Very knowledgeable sales staff. After purchase you are in the hands of the manufacturer for delivery information. Expect delays. When the installers come, they are helpful in getting your iPhone paired with the system.

Awesome experience. The wife and I were planning on going by multiple mattress stores we stopped at sleep number first and did not have to go anywhere else. The customer service was so helpful and friendly made our choice very easy.

I do NOT suggest you go purchase a bed from this company. My husband had back surgery and we recently went and ordered a $10,000 bed and were told our bed delivery date was set in stone. Our bed would arrive on this date. 3 weeks from the date of purchase ALREADY. Got a text message yesterday stating our bed was on track for our delivery. And now just opened an email stating our bed was out of stock and when I called now we will not receive our bed until July 10th. We have to wait SIX weeks for a $10,000 bed????? A total of 45 days… great customer service!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I sleep so much better and I wake up feeling good! I love the weekly review of how Ive slept! I highly recommend this bed to everyone!

In store the experience was tops. Two weeks ago we made our purchase. One hour into our delivery window we received a call saying that our freight was lost. Because of our schedules we now have to wait another month for delivery. This is less than desirable. Additionally the sales rep said he would be in contact with us between sale and delivery. I guess with another month to go that is still possible. To be continued

My husband and I bought a 360° c4 bed and it is the best mattress we have ever owned. The salesman was very helpful and patient as we looked for the right one. And they delivered the new mattress to our home and took our old one with them. Super convenient! But this mattress is so comfortable that we cannot wait to go to bed at night. I am a nurse and my husband works 60+ hours a week on his feet so restful sleep is very important to us, and this bed does it!! Very satisfied with our purchase, it was worth every penny.

Probably one of the nicest mattress stores you will ever be in. Very spacious and modern. Looks more like a nice car show room than a typical mattress store! Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the market for a new mattress!

When discussing the delivery of the new mattress, I specifically asked if the old one would be removed. The store manager said Yes. Later, just before the delivery, I got an email saying that Sleep Number will NOT remove the old mattress (even though it was a Sleep Number system). Miscommunication, while possible, is very badly received especially when a direct question was asked and an answer given at the store. Will think hard about my next bedding supplier.
