like me and Samsung care is forcing this as your option, I would go elsewhere. Even after calling day before, making reservation, told my parts were reserved and to have device there at 10 am, which I did, my return time was extended 1.5 hours beyond what I was told. It was even alluded that they may not have the parts that they needed, even though on phone I was assured parts are reserved for Samsung care customers.Why even take the reservation over the phone? Still the overbearing attitude of counter person makes me never want to return. The repair itself was perfect and used OEM parts. If you like verbal abuse and attitude go on in. I will be contacting Samsung care about my experience as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are the most unprofessional people Ive ever met! They claimed to have replaced the thermal paste and cleaned my ps4 pro when I opened it up it was dirty as hell and the thermal paste was all dried up. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, they do mediocre work and lie right to your face. I will never be going back here.

Took my phone in for a warranty repair. Ive had it back for a few weeks and now when I bend over with my phone in my pocket or kneel down it cuts off completely. It also doesnt vibrate anymore when receiving calls or texts. Glad my phone charges again, but the other issues were not present before this company fixed it.

I love the fact that they are willing to stand behind their work! My iPhone’s front facing camera did not work and the speaker was messed up, they opened it up and replaced it but later realized the TrueTone functionality stopped working. When I came back to the store, the owner greeted me and after diagnosing the problem he kept on trying different parts and eventually end up putting brand new OEM screen 📺 on no charge. Problem fixed and now they have a loyal client!!!! 👍🙏😎

I was very impressed with the responsive employees. They fixed my phone in a timely manner. I broke it on vacation and was afraid I lost everything on the phone. When I spoke with them I felt like they were concerned and they said within two hours it would be ready once the shipment have arrived. I wasnt able to get it that night cause I had plans but the next morning when I went in they had to go thru my phone to make sure everything worked perfectly and I was satisfied with the work before paying and leaving. They were so professional. I will recommend other customers to them. Also the price was cheaper than anywhere else I found!!

Chandler has get phone etiquette and even better customer service once you are in the store. He keeps you updated the whole time on your service and is very knowledgeable. He speaks positively about his boss which you dont hear very often It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend their service. Awesome, friendly service! I was prepared to pay $$ to repair a charging port on one iPhone and replace the battery on another, but they said the charging port only had some debris in it and it didnt need replacing. And the battery on the other iPhone still showed it had some life left, so he gave me some tips to keep the phone from dying so quickly. All at no charge. Its nice to see that there are still businesses that value customer service just as much as they value revenue.

My daughter and I went to get her iPhone fixed. The front camera was blurry. Chandler was very professional and friendly. We were able to get her phone back the same day with no issues. I highly recommend this place and would go back for future repairs.

My iPhone took a swim and was completely dead, but Josh and Chandler were able to miraculously bring it back to life! I was amazed! There was standing water inside, so I knew the chances were very slim, but they knew exactly what to do. They had a specific step by step process and it worked! Dropped iPad off on Friday. They said it’d be ready Monday. I come in on Tuesday because I tried calling and nobody ever picks the phone up. They said it would be ready Wednesday. Well now it’s Thursday and I’ve called 10 times and still have nobody responding back. No communication whatsoever. Plus they have no voice mail.

Staff was very friendly, personable and upfront about the services they offered. Staff was very knowledgeable. I recommend to anyone who’s having issues with your phone or any electronics. Definitely come here first before making a purchase anywhere else.

HP.Com customer support has recommended your location to get my laptop fixed professionally. My laptop had a no boot device issue error, but I was glad y’all provided free diagnosed I had no idea what’s wrong with it. With great reviews, I dropped off my laptop on Monday 4/27 anticipating a response within 24 hrs. Since I didn’t hear anything I called Wed 4/29 to follow up and was told they are still working on it, which I don’t mind I just need a timeline, I asked if it was be completed by Friday 4/30 and he said sure but just to be safe I told him I’ll call before I go. At this point, I’m thinking okay maybe they are backed up with other clients I’ll just wait until the weekend.Well it’s Sunday 5/3 afternoon, I’m assuming laptop is fixed at this point, I called to find out the “status” has not changed so it’s not fixed yet still waiting on parts, I would received an email or text if anything changes, ) I say okay, thank you, he then hung up the phone. He could have said we will update you, thank you too, bye..... I feel stupid, like a nagging client or something, I just wish I would have known that or else I wouldn’t bother calling them. (I’m not sure at this point they felt irritated ) but seriously, I am in the service industry myself) as a client and as the provider- there should have been clear explaining or plans of action, anticipated date of completion.I am told parts might come in tmrw (Monday 5/4) and might be fixed if it can get fixed by Tuesday 5/3. I got a missed call on Monday and I tried to call back, voicemail is not set up. I called Tuesday 5/3 nothing, I didn’t want to go to the store due to Covid19 and thought I should call first to save a trip. finally after trying all day Wednesday they finally picked up and told me they cant fixed it. First I thought they were eating on parts, but I guess 1.5 weeks later they just found out it’s non fixable and I have to contact Hp support.What a waste of time for everyone. This might be a place for cellphones but not computers.

Went by with an unusual request for them. My helicopter helmet had two pins broken for the headset and mic. They were able to repair and even stayed after 7 to finish it so I could have it for work the next day. Awesome customer service and willing to go above and beyond. Free diagnostic test, advice on how to handle the warranty company, he even looked up the phone number for me to call all free of charge. Fantastic customer service from the beginning. Extremely helpful and informative. Honestly Im shocked at how well and professionally done my phone looks now. I came in with a broken screen, on my note 9, that a ratchet fell on and took a chunk out with it. They replaced everything, made sure the screen is perfect. Its OEM parts and of the best quality. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are cheaper than everyone else I looked at, and they are certified by Samsung. Definitely an 11/10, would break phone and get replaced here again.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service and Im blown away that they were actually able to fix my phone after I ran over it with my truck. I wish I could give them 6 stars. Josh was very reassuring at the outset even though I thought my phone was toast and low and behold: it looks like new again (besides the sides which are still pretty scuffed). Clean and professional space, reasonably priced and honest people. I brought my tablet to get fixed and was given the cost of the job. However within 15 mins I received a call from them stating the problem was due to a loose part and there was no charge to me. They could have easily kept the tablet and charged me the $150 for the job. I would definitely go back to them if needed

Josh and his team replaced the battery in my older Apple iPhone today giving it a new life. In addition to not having to spend $500-$1000 on a new phone, it was done in 35-45 minutes the same day (vs waiting 2+ weeks for an Apple store appointment) and saved me somewhere around $40. Recommend without hesitation.
