Greg was an awesome sales guy! Opened up the RVs to let us walk through, and discussed what we did and didnt like then remembered it. He wasnt pushy, and answered all our questions. Was a great experience. Thanks Greg!
Shout out to Tony in the parts department! Incredibly helpful, charismatic and easy to deal with. Trusted me to borrow parts to go to home depot for other necessary parts which solved my shower problem for an older trailer.Highly recommend.
I have been dreaming of owning a camper for years. After years of researching and a few visits to other dealers, I could not have asked for a better experience from Click-it RV. From the moment we arrived to look, to the time we drove away with my dream, the team took care of us and continue to support us in this new adventure!Upon arrival, Kevin diligently showed us the RVs we were interested in and did not hesitate to call another associate when he was unable to answer some of our questions. Mark was patient, as my husband and I pondered the various options and kindly entertained the kiddos while we chatted. The hospitality continued as we completed the sale, the team working to meet us at a price we were comfortable with. Sonja was incredibly helpful answering questions as we completed the paperwork. When we returned to pick-up our RV, Jeb did an amazing job walking us newbies through the ins and outs of it all. Taking the time to let us practice, never making me feel awkward with my questions and giving great tips throughout the walk through. Again, the patience, kindness and hospitality continued as we loaded up with supplies in the parts department!I am grateful for the team at Click-it RV for being supportive, knowledgeable, and thorough! They made me feel like I had my big brothers helping me throughout the process. Thank you so much for making my dream a reality!
We just purchased out first RV in Ky and moved here to Spokane. Well this is our second day living in it, this morning I locked Myself out..a gentleman from here came and unlocked my door and was so friendly! And wouldn’t charge me.. if we ever need anything for our rv we will definitely give them our business!! Thank you so much!
Excellent folks to work with. I’ve dealt with them on two different occasions. The first is I bought a camper and not only did I get a great deal but the service was phenomenal. The second occasion, had to do with warranty coverage. To make a long story short we had a minor issue with the camper and there was a miss understanding between me, the warranty company, and the service department at click it RV. The service manager at ClickIt RV not only Intervened but he cover much of the cost as well when he didn’t have to. Especially after discovering the items that were fixed wasn’t cover under warranty to begin with.
I can not say enough about our experience at Click it!! Our sales rep Ryan was amazing and very very patient with all my needs and questions!! From day one he listened and understood that this purchase was going to be out new HOME for the next couple years!! From the buying process to the delivery it was seamless! Check out the parts department too!! We made the best decision after researching and meeting with other local dealerships. Ryan thank you for being so amazing and earning a life long customer!!
We arent ready to purchase, knowing that the staff still have great service. Price of used is great compared to new. They have some very nice options.
Wax, Kenny, Steve, Chris, Lawrence, and the others behind the scenes at Clickit RV Service Department, thanks for making us feel like family. You all are professional, reassuring, and so good at the details. You make an amazing team, and have customer service ACED, Im so glad we found you all!Weve owned our beloved RV since 2010, and its needed a fair bit of maintenance and repair in those 11 years. Through our travels weve had a lot of places through the US and around the Spokane area work on it. In all those years, weve never worked with a more honest and kind group than the service crew at ClickIt. They always make us feel like they love our RV as much as we do.Weve had major roof and ceiling repairs done on our RV, along with a lot of smaller jobs too. These guys are amazing, theres nothing they cant handle.
Had the parts I needed at a reasonable price.
Visited Click It and ended up purchasing a travel trailer. Super friendly staff, nice location, and they worked with us to get a decent price. Highly recommend.
We purchased a 34ft Forest River travel trailer from Clickit. They have been outstanding to deal with! We would highly recommend anyone making a RV purchase from them. Parts Department has been very helpful, and Service has done an outstanding job. Jake Barber, the Sales Manager, has been unbelievable to work with. Kevin in Service is always available and makes sure all work is completed on time and correctly.
ClickitRV had the exact trailer that I wanted in stock! They were not the cheapest, but it was buy it and drive away, so paying a little extra for that was worth it. I live 400 miles away an working with them remotely was easy. There was a little misunderstanding regarding paperwork and licensing fees, but they made it right in the end.The salesman was great! The pre-delivery walkthrough was not rushed and was as thorough as I wanted it to be. Overall a great experience!
We qualified for a loan but, could not do the 10,000 down. They offered to try working with the bank. No one called us back. We assumed the answer would be no. But, where is communication and call back.Yup, we may need to wait thats OK. Will we go back. NOPE.
