I had to pay them a 60$ labor fee, just so they could tell me they couldn’t fix my bike. I understand I have to pay a labor fee no matter what, that’s just part of the business. But not 60$ To not fix it. Next time I’ll just flush 60$ down the toilet. I should only realistically have paid 30$ at the most. Also when I asked them how much it would cost for me to have them order the part for my bike and fix it. She quoted me between 370$ and 400$. Then I went to another Bike shop and they fixed my bike for 280$. This place is over priced and overhyped. The people that work there have a very dull personality and kind of act like they’re superior to you. Every time I was there I felt like I was annoying them or wasting their time so I won’t be back. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

They are never staffed to meet the need of customers. Went here a few times out of the last three years. Each time I have been turned away over simple easy fixes. Only once out of 5 inquiries and walk in’s have I been successful here. Nice people though! Just call and make an appointment is my advice. Life and accidents is not always scheduled so it would be nice if they were able to help.

We rode our new Giant E-bikes all weekend and could not be happier. They are perfect and have opened an entire new world of adventure and exercise for us. You were great to work with.

Nice and polite staff, the issue I had is 4 weeks to change a tire tube on my 9 yr old daughters bike, its a five minute job.Bought it and did it myself.

Bought a bike on consignment here a couple days ago. Great service! Appreciated the time that was taken with us to walk us through the ins and outs of the bike and the kids appreciated the free stickers. Very happy with the purchase and the customer service!

I went there for a bike bag and a tire tube. Staff was timely, helpful and nice enough. If you need a bike repaired immediately check some where else, as they are backed up a month or more. That is probably due to covid though.

Ive done quite a bit of business with this place over the years. Ive bought bikes, had bikes serviced, etc. But they just lost my business by not working with me on a $20 fender. Idiots

Great bike shop in Five MileThe staff is friendly and knowledgeable here. Decent selection of bikes on the floor and they can order if you want something else. Service shop tuned up my old mountain bike in no time. Its shifting great and is fun to ride again. Thanks!

The staff at Bicycle Butler are extremely good listeners. I had NO IDEA what I was getting into when I decided to buy a Mountain Bike. Without their expertise to navigate the myriad of options and find the bike that best fit my abilities as well as my budget I may not have fallen deeply in love with riding! The service package that comes with new bikes is priceless and the owners are top notch! Its my first stop for anything bike related!

The best customer service, I have received in a long time! I showed up with an old mid 90s GT MT bike today. Went in and a young man from the back came out to my pickup and hooked me up with everything I needed with in 10 min. Awesome! The young man was very nice and very helpful. He knew all the dimensions from tires to miscellaneous parts all over the bike. Good Job Guy! He gave me all the advice I needed to get the job done in 30 min; from reverse threading on the left pedal and all. Thanks Bud. And a good job to Bicycle Butler for hiring such a dedicated young man. This was the kid with scrapes on his arm, shows he rides and he’s doing what he likes. Way to go guys! I dont know what store these other reviewers went to. There were lots of people in there and everyone had someone helping them. Ive only been there once before but this is my store now! I have many bikes from BMX to MTB and ride all summer. You definitely got my business.

My sons bike was missing a pedal and they fixed it for free pump the tires and tighten all the bolts these guys were really great

Was totally ignored two days in a row. Then received the wrong part. I accept partial fault since I didnt look before leaving, but I thought they knew bikes when I told them the exact bike and the part I needed. Not only will I never step foot in their door again, I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go there as well. Wheel Sport or Argonne Cycle from now on. At least they dont make me feel like I am bothering them when I am ready to spend a lot of money.
