Eric was very informative. He worked with me and showed me all the mattresses he had in the store. I had no problem in choosing one. He explained the policy of the store and the warranty with the mattress. We are trying it out now and it’s a little too firm but we will continue to sleep on it and try to break it in.We did not keep the bed frame. And Eric is supposed to issue us a credit for the frame and for the Gold Service.The delivery was not a very good experience. The two young me that brought the mattress did not want to set it up. They saw that my husband had removed the existing mattress and box springs so they agreed. However, they refused to haul off our old mattress and box springs and we had paid to have this done. I called Eric at Mattress Firm and they refused to talk with him. We were very disappointed with the delivery guys.The warehouse said they would make arrangements today to have our old mattress and box springs picked up today, 7-13-2021. We will see!I would rate the Mattress Firm and Eric with excellence. The delivery team, poor.

We went 45 minutes before closing. And left happy with our new mattress purchase. Our sales associate was Raz. She was amazing! Very educated and made sure we had all the information we needed even after making the sale. She also gave us time to try out all kinds of beds. And we never felt rushed. Also, love that she wore a mask! If you go ask for Raz!

My husband and I cannot say enough about Eric and this location!!! He was so knowledgeable and spent every minute of the two hours we were in there making sure we felt confident in our decision. He truly went above and beyond. He even followed up with us this morning (after our first night with our new bed) to make sure delivery went well and that we enjoyed the sleep! Excellent customer service and couldn’t believe how much I was able to save versus what I would’ve been charged elsewhere!! Eric helped me out, and he was extremely knowledgeable about which mattress would be best for me based off of what problems I was having with my current mattress. I was expecting to pay $800 or over and trying to keep my budget under $1,000, which honestly is ridiculous anyways how expensive mattresses are nowadays. Since I only needed the mattress (already had box springs) and didn’t want the free adjustable base (current sale), he was able to bring the price down from $799 to $575 (before tax)!! Couldn’t believe it!! I definitely recommend Mattress Firm!!

Knowledgeable staff and friendly . It’s been a while since needing to purchase a new mattress and was overwhelmed by all the different types available . Read reviews on brands like Nectar, Purple, standard pillow tops etc.. With the help of the store associate we were able to make a selection of a Mattress that met all of our needs at a price we were comfortable with.

We had a great shopping experience here today. Eric took time to get to know us so he could best meet our needs. The store is clean and has good space to move around. Mattresses are labeled and have a color coding system for firmness. It was so user friendly that even if we didnt have the great associate to answer all our questions, we still could have easily found what we needed.

Update** 12/1/2020They reached out after this post and we were able to return and replace the mattress. Took time to get it but we are thankful they worked with us.Dont buy here. We had a great experience purchasing and with delivery but about 4 months after purchasing a nice mattress set we noticed a sunk spot. It ended up causing my husbands hip to hurt. We rotated the mattress and then I had the spot. At about 6 months Went thru customer service they claimed it was normal. We contacted the seller and they kept promising assistance but never got it. Now there are parts that dig into me. Its been a year since purchase and nothing. We now have an expensive mattress that is worse than our 5 year old mattress we replaced. I repeat do not buy here.

Roz was very helpful in helping us to find the correct mattress for our new home. I was very impressed with the level of sanitation and cleanliness of the facility and was especially enjoying the large variety. We had an awesome experience at the Spring Hill Mattress Firm! They have lots of mattresses in store to test out, which was important to us, we didn’t want to purchase online blindly. We found a daily deal for the mattress we wanted online and they price matched in store. The team helping us in both visits were nice, helpful, knowledgeable and not too pushy.

Just like the other reviews say Raz was trulywas amazing. Raz and her colleague got me the best deal and they helped me save a ton of money. I would recommend to everyone, even people who dont normally buy their mattresses at a mattress store like me. I came in because I was interested in the Purple 3 and I knew it was going to be quite pricey and Raz saw my worry and found me a clearance purple 3 king bed for almost half off and an amazing deal on adjustable base with massage and all the bells and whistles. It seemed like they threw every discount they could at me and I walked out purchasing a king purple 3 bed with nice adjustable base and mattress protector and sheets and pillows all for way way under what I expected to pay. I was truly happy leaving there knowing they gave me the best customer service Ive ever recieved.

Buying the mattress could not have been better, Robert was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store and was able to point us to the right fit. After that nothing was good. We spent over 2k on a mattress that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday between 2-9pm....what a window... well come almost 8pm and I get a call saying the truck broke down and I would not be receiving our mattress that night. The deliver company told me the store already knew and would contact me to set up another date to deliver it. Well I called the store and they had no idea about this problem. They then said they called the deliver crew and was told that they were still making delivers and would try to get ours out that night. They never did. I was then told by the store manager we were on the first stop for Sunday morning. Well at 11am on Sunday I get a call saying it would be between 2-8pm. Well to make a longer story short we did get the bed Sunday after 4pm and after the crew set it up he then told be the mattress had a large numb across it and that it may or may not level out. If it does not then we would need to get a replacement and there is in quotes no telling how long that can take. I called the store and let them know, the only thing I was offered for this mess was a $99 delivery fee taken off. I should have noticed the first red flag when at 7pm the sales man said we were the first customers they had seen all day.. and the only other review on Google so far is from the manager... if $99 off is the best they can do i dont feel I could ever shop there again.