Steve, Kevin, Wax and Ty have done excellent work on all three of our motorhomes. They always take time to answer my questions and go above and beyond what they have to.
Nice place the parts people need more experience ( water heater by pass, -- dont know what it was )
Very nice sales person, no high pressure. Just low inventory, but I would do business with them in the future.
Exceptional service on a lock out. Took time to explain how to avoid the situation in the future.
Ryan was a laid back, no pressure salesman who easily got us into our dream camper. Jeb in the service department went the extra mile during our walk through inspection and made an on the spot custom repair to our hitch setup. The whole team went out of their way to get our new unit to us quickly with zero hassle. Highly recommend!
I cant say enough good things about Clickit and especially Ryan. We bought a 2020 Bigfoot travel trailer and the process from buying to delivery went smoothly. Ryan kept us updated throughout the process and continued providing support even after the sale. Ryan brainstormed and came up with an option for delivery straight to our doorstep. If the opportunity or need arises for another RV, we will definitely check with Clickit first. Thank you for always being available and super helpful with questions and advice.
Very friendly staff willing to help and they go the extra mile to get you what you need
I found a used travel trailer on the website and immediately called AJ who previously showed me some new trailers on their lot. AJ Rodriguez was professional, diligent, and made the whole process seem easy. His personality and care for the customer is 2nd to none. I would HIGHLY recommend AJ at ClikItRV.
Jeremy Hollis and the whole team are great, definitely recommended as a one stop shop for a new RV. Thank you!
What a great experience!! I recommend Clickit RV for their customer service, expertise and selection. I would make them your first stop ... Also, we observed great teamwork amongst their sales team, which was refreshing to see! Mention Ed, he was great...
The store was clean and the sales staff was a knowledgeable. What I really liked was everything on the racks had a price tag on it. They also had a very large selection of stuff needed the fix little things on my RV.
Worked with us to purchase a rv trailer. Then gave us a discount on better stairs
If I could give this a 0 star I would!!! Worst customer service ever!!! bought a new 2021 Rv so we wouldnt have any problems and the first trip out the tip out got stuck!!! Not to mention we had no communication from the beginning we took three trip up to moses lake before we could take it home because of the inspection.and lack of knowledge. They still have our RV ...havent recieved any information the manufacturer and ClickIt both have given us the run around. Dont buy from them!!! We are paying on something we dont have.
Took my pop up camper for a pulley repair as well as wheel replacement. After one month and multiple phone calls I was told they had never actually ordered the parts. Three weeks later I called again and they had just ordered it. Once the pulley system was replaced they then started working on the wheels only to run into more issues. Finally after two months I have my trailer back and now theres an electrical problem that wasnt there before. Horrible customer service, poor communication, caused more issues.
I purchased a Thor Majestic motor coach from Clickit after several months of online searching for a vehicle that was right for me. I am a senior woman from Montana, so the purchase agreement and all the subsequent details were handled via email, text, and over the phone prior traveling to Spokane to pick up my new (used) 2017 beauty.Making such a significant purchase sight unseen is a bit nerve wracking, but all my questions and concerns were handled in a very friendly, competent manner. I arranged for an independent inspection prior to finalizing my purchase, and he was met with welcome and ready cooperation.Special thanks to Ryan, Jake, and Steve for taking such good care of me!High recommendations for Clickit RV from me!
We had Clicket RV service department do a lot of work on our 5th wheel. This included big and small jobs. I can not say enough good about all of them. They took the time to explain everything in detail to us and gave us different options for the repairs we needed done. They made suggestions of things that would save us money with these repairs as well. Everyone was very helpful, polite, professional, and honest with us. They went above and beyond what we expected. The two gentlemen that we worked with the most was Wax and Kenny. We would suggest Clicket RV to anyone looking to have their RV worked on.
Wax and Kenny helped me with an electrical issue in my new trailer. They saved the day for me ! Very professional and courteous.
Buy an rv from here be prepared to wait 2 months for your rv. They state will behere in 7 days just forgot to ad the 4 in front of the 7 to make 47 days..

