I am an avid cyclist and I like the selection of bikes and accessories. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They listen to what you have to say and offer real advice without trying to sell you something more than you need. It is good to find an honest and upstanding place to shop.

We always rent bikes here and Im about to take the plunge into a new e-bike. This is where Ill come, Tim and the others are just tremendous folks and make it a pleasure to do anything having to do with bicycles.

The crew working on bikes was great, very impressed with how helpful they were and how quickly they got my bike back to me. Just needed a handle bars wrapped and I had my bike back in less than 24hours. Both times I went in there they were super busy, but they took the time to chat with me about my bike and get it back to me just in time to go for a ride! Definitely will be going back for all my bike needs!

Everybody in the shop was super helpful and friendly. My bike needed some love when I took it in, and it seems to be in much better condition now. I also appreciated that I had given them the go ahead to order some parts to fix something, and after they took a closer look they called and said I should ride it first to see if that was actually necessary. I appreciated that they were actually trying to just fix what was needed, not just rack up the bill. Ill definitely be back. And theyve got a pretty awesome selection of bikes & gear!

Dropped in to find a new and better bike for commuting. The guys made me feel welcomed, asked me what type of bike I was looking for, made sure it was fitted to my height and even let me take a quick spin around the corner to see how I liked the bike that I ended up purchasing. Also asked me if I needed any extra gear on my way out which reminded me that I did need a new front light! I highly recommend this business, they care and know what they’re doing!! This place is the bees knees! I had a goats head pop my tube and they replaced it in a matter of minutes. I also had a tune up a few weeks ago and my bike feels brand new! Im new to biking everywhere and they are consistently so friendly and helpful with all my questions. Long haired guy always gives me fantastic service with a smile and I really appreciate that! (All the guys are great but hes usually who helps me)

The Bike Hub did an excellent job on my bike. I originally went in for a flat tire and spring tune-up. They discovered a couple of other issues that needed repair and they were able to fix quickly and at a reasonable cost. Roger

I used to ride religiously when I was younger, 3-5 miles daily, and on weekends 25+ miles. I had a nasty accident that kept me off a bike for well, the last 15+ years. I finally made the decision to start riding again, with a little encouragement from my lovely wife, and I started looking for a bike. With the Covid-19 “pandemic” (for historical record) I did quite a bit of research online to start, before hitting a shop. I found a Giant 29er that peaked my interest and saw that The Bike Hub had them in stock. I went into the valley location, and spoke with John. Gave him the run down on my interest, and he wasn’t pushy at all. Turns out the downtown location had the bike in stock, so I swung down there to take a peek. This is where the shenanigans started. They knew I was coming, and a vicious and predatory move, had the bike displayed up front so it was the first thing I saw. It’s like they expected me to buy the bike that instant. Well, I did, and that was my plan, but, you get the idea. How dare they know that well! I’m kidding obviously. The gent’s there were super polite, extremely helpful and informative. They were fair with their pricing, patient with my terrible jokes, and made the shopping experience a joy. I will 100% be giving these fellas my business overall, service and accessories included. Great personal service and bike advice.

Came into the shop in the middle of a tour with rear hub issues and the folks at the shop were absolutely fantastic. They were able to fix the bearings in the hub and adjust my derailleur in the same day. Kind and considerate folks and great to talk to. Couldn’t be happier with service.

Just purchased my second bike from Bike Hub. Both high end bikes spending over $17, 000 in total. Bike Hub staff are always so professional and courteous and really know their bikes. I have worked with Tim on both purchases and he can really make it happen to get you the specs that you want. But all the guys at this shop are super from answering silly bike questions to a quick stop by the shop fix a loose bolt fix. HIghly recommend this shop for your biking needs.

I am extremely impressed with Mic and his team at the downtown Bike Hub! Mick got me setup with a tune-up for my bike before this weekends triathlon and was able to get it done in one day! The concierge service was really nice too and it saved me time away from work and having to go downtown from the valley! I highly recommend the Downtown Bike Hub and Kudos to Mic!

New cables and housing mean a bike that shifts like the engineers intended. Smooth and fast is what I wrote after my previous service. Friendly staff and great service is what I would say after my most recent visit for a brake bleed.

Something was wrong with my chain a few months back, so I took it here (it being within walking distance from my apartment). They identified the problem and fixed it right up and got me the cheapest price possible. I will definitely be going here for all my maintenance needs in the future.

I ordered a Giant Defy Advanced from Josh and David got me fit on it. A week later I have 160 miles on it and I couldnt be happier. If you havent been to the downtown store, stop in to see David... He usually turning wrenches... This downtown store has a great small store feeling that just makes you want to hang out. A great ride destination if you want to go downtown. There is a Pub next door... Rocket bakery across the street... Sounds like a cyclists dream... Stop get your bike tuned with a beverage and a donut...lol Ill be back :-)

It was good but didnt like the fact they take all your info in order to sell you an item worth $10. I did not like that.

Went out of their way to make sure my bike was safe to ride when I brought it in for a just a flat, and the prices were favorable. Great service as well.

These guys are awesome and saved my weekend! I busted a hydraulic line on the second trip down, they got me in and fixed immediately!
