Stopped in while In town for some bike training. Awesome shop! Extreamly friendly and helpful staff. Had a great time conversing with them. Initially came in just to check out the shop. But ended up buying several things I needed. If you are in the area definitely stop by and check out this great shop.

Thats right! Real customer service. I have been an avid cyclist most of my life and can say this shop goes above and beyond when taking care of you. Another bike is in the near future.

They spent a good chunk of time tuning up my bike and helping find where a mysterious and annoying clicking was coming from on my bike that I bought months ago. After exploring a lot of options, they found and fixed it plus some and charged nothing. Its great to be able to roll up anytime I have a problem and get that kind of attention and service!

The crew working on bikes was great, very impressed with how helpful they were and how quickly they got my bike back to me. Just needed a handle bars wrapped and I had my bike back in less than 24hours. Both times I went in there they were super busy, but they took the time to chat with me about my bike and get it back to me just in time to go for a ride! Definitely will be going back for all my bike needs!

I took my very expensive ebike to get my rotors replaced they told me 35 bucks each side then when i went to pick up my bike the price was dubble the price. they charged me 65 dollars to put a rotor and break on my bike and i spent over 100 dollars for my back rotor and extender that they told me they would put on and then they didnt even put it on . and they put big scratches on my brand new 600 dollar dnm forks and scratch the hell out of my $4,000.00 bike . and didnt even say sorry they also stole my magura brake stopper tools for the pistons that the set comes with

We had an excellent experience! We went to look for a bike chain, and they were already closed. One of the people working there came out and asked us what we needed. He went out of his way to help us, and even sold the part when they were closed. Extraordinary customer service!

Visiting family in Spokane and we decided to rent mountain bikes and try our hand at some trail riding. I planned ahead and rented a truck for our arrival at the airport so we had room to carry people and bikes. The folks at North Division Bicycle Shop couldnt have been nicer and hooked us up with really nice mountain bikes. We assumed we would be getting some well worn bikes given they were rentals but were pleasantly surprised by the top notch bikes we were provided. We googled Riverside State Park Ranger station, took the short drive to the park, paid for the required Discover Pass and had the most memorable experience of our Spokane visit. We were blown away by how nice the park was and trail options from beginner to advanced rider that went for miles. Do yourself a favor if in the Spokane area and give these guys a call for all your bike needs.

First off, This shop has great customer service. I bought a 2010 Trek Fuel EX8. Brenda the manager was helpful and answered my questions and set me up with the right bike for my needs. Brenda was able to get me a price that was very competitive. New out of the box Greg in the service department dialed it right in to my height and weight. I had a warranty issue that came up and Greg got it right in and right back to me the next day. Seemed to be outstanding turn around. I highly recommend Greg and his crew. Thanks guys

Great customer service and friendly staff. The only problem I have with this business is that they advertise one price and then when it comes time to pay and they ring you up, they round the advertised prices up to the nearest dollar. If you buy anything there, check your receipt and make sure they charged you the correct amount.

If you love Trek bicycles, this is your place to shop. VERY helpful, knowledgeable, eager sales staff. I went there for a tune-up and the service department did a great job making suggestions with my mtn. bike.

I honestly dont recall ever conducting business with a friendlier establishment. I was looking around Spokane for a shop to get a couple of tires repaired and went onto the internet and searched. The reviews were good on this shop, but I was still so pleased at the courteous and immediate attention they gave to all their customers. No wonder they are so busy and have been in business so long. I strongly recommend this business.

Went in and received excellent service spoke to someone who helped me pick out the best bike for the type of riding I intend to do in my budget. Honestly was the best recommend place and they showed it. Highly recommend to everyone looking for a bike shop to make your first stop here.

Great facility with an exceptional staff.

Very helpful in selecting my new Trek. Mac was very patient with me in finding the correct fit for my aging physical needs. He took the accessories off of my old Trek and installed them on my new Trek Shift 3 at no extra charge. This included re-calibrating my bike computer because of the difference in wheel sizes. They also have a good selection of helmets and accessories.

This is my go to bike shop in spokane! Prices are great they even have things on sale! Customer service is top of the line. Very positive and willing to teach.

I went in for some inexpensive wheels and tires, as well as advice, and was treated as well as the other customers who were buying a multi thousand dollar bike. Courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Brenda is my go-to person there. An all-around good experience.

They do not have much of a selection of entry level priced bikes (~$500).

Ive gotten into bikes quite a bit in the last 3 years. I have had my road bike into N. Division bike for a couple of tweeks and been really happy with the studs in the repair shop. My prompting for this review is that I just bought a BMX bike for my son. I just got a hand written thank you from the owners. Who does that? Thanks Brenda and Scott. While the staff was friendly and helpful, we had two unhappy experiences. Took two new bikes for tuneups recommended by manufacturers and afterwards we needed to make extra brake adjustments ourselves as the wheels would drag a bit. The worst thing was that on both they didnt seem to get the chain and derailleurs adjusted correctly. On one bike the gears would clunk and then wouldnt stay in gear. We decided to try another shop to fix that one after the other bike N. Division tuned up (which we rode before taking in and it was ok) would not go into gears and ruined our ride that day. We drove it right to N. Division and they were great getting it right in adjusting it again but we had to drive 23 miles one way just for that. Yes, it should have been right the first time for both bikes. So sorry to say we will change our bike shop.