Didnt have everything I wanted but its a big store with a large variety of needs and wants
BUYER BEWAREIn late Autumn of 2020 my wife and I bought a 2014 Alpine. The unit was on a back lot away from the shiny line of units to sell on the front rows. Our 1st clue. At that time we had no tow vehicle so the dealer delivered it for us. Two hours into the delivery, the top membrane started rolling back. The driver returned to Spokane. That should have been our 2nd clue. They ultimately sent us money to partially subsidize our hotel stay, as we had sold our motorhome.Couple weeks into ownership the furnace quit working. New thermostat, to no avail. We were in a rainy, cold area of the state. Resorted to a Mr. Buddy heater and two propane tanks.Throughout the heart of the rainy season our windows and slides leaked, This in turn, propagated a healthy crop of mold on the carpeting. The unwanting purchase of a dehumidifier helped with windows. As we camped on the sponge-like lawn at my sisters house it became increasingly saturated. The camper began leaning enough to be a real nuisance with fridge, etc. A short trip around to the outside left front revealed the control panel wasn’t working. Geeze! A call to the parts department in Spokane was in order. I told the voice on other end that it was my hydraulic control panel not working. He talked me into believing it was a junction-type box part on the ceiling in the front-most storage compartment. Alas, I was right. After another call, I had that part rushed out. Five days later I got it.... Now we are in the end of March. The dealer had extended to us a ‘Good Faith’ program. They sent another subsidy to me to hire a mobil RV mechanic to get hydraulics working so we could limp back to Spokane. Well, I had just fixed it. And they owed us for other parts. Besides a trip back there and back again was 10 hours plus hotel and food. Furthermore I didn’t want to risk winter mountain passes while driving an unfamiliar towing vehicle. We had obligations in April.Continuing the saga, during the course of winter the GFI in bathroom blew. Two GFIs later were still blowing. We lived with five dead outlets all winter while using an extension cord for key components. The Black tank was backing up unmercifully. It seems to work now or it’s because all that leaked into the belly dried up? Ugh!Upon our maiden voyage home a driver side ‘China Bomb’ (presumed inspected) tire blew out. Destroying the bottom of our slide and wheel well trim as well. I have to believe the dealer knew exactly the type of tires on this camper. That will take $1000. to repair! I’ve got estimates. These exorbitant costs are tough on seniors on a budget. In retrospect, the dealer should never sold this rig in the state it was in.Calls and help from the dealer are now futile!...... Now we’re in the Texas panhandle. It’s heating up here and we’ve discovered the AC isn’t working. Geeze! This experience has taught us much. I will put this review all places I can on the internet, town newspaper, BBB, state AG office, in hopes others going to Spokane, don’t! Btw, furnace and AC still doesn’t work. Nor has the slide out been fixed. I see the fridge temp. is creeping up :(
Great people. Great location.
We purchased our first camper trailer. Big Al helped us from start to finish. He is very professional and awesome guy. The finance department got us in and out with no issues. Jake did our walk through with us very knowledgeable and professional he answered every question we had. Guys in parts department very knowledgeable and professional they informed us about everything we need to go camping. Over all we had no issues with this business. Would recommend to anyone.
We purchased a new travel trailer about a year ago and the process went very well. They gave us a good price for our old 1970s motor home and a good price on the new trailer. Happy with the staff and the process, now that we have a few warranty issues we will see how they treat us.
So far so good
Good RV selection for new RVs and trailers, helpful service and financing.
Recently purchased an RV from Ryan Gese at Clickit and found a couple small issues after using it. Ryan and Wax in Service were awesome not only in resolving the problem but the workmanship from service was great. Thank you guys for all the help. Stand up people who deliver great service and product.
We got great service at ClickIt RV.
I never do reviews ever. But how I was treated in Moses Lake by the self proclaimed sales manager Amy. Who come to find out is not a manager at all this place is ran by a even more Rude manager that seemed ok with telling his sales team that any customers who would like to make a offer on any of their inventory needs to give them there bank card. To prove how serious they are of a Buyer. Keep in mind I was never told the price of the unit at all. None of the crew was wearing masks not even the manager . Very poor customer service. My neighbor tried to get her unit into service and was also treated horrible also . Word travels fast here just food for thought
Its been one nightmare after another with this place. They didnt do the repairs that were promised before the sale. Once they finally delivered the trailer it came missing power cable and keys. They are terrible with communication. Its like talking to a brick wall. I always feel like they are not really listening to me, but just pretending to listen until I stop calling. Wouldnt recommend at all.
We just purchased a new Puma XLE Lite from ClickIt RV with a trade-in and couldn’t have had a better experience! We came in with a general idea of what we wanted and Ryan helped us pick just the right camper. He listened to our “wants” list and really tried to help narrow things down and give options but was not pushy. We all felt very comfortable with the choice and the sale was as efficient as we could have hoped for.
