Friendly, knowledgeable staff that ride daily so they know what they are talking about and are willing to share their experiences and biking knowledge for their customers. I have been in a number of times and have never had a bad experience. I always learn something and usually have a laugh or two while being educated. It is a great store for all your biking needs!

These guys really do care!Wife and I went to them after we found a child’s bike in a free pile at a garage sale. We just needed a seat for it and we’re gonna give it to a 6 year old who recently lost his mother and father and was taken in by our daughter.Once they realized what we were doing and for whom they were more then willing to help. We left the bike with them as it had more then just a seat issue. Came back the next day and we were told that to get the bike working properly we would be spending 100$. So the bike hub, being honest fair and sympathetic to our situation, donated one of the employees old bikes for our child!We walked out in disbelief and feeling loved. I dont write many reviews, but these guys are GREAT so I wanted to write this review. While the Bike Hub may not be the only place to go in town, it is THE BEST place to go whether you are experienced or inexperienced, looking for your first bike or adding to the collection, kids bikes, big kid bikes or REALLY big kid bikes. I have been to a lot of local bike shops and The Bike Hub is simply amazing. They are knowledgeable, courteous and thorough and do an all around amazing job! The staff (Mark in particular) was very helpful in finding the best bike that fits my needs. The prices are good compared to other places. Mark also made adjustments to the bike so that it was correct for me and even helped me install my bike rack to my car! I also like that the first tune up is free. Visiting from out of town and my mom had a stoke. I had her walker with me but needed to have her brakes adjusted. When can in was greeted by owner John. Inspected the walker and adjusted the breaks. He took care of that walker like it was his parents walker. He saw I wS stressed and wanted to help my family. Much respect.

We came in looking for a bike for my daughter and they were accommodating. They even offered to build the bike that day so we didnt have to make the hour drive back later in the week. I was so impressed. We will be repeat customers.

The guys helped me tune out an issue I was having with my brakes. Didn’t make me wait, or leave the bike and come back later. They just threw it up in the rack, fixed the issue in 5 minutes, giving me pointers, then charged nothing. Just the latest of many good customer experiences here.

Kind, smart, enthusiastic staff — and they are very very good mechanics. I broke my derailleur a month before a big 200 mile bikepacking trip, and they rebuilt everything, converted my bike to a 1-by, and added a wicked great climbing gear. They also fixed brake and shifting weirdness left over from another LBSs service. I really appreciate these folks whole store culture, and Im grateful for them every time I drop into my new granny gear. Thanks thanks!

The staff at the Valley store are amazing! Big shout out to Mark,John, Bryce and Dylan who always help me when I come in. These guys are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My new bike required a couple minor adjustments and each time i stopped in, they took care of it right on the spot. On one occasion, I needed something transferred from another store and they were able to do that for me the same day. I highly recommend The Bike Hub.

Sad news since Im loyal to the Bike Hub, but, brought my bike in for repairs/maintenance 12/15/2020. Having lack of parts in the industry due to the plandemic, I had full understanding this could be a longer than desirable wait. I called 1/23/21 for update and was informed that were still waiting on one part. Great. Called 3/23/21 for another update and was informed I was called on 2/10/21 to let me know it was done. I never received that call according to my call logs (I know calls have a glitch once per year maybe) but had no voicemail either? So one call is all the effort that is given in a 1.5 months to let me know it is ready? Not appreciated since I have had the opportunity to ride since the 10th of Feb. Hope this feedback can help make changes to the procedures that are taken. I travel from Ritzville to stick with the Hub, which coordination/planning for the commute is crucial for efficiency. I dont come to Spokane everyday.

My sons toddler bike was missing a washer and bolt on the front wheel and they fixed it for us for no charge. They checked everything else out for us as well. Very friendly and quick service.

So get this 🙂 I went to this place a couple of times over the years. This summer of 2020 I went in for a replacement for the locking mechanism for the front tire on my speed bike. They didnt have the original one for my bike but three minutes later the gentleman came up to me he handed me a different part that still works. He hand it to me and said here take it. So how rare is it to go in and get something for free. Best bet it probably didnt have price tag on it. So he just handed it to me take it thanks guys for making my summer awesome 😁👍👍

Had an incredible experience with this bike shop. Is definitely the only shop in town I will go to. I have been here multiple times. And had great help and service. However this last time they really went above and beyond. And I didnt have to wait at all. I recommend this place to all my friends.

