The website said Dine In, Pick Up, Delivery. We were traveling and staying in the area that night, so I called and inquired about delivery. The call was disconnected. We decided to drive there and eat. The pizza we had was cold with little taste. The salad bar was pathetic. The steamed food looked like it had been sitting there for hours. Disappointing to say the least.

We ordered 2 pizzas. 30 minutes later we arrived and only 1 pizza was ready. After asking about the other pizza, the cashier told them to make it because they completely forgot to make it. After waiting 10 minutes we asked the cashier again if the pizza was ready and they STILL haven’t put the pizza in to cook. After about 50 minutes we finally got the pizza. We weren’t given a discount or any collateral, the manager didn’t acknowledge the mistake TWICE. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service. However, the cashier lady with the pink hair was phenomenal. Very respectful and was trying her best to get our order for us. Perhaps she should be the manager and the manager who was standing around goofing off in the back should clean the tables

Ordered a chocolate chip dessert pizza they had to make it twice, Manager was super nice pizza was good.

Very good, our waitress made sure we were taken care of and the cooks were cooking up a storm! They made really good pizzas and wasnt stingy with the toppings or spinach on spinach pizza!! 😋😋😋 Ive been to a few that are light on toppings and not very good and the pineapple dessert pizza had plenty of pineapple! Hands down best experience weve had at a pizza inn for a few years atleast!! Good job guys keep up the great work!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Place was nasty. Floors nasty. Pizza bar nasty. Salad bar nasty. Nothing had been cleaned. Looked like kids had playing in the salad bar because every salad bar item was all over the place and in each container. Also saw mold. Paying $40 for three of us to eat at this place with nasty conditions and rude staff was not worth it. Definitely won’t be back.

A great Pizza Inn - clean, friendly and well-stocked with delicious pizza. It’s a great place to have a fundraiser. The owners are super nice and staff is very helpful.Our favorite is the BBQ pizza - great taste! Highly recommend.

Horrible!! Cold pizza! When they decided to make more pizza it taste as If they rushed. They were more focused on call in orders We requested a personal pizza and never received it.The salad bar was a complete mess! That was a waste of 30 dollars!!!

Great place to eat always have pizza and pasta up you have salad if you like and your choice of drinks service is always great there the waitresses are very nice and polite

Over the last six months Ive twice ordered both a large Pepperoni & Jalepeno and large BBQ Chicken & Jalapeno #ToGo. (And my previous rating of this particular Pizza Inn was 5 stars.) Six months ago both pizzas were terrible, I called and complaimed and they made good on it. Last week, well, they werent the worst pizzas ever but they were the worst Ive had from any Pizza Inn ever. Pizza inns thin crust pizza is my favorite pizza, so Ill be frequenting other Pizza Inns in the area. Im not calling to complain again, so maybe theyll pay attention to this review!

Clean, quiet, decently priced. Pizza is great and service is a bit slow but we dont mind.

Waiter did not return to give me and my family refills on the drinks we had. I had to get our own refills, plus they never had enough pizza ready for the customers. Won’t be back to this location.

Decent pizza and salad for the low

(PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THIS AS I ONLY WRITE REVIEWS THOROUGHLY AND COMPLETELY)I did not like the pizza i ordered today 12/26/17....unlike my frequent visits Ive had in the past, this by far was my worst pizza Ive ever eaten from here. The pizza just didnt have that taste you crave, that you normally would receive. I ordered a bacon, ham, and cheddar and It looked a bit undercooked especially the ham and the cheese also looked and taste different.. This was the first time seeing it look odd. I should of spoke up when the waitress showed me the pizza, ( i really regret not speaking up and complaining about it) it was also cold by the time i got it to the car. i ordered it to be cooked as soon as they opened at 11AM. Called them 20 minutes till opening time, so im confused on why it was already cold. The waitress was friendly over the phone and in person. I hope this one bad experience i had here doesnt make it where I never choose to eat here again. Maybe i should have tried Asheville Hwy, (but only reason i didnt was because on one of there reviews a customer saw a bug crawling across their bar..) I hope they get it right next time as i dont want them to loose one loyal customer.. (me)

This is a great place, especially for the whole family. I cant say anything bad except for the parking. It SUX here. There arent many parking spots and if you ARE lucky enough to find one, better hope you are LUCKY enough to get out as well. Im not sure who planned the parking lot but maybe they should have had it checked over first. This is a very good restaurant and good food as well.

I waited 30 minutes for my pizza. When I got home it was cold and the small garlic cheese I ordered was hard and so crisp it was not fit to eat. My grandchildren were so upset as this was all they wanted. I called and they said I could come back. I was not able to come back and their response was sorry. Thank you and they hung up. Wow. How comforting.

Hillcrest Pizza Inns senior dinner was great! Quiet & peaceful. Our waitress was very friendly & the host/cashier greeted us immediately & was very gracious when we left. This was our second visit but going to make effort to visit more often. Food & staff made the whole experience great!

The social distances are good the bars are clean and employees making sure each person uses different spatulas.

The buffet was great! If there is any pizza they dont have on the buffet, they are more than happy to make it for you to put out on the buffet. They even let me know when it was put out for me. Pizza Inn is definitely my favorite pizza ever! Amazing pizza and I love the desert pizza they offer also! Great place to bring the kids. The service was great also. Very friendly staff. Pizza was good. There were two vegetarian options...cheese and spinach and cheese...no vegetable pizza without meat. We got one refill after our cups were completely empty but it seemed that waitress had more than one job to do so maybe busy. Perhaps install self serve drink machines. Price is very good for buffet. I would return.

I like pizza inn. For the money you cant beat it. Sometimes it seems like they might leave a few pieces of pizza out too long, making it not appealing to look at. They will make you any pizza on request. The servers are hard working and always helpful and friendly.

Overall good experience for inexpensive pizza buffet. Unlike some there are numerous combination pizzas instead of just cheap cheese and pepperoni. Friendly staff with table service. My son liked the dessert pizzas. There is a salad bar with some pasta options. Buffet is the focus, but you can order special pizzas too.