This place is an absolute joke!In short, they sold us something that they were not prepared to deliver. After agreeing to a deal, we completed the paperwork, and provided our down payment, and shook the salesmans hand.Someone will call you in a day or two to schedule your delivery turned into the end of the week which turned into we had to order parts, theyll be at least a weekThe manager explains: Its not like a car lot, we dont go through these until we sell themThat seems backwards to me, but okay...Since nobody called me with any updates, I kind of feltlike I needed to babysit them. So after calling everyday, and getting the run around, they were finally ready to schedule a delivery nearly TWO weeks after the sale. Great!But.....when I took this morning off of work and arrived at the agreed upon delivery time, you guessed it!Theyre still working on itImagine that! Im not surprised at this point, but I am angry. Having taken the time off work, this goat rope is actually costing me even more money. So I hang out for about an hour, until someone from the service department comes to tell me that the furnace is leaking, and theyll need to order a new one.You dont want it if its unsafe, do you?No, I sure dont. Im not an idiot. So, back home I go, to wait for a call.....UPDATE TO FOLLOW
Wow! Great experience all around! Service and care was exceptional and Chris and Mark were extremely kind, helpful, and easy to work with. Drove off with my dream car and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Overpriced. But had what I needed.
Just purchased a car from click it! Great staff. Mark our salesman was very friendly and professional. Chris the manager helped us with some great terms. I strongly recommend them for your car buying needs!
The overall experience with ClickIt was great. The manufacturers promises, not so much. The rig we bought was supposed to have certain features that were not installed, but thankfully the service team rocks and were able to fix everything. Thank you Wax, Kevin, Ed and Jake, your superstars!!
Jake Arrotta was our sales person did a great job very happy. Sonja in finance was wonderful. Randy did our delivery walk around was a wonderful experience. Thank you for a great camper and great experience. Highly recommended
I worked with Chris and Jake to get my new camper trailer! They were so helpful and extremely nice 😊 I have no complaints! The whole process went smooth and they treat you like they would their family. I recommend any one looking for an RV, camper, tent trailer, etc to go to Clickit RV.
Very pleased with the Bigfoot camper purchased from Clickit RV in Spokane. Wandered my way down the Washington and Oregon coast afterward to Central CA - all systems worked great. Kudos to Ryan and Randy for scheduling the delivery and setting the unit up on my truck.
Do not work for this company! Worst management experience I’ve ever worked for.
Went to see a resale RV. Sales people dont seem very familiar with their product.
Kelly and Tony work in parts department always glad to see you. My boyfriend gets lots of joking from the guys and also deals on rv stuff.
Went there when they had their promotion first part of June. Received an Amazon registration certificate that when I mailed it in, came back as not deliverable and unable to forward. What a joke. When I called them, said I was only person with this problem. I doubt that. I think this shows what kind of business practice they have. When I called the guy kept saying this was legit, and he would have his manager contact me. Of course that didnt happen. While we were there I asked 3 different salesmen to show me a car they had on the flyer, but they were like chickens, scattered all over, I never did get to see it. Instead we looked at an RV. We were seriously considering buying it, but when I got this Amazon thing back I figured this wasnt a place I wanted to do business with. Its only a $25 Amazon GC, but I dont like being taken.
We recently purchased 2 additional travel trailers, our salesman, Kenneth, was very helpful in our sale, great smooth transaction between us and management, we got a great deal and had our rv concerns fixed, at no extra cost, the walk threw was great, our techs were very helpful and knowledgeable about the trlrs, answered all our questions, took the extra time to make everything right, from start to finish, very, very helpful and friendly staff, thank you Click it RV...
Great service, love my new trailer. They got it ready on a short notice and called to do walk though a day before promised.
Stopped at Clickit RV looking for a class C motorhome. Found one that Was on consignment, salesman was great no pressure came to an agreement on a price with no pressure. Went to pick up the rv had a walk around with an employee who was polite but missed a few things and the unit wasnt inspected 100 percent... Went to use the rv anD the batteries were shot had to buy new house batteries at the last minute. Was having problems with the batteries staying charged called Clickit RV they had me bring the rv in so they could check it out. They spent 2£ hours checking it out didnt find a problem except that the batteries needed to be fully charged (my bad ) . I talked to the salesman that sold me the rv about having to buy new batteries he took my receipt to the manager and with no questions they refunded me the cost of the batteries. I had a very positive experience with them and yes I would buy from them again.