I purchased my bike a few months ago and my fiancé’s bike last week. We’ve stopped in previously and also rented bikes from them too. Every time we’ve come in, the employees are incredible. My fiancé has some physical disabilities and they didn’t once look at him and question his ability.They gave us top notch service, took their time, helped us grab some extra things we needed, ordered some things and hooked him up with a killer hat and stickers. Ive used the fellas to purchase from and maintain my bikes for years (even at their previous shop before opening the Bike Hub) and have always had immense respect and trust for these skilled and friendly people. Without question, hands down the best place to shop in town for a bike, parts or repairs. Several years ago I purchased a bike from another shop in town so I assumed a new bike was out of my budget therefore I made the mistake of purchasing a used bike on one of the local buy and sale sites in my area (big mistake). I wish I had just taken the time to go in and look at the new bikes at The Bike Hub. I later discovered that The Bike Hub has bikes for every budget. Anyway back to my situation after purchasing the used bike I took it in to get a tune up and was told that there were some serious issues that needed attention, (I will spare you all the details of this long story) so I went ahead and sprung for the repairs and replacement of parts that were needed and the bike is now like new! It seems like the shop is always busy but the individual attention I receive each time I go there is amazing. Thank you to all the staff for making what could have been a giant disaster into an exciting adventure now that they were able to repair my bike so that the ride is enjoyable and not to mention it is now safe to ride!!!!!GREAT JOB! to the Spokane Valley team I very much appreciate your hard work and attention to detail! I contacted Bike Hub through the contact us page on their website after seeing a story about them on the local news. CJ responded with information about a bike I was interested in. The bike was discontinued but he made a recommendation to me and I met with John in their Spokane Valley store.John was extremely helpful and fitted me to the bike, for a test ride. He also provided me with a great overview of all the features of the bike. The whole process was very pleasant and after comparing to another bike, I went with the one that John showed me.

I had stopped in three times to look at mountain bikes, each time I was greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff willing to help me make the best decision for my needs. I did not feel rushed or pressured at anytime. The one critique Id make is i never received a call when my bike was built as promised. I was excited and just stopped in and it was ready ontime.

Great service. Fair prices. Knowledgeable staff. People there do no seem pretentious as some bike shops can be. They also have a great selection of bike brands. They also have a a cashew dispenser which is pretty dope. I rented a bike there and it was tuned up great in all aspects. They also let me borrow a rack for my tiny rental car. Wasnt easy to put on but they made it work! I feel like they went above and beyond to help me out and get me on the trails. So for that I give 5 stars.

Ive long been a fan of the friendly staff and great service I receive from the Bike Hub every time I drop in. I know Ill get a fair price and support a mainstay in Spokane cycling with each dollar spent.On one occasion I drove to the valley store for some parts, but was stuck on a call in my truck. Josh saw me hanging out in the parking lot and came out to hand delivery my goods so that I didnt have to spare any extra time. On another occasion I was in need of some grease for a DIY trainer issue. The store was out, but John kindly put some in a baggie to hold me over, without even asking.Seriously folks, it doesnt get much better than John, Josh and Chris at the helm of this local staple. WOW! I was treated as if I had been going there for years. Truth be told I brought in a bike from a brand they dont sell and asked to be fitted on my road bike. John didnt care and wanted to just make sure I was taken care of. I cant wait till something breaks and I have to go back to spend money with them again. The customer service I received was not good. I went in yesterday to pick up a part I ordered two weeks ago. I was asked to wait for someone to help me when there were two employees who werent currently helping another customer. When I was helped, the employee couldnt locate my part in the back. When he did manage to find my part, he called me from across the store to a different register in a very rude manner and tone. I will never shop here again. Also what bike shop doesnt keep even one front derailleur in stock.

Went to get the inner tubes in our Bob stroller replaced. The price was very reasonable, however we forgot to factor in installation cost and didnt come prepared with enough money. They offered to help us out by only charging us the cost of the inner tubes and install for free!! Awesome shop! Awesome employees! I have wandered into local shops, looking for parts in stock, and I have found that the Hub, always seems to have what I need.They have a no nonsense way of talking to you, which I personally appreciate. Im not chatty, I just want to do business and get back to riding. Great location, always busy.As a thrifty spender (more $$=more adventures), and as a tech, I repair and maintain my fleet, for my wife and kids. I could easily order parts online, but lets face it, this is a community. Ordering online, takes something away. On top of that, it takes time for the parts to show up, and unless your savvy, your probably not getting what you think you ordered.

It was my first experience in a Bike hub. The kid that helped appeared to either embrace a stoner attitude or was stoned. I have been skating biking surfing since the eighties and still appreciate professionalism. Especially if I am going to leave my property. Any way the dude working on the bikes was the exact opposite. Not very customer service oriented. I understand mechanics, even bike mechanics have a skillset and may not always be friendly but a little niceness would have made a difference. I decided to take my bike elsewhere due to these issues and then the Spokane auto mechanic attitude. Here they will rip you off even make you pay for stuff not needed. The gents said I needed around 300 worth of repair counting a tune. The other 4! Shops i went to get a price from did not agree with all the extra charges.

I have purchased several bikes from Chris and take all of my bikes there for service. Both downtown and valley locations offer group rides at least once a week. The guys have gave me the best welcoming, helpful experience in Spokane. I have a Trek Fuel Ex 5, and both gear shifters broke and I went there, I gave them my bike at 1:30 P.M and I got it back at 3:30 same day. They were so helpful and they said that they could only find one for back shifter. So when I got back there they found another one on the front, they went the extra mile for me. Thank you and I really recommend the amazing bike shop/repair store.
