The staff is amazing! Love the friendly upbeat folks. The drinks on the other hand dont always taste right. There has been many times they have been out of things to make the drinks to include whip cream. I usually dont find out until after I pay. The service is always great, and for that reason I will continue to go.

Its perfect, every time! Also, my daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled and they were super sweet and made her a blended drink she could drink!

Got two of our drinks correct. Other one had to throw away. It looked and tasted like brown water.

Starbucks is always consistently Starbucks. Products and offerings are the same from one to another, what stands out are the people. Staff makes all the difference. Staff here are friendly, personable and courteous. Try them out. Tell them I sent you. Theyll be confused, but you and I will smile at that.

This location has some of the most polite employees and I adore them!! They’re always willing to answer questions and help with picking drinks. Always will come back here ❤️

Had to travel to Spearfish, South Dakota, to find a genuinely honest face in a Starbucks. When they said Thank you and Have a Nice Day. It actually sounded as though they truly believe it. Not just rote.

A great place for when youre shopping and need a pick me up! The coffee is great, and the treats are good. There is a sitting area by the keyosk but its not all that big or comfortable. The service is okay. Overall a good place to go for a coffee while shopping- not ideal for sitting and chatting for long periods of time. They really should get an actual Starbucks shop/building, that would be very cool and a good addition to the community perhaps.

The Starbucks in Safeway has some very friendly workers. I enjoyed talking with one of them today. I didnt have to wait long and the prices are good. Coffee is good of course.

The employees are great but I never have luck with their coffee. It tastes burnt and old.

Sunday morning at 7 a.m., the young woman seemed to be just standing at the counter when we approached. The case of food items was practically bare. She was pleasant but had no blonde roast. Offered two options for a darker roast. We accepted the lighter of the two but turned out there wasn’t more than a cup of that. She said she would have to brew more. It took just a few minutes but while we were waiting I noticed at least 4 flies on the brewing machine. Once the new coffee was brewed, she said they had no half and half so we had to use heavy cream poured out of carton. No sugar, sweeteners, or syrups out anywhere. Have never been in a Starbucks that was so ill-prepared to serve coffee or that was so dirty. Certainly can’t be meeting corporate standards!

Slow service got order wrong and then couldnt get the machine to work to make the correct one.

The coffee drinks are expensive and worth every dime. The atmosphere is warm and cozy.

The staff is great but I am tired of my hot chocolate being luke warm. You get your cup and if you dont have it emptied in 5 minutes youre searching for a microwave. Please make the drinks hot!!!

It’s not really a Starbucks if it hasn’t had an espresso machine in over two weeks! At this point no more trips to this Starbucks unless I’m going to Safeway.