Traded our Montana fifth wheel in for a new Vengeance Tou Hauler this spring. With everything that was going on the transaction was smooth and seem less. Ryan was great to work with and got everything handled. Second time I have done business with clickit and never an issue. Great people to buy from.
Great experience working with Ryan Gese and everyone at ClickIt. Thanks again. We love our toy hauler.
Thank you AJ Rodriguez! Yall were terrific! Great customer service!
Great guys in the sales dept! Thanks so much for the info and the great help!
Thanks to Ryan Gese, I had a great experience buying my first trailer at Clikcktrv. I’ve been learning a lot (and still have a lot to learn) since I picked it um in the dealership and brought to my home in Seattle. Our family is very excited with the Summer ahead of us.
Helpful but kinda high priced
Bought a 32-gal portable tank for our trailer. Competitive prices, good service.
Big shout out to Ryan Gese. He got me what I wanted for a great price. Ryan really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I have had a chance to look over it and am even more satisfied with the quality. The parts guys def deserve a shout out also. Thanks again Ryan and all at Clickit RV for a wonderful experience!!!
I rarely write reviews but these guys deserve one. We purchased and RV last winter and working with Brooke and Justin was fantastic. They were helpful and knowledgeable at helping find the right RV for us and we came in under our expected budget. We were only able to the RV a couple of times over the winter and in limited function. We did our first full outing with it over Memorial Day weekend and I damaged the unit. This really sucked as we have a big trip planned. Wax was able to get our RV in and repaired faster then expected and again, under budget.
I bought a truck from Clickit RV and got a great price on it. I was in and out the door quickly with ease. I would recommend them to anyone.
Great experience. We drove by just to look and ended up purchasing a class A motorhome from Click It. We worked with Tamara, who did a great job listening to what were were looking for and then matching that up with possible RVs. We found one we loved and negotiated a price that was fair to both sides.Worked with Sonja in Finance and she did a great job, even saved us some money by finding a better rate.We discovered a leak in the windshield and took it back for repairs, which were handled well.Overall, we are happy with the sales ans service and, of course, our RV!
Wax and his crew at the service center really know how to take care of their customers. Wax is very knowledgeable on every aspect of RVs and goes out of his way to make any repair a easy experience for the customer. I would recommend them to anyone in need of service on their rig. Customer Service is a dying art but they have it down at this service center.Scott Brown2005 National RV 5355 dolphin
Was told things were going to be getting detailed and fixed for almost two weeks. Received my trailer April 30th, just now having time to look through it all. Dead bugs every where, some vents busted/filthy, covered in filth, oven dirty, and whos knows whats actually been fixed. Guess my fault for not thoroughly looking through. Would not recommend.
Jim Botts in the service department is one of the nicest people ever. I wasnt even there for service of an RV I had just picked up my car from the dealership and it broke down on the way home I pulled into their lot and Jim came out and took care of me and called the dealership for me and made some really good recommendations just the best guy ever. If everyone else in that company is like him I would definitely do business with them!
We had bought our Brand New 2020 Forest River Wildwood Heritage Glen Elite 36FL back in January 2020 at the RV National Show. We were able to finally pick it up in February. We towed the trailer to Oregon only to have the Brand New refrigerator not work due to improper installation of the duct work (from the manufacturer). We were lucky to have a certified technician right down the road from where we were we were staying. During the first week we stayed in the trailer, we noticed a lot of things that were not caught in our walk through. Click it said they will cover the “warranty” items as soon as we could get it back to Spokane. I took another position in another state and needed to bring the 5th wheel back to Spokane in late July and made arrangements w/ the warranty woman at ClickIt to schedule an appointment to get everything taken care of. Understanding with the COVID-19 happening, we were called to let us know the parts were in and to bring it in on July 24, 2020 and it would be ready to go by the end of the day July 27, 2020. When we brought it in in our scheduled time, we were told that it would be ready in 3 weeks. We explained to the service writer that we made arrangements w/ the warranty woman (I believe her name is Margo) and then found out “she was out the day we brought it in and didn’t know when she would be back in”. We needed to get some things out of the 5th wheel on a Saturday and found out the service department doesn’t work on weekends, however, the Service Manager, Wax, came over to the Service Shop and let us in our trailer. Wax called us on the following Monday and said he found that all our parts were in fact in and he was going to get some technicians working on our issues ASAP. We explained to Wax we needed to have it back no later than Wednesday and he had it ready by the end of Tuesday (a day later than promised but under the circumstances, acceptable). We picked up the 5th wheel and were told, after a quick walk through, that it was ready to “be hooked up and go”. So I did just that. I felt a hard tug when I pulled away and it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed the “slide plate” that one of the Service Writers took off when we dropped it off did not put the slide plate back on and it destroyed my tailgate and shattered some of the parts from the slide hitch. We called up ClickIt (quite ticked off) and explained to them what had happened and we were told they did not take off the “slide plate” and that we did it. Needless to say, I was EXTREMELY ticked off and demanded to speak to one of the many Managers. Wax, the Service Manager, called and we explained to him what happened (it was just about quitting time for them) and he offered to come to our house, take pictures, look at the tailgate and hitch system. He admitted to us that one of the Service Writers did in fact admit to us he did take off the slide plate and figured “we” would put it back on. He made sure the plate was on properly and that they would take care of my tailgate as soon as I got to where I needed to be and could send them an estimate for the tailgate and the parts for the damaged slide. As for ClickIt RV in general, I give the dealership one star. As for Wax, he gets 5 stars!!! He went above and beyond what anyone else there at the dealership was willing to do. This includes the salesman who sold us the trailer (he kept putting us off and sent us to someone else when we had issues with the refrigerator). We were rushed when we did our walk through because they had to alter our queen size bed frame to match the king size bed that comes with the trailer. The camera system they installed did not work and one technician stood by and watched and said “I am off the clock” but he had time to watch?!?!? All this made for the gentleman doing the walk through and those who were still there, rush to get us out. The owner said he was a Christian as did the Sales Manager and the Salesman. My wife and I are Christians and THIS is what makes non-believers think of Christians as Hippocrates. Again, “Thanks Wax” for what you did!
We came into the store not knowing much about the RV we purchased. We met Larry back in the Parts Dept..he was very FUNNY and helpful! Anthony was great as well as the Service crew. Fair prices and would recommend them highly! Shawn and Larry struck up a bro-romance I think....Thanks for the laughs guys! We made it to Arizona! Happy Holidays!
Quick trade in and pick up of new travel trailer. Great service from top to bottom. Service guys transfered our stabilizer arms and tightened up our hitch. Camper warm and ready for walkthrough upon arrival. Easy access, close to food, shopping and campground. Quite extensive parts floor, they probably have everything you need!
Not very helpful they only offered me a $70,000 coach. They didnt even check their other places for me. Totally disappointed
Had a great buying experience here. Buck made the sale personal and not your typical pushy salesmen. He actually cared. Rodger was very nice as well and made the process super easy!!
When I bought my new trailer there in 2015 the put 2002 propane tanks on my trailer which made it so I couldnt get them refilled 5 years later. When I called they tried to give me the run around at first but did eventually offer to exchange them. My tanks were close to full still when I drove to exchange them and the service guy attempted to give me empty tanks in exchange. He was put off when I said I expected full tanks since I had to drive and deal with this in the first place. End of story this isnt the first issue Ive had with click it being shady lazy or attempting to get one by me and I wont ever purchase or recommend anyone else to go there either
Chris, Brook. Sonya, and Steve walked us thru purchasing, financing, and getting to know our FIRST TRAILER!!THANK YOU!!
We bought our trailer in a January and there was a few things needed fixed. We bought our trailer brand new and it needed a new awning. we gave it back the first of February and we still dont have it back. It was promised back to us in 3 weeks now we have made our 2nd payment and still dont have it. No one will return our calls. Next time we will find someone else.
Although Tamera was new in November she did an excellent job. When she didnt have an answer she found someone that did. I feel she has a great attitude and should go far with this company
Terrible place to buy anything. After making the deal in mid October 2019, which included some parts at cost, we made arrangements to come back in about 2 weeks to pick up the 5th wheel. When we arrived, after driving for over 3 hours, they said it wasnt ready due to some cracked doors. They said they were on order and we could bring it back to get them installed. I DONT think so. We went to get the parts and the parts manager said we dont sell anything at cost doesnt matter if we had a deal with the salesman, I DO think so. We found other issues that should have had repaired before we arrived, could have called us to reschedule the pick up. They delivered it to us mid December. Upon delivery we found they DID NOT fix the issues that we had showed them. We also found other issues that should have been found on the pre delivery inspection. I wrote a letter to the owners outlining the issues and they didnt have enough pride in their company to even respond. I took it to the local dealer, All Seasons RV in Wenatchee, great people and customer service, didnt have the set up we wanted or we would have purchased from them, who worked directly with the manufacture to get the RV in the shape a brand new RV should be in. They sell you on a lifetime in house warranty but why would I take my RV back for a bi yearly inspection 3.5 hours away to a dealership that doesnt show they have any pride in their work or place of business. Unless the ownership finally responds to me, I would not recommend this dealer.
I stumbled upon a Good Ol Boy named Daniel! I was impressed. He was truthful didnt promise anything he couldnt actually do. Daniel would do exactly what he said to a T. He did everything he could for me and puts the customer before his paycheck. If you go to AutoMax or Click It Rv only deal and ask for Daniel! I give daniel 10 stars!!!! Im very happy with my truck yeah it needed a couple things but nothing compared to what I looked at all around spokane and spokane valley! Im editing this later. A week later, So when I drive off the lot for the first time a Ebrake issue had shown up. Now they agreed when I bought the truck that the alignment and oil change was included with the purchase. I then called Click it and told them about the ebrake issue and they agreed to fix it as well even though it wasnt on the due bill. I honestly have to say Automax is trying to fix their old reputation. Thats good enough for me.
Worked with Brook on our new 5th wheel. Brook was great to work with along with other staff. Thru all the Cova stuff we got our 5th Wheel. Thank You Clickit
Stopped by the tent sale at the Cheney Rodeo Grounds, was immediately stopped by a salesman who refused to let me continue through and see the inventory without getting “pre approved” so that quote “I don’t waste his time with something I can’t afford” and “he can shop for me”. After telling him no thanks, I’m not getting my credit pulled just to look at what he wants me to see, he said and I quote “ You’re obviously not serious about purchasing anything” before walking away. Serious lack of respect and flat out rudeness.Do better, hire better.
We had a great experience here and as first time th buyers, it was a fun experience. We were in and out as fast as we wanted to be. It does take a little bit of time before you can pick up your new purchase, but that’s because they go through and deep clean, and schedule an hour long walk through so you know how everything works. I was happy with it, and they worked an incredible deal for my family. Thank you!
Always get what I need.. always in stock
Tried to by a motorhome for $19000.00 having 10% in hand as their website says, sent in a pre approval Sunday at 2:00pm, wife called in the first time Monday @ 9:45 am spoke to a lady named Laurie, Laurie told my wife with out even looking at our app she needs $10,000.00 down, said she would have the finance lady call us, did not hear anything so wife called again at 2:30 and talk to a guy that was very pleasant and said we had to talk the the finance lady but also said he dont know why Laurie would have said that because if the credit was good (680) then they could do 0 down, it is now 5:45 and no word, I called and spoke to Laurie who seemed like she had better things to do than deal with a prospective customer told me that they were very busy, and she didnt have time to get to it yet they have been financing people all day long mind you, that tells me that I am not as important as the people there. Low and behold got a call from the guy at 5:50 giving a b.s story basically telling us we need more money counterdicting what their web site says. This place is giving me the shady vibes, looking to go somewhere else that will take our money. BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH CLICK IT RV IF YOU DO, DO IT FACE TO FACE.

Many thanks to Click-It RV in North Spokane. Everyone we dealt with was super great while we went through the processes of looking and deciding on the rv for our needs and wants. While we were in the office to do paperwork every single employee that entered spoke to us and wished us happy traveling. All questions were answered during the entire process to our satisfaction. We felt important to them and they made us feel like family. Our thanks to the employees that worked directly with us. If we ever need an RV dealer again, well be sure to visit you. We definitely will recommend you to others.

Helpful staff, reasonable prices, locally owned. So many reasons to love this RV store. Make sure you bring your rig here for servicing, they wont do you wrong! P.S. yes, your camper needs it!
Ian is a great asset to this place. He was very patient while we looked at many different models. They are all friendly there. Great place to go looking for an RV.
Pisspoor customer service after a cash deal.Failed to deliver twice. I’ve been waiting for my rv for 3 full weeks. Refuse to give adequate communication about delivery date.
Came in with questions about a hitch weight distribution system. Got help without asking, promptly came over, asked if I needed help, explain the whole hitch system I was interested in. Thanks!!
