Absolutely fantastic. The salesperson was really helpful and very patient. We were very indecisive and there was no pressure or rush. She was really friendly. The delivery was really fast, and the delivery guys were fast and courteous. Overall the customer service was excellent. And I love the guarantee. We haven’t had to use it but it was nice not to worry about hating the mattress once we got it home.

I was greeted instantly when I walked in the door. Although it was busy the staff made sure they did not lose sight of me while taking care of other customers. I stated that I would need to come back after thinking over my decision to purchase a mattress and was respectfully reassured, that if I return, they will be there to help. I did return within 24 hours and once again I was treated like a very important customer. Excellent customer service!

Great customer service took care of all needs

We went in to try out a bed we saw advertised online. We already had our mind mostly made up. However, when we arrived to the store we were immediately pleased with the service and knowledge of the sales person. We ended up getting a better mattress, that we like more and saved several hundred dollars! We will definitely go back next time we need a new mattress.

I want to thank Nate from Mattress King. Back in December 2020 we bought a new mattress & ease base from a local store. Though the mattress is good the other company was not willing to work with us to attach the headboard to the footboard. I called Mattress King about the problem & Nate told me hed take care of it and he did. He kept trying to find nail on bed rails and then came all the way down here to Columbia, Tn to deliver and nail the rails on. It has made a tremendous difference to our bed. Were no longer fearful that well get konked on the head if the headboard or footboard fell. We cant thank Nate & Mattress King enough. Youve made us very happy. Marilyn & Calvin Adams

I had a terrible experience with my visit I didnt pay much attention to the reviews until now. This store is very dirty and they are not following the Williamson County Mask Mandate. Shannon was VERY rude so I decided to take my business elsewhere. This place wont last long with this kind of staff!In response to your comment it would be great if the actual owner was responding but I suppose with no customers Shannon has nothing else to do! The owner needs to pull video footage!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Shanny. I hope I spelled it right as it’s hard to read on the paper. She did a great job. Never felt like she was pushy, but knew so much about everything. I want to thank her for being so nice and knowledgeable on things. She also really has a lot of respect for Nate as a owner and her boss. I believe that the mattress I ended up with for my side sleeping is going to work. I am sending my nice Puffy back. It just didn’t work for me and this one seems to be working for me. Bought a new Tempur-Pedic here after researching mattresses for way too long. Really appreciated how helpful the sales person was and actually got to meet the mattress king!

I went in to the location in Spring Hill today and was appalled that the woman working was not wearing a mask. I asked her and she said she didnt believe in it. There are ZERO cleaning protocalls there either. I went to Mattress Firm and spent $5k they had their policies clear on the door about how they clean and that masks were required! Word travels fast and I plan to get it out about Mattress King in Spring Hill!THE RESPONSE YOU LEFT IS COMPLETELY FALSE You know what happened becuase you commented! We have taken it a step further to report this business to the Health Department as you are NOT following Williamson County Mask Mandates. You might learn something to go across the street and see everything on the door that Mattress Firm is doing! We will be adding this to every site in the area to make sure we keep our community safe since you dont care to!

No masks and no sell. Sorry but totally inconsiderate in public place. Sales lady no mask within 2 feet of wife, lady behind desk sent her to wait on us. Never offered to put on mask. Williamson Co, not following guidelines. I debated about posting but read the other reviews and comments. Most were reviews regarding mask and failure to use or maybe offer. I insisted on getting out but unfortunately wife was still being shown by maskless sales lady. I would have never posted but out of curiosity read the previous review. Two of the reviews or bad reviews were mask related. I decided to do mine as well and let you know the total disregard and ignorance of the ladies we encountered were beyond accidental or from lack of knowing due to previous reviews. They didnt care or cared about customers that came in store.I went to Mattress Firm and not one person was in store. Salesman Eric put his mask on before we entered. I told him you will get my business today. 7000 tempur pedic king later and another sell on bedding and second bed.Just a bad experience and from reading the other posts just a total disregard of safety or concern for the public. Looks like a pretty bad policy that is costing business. We are glad since Mattress Firm deliverd next day complete.

My family and I came in this past weekend to browse for a new mattress. When we walked in we were greeted promptly by David and were shown a few mattresses fitting our description. David was incredibly informative, not pushy at all and I truly felt like he cared about our wants more than just making a sale. Shannon was amazing and made the buying process a breeze! The entire experience from the moment we walked in the store was excellent. We were greeted by the store manager, and she asked some general questions about our current bed and what we were looking for.As we tried out all of the beds in the store, we told her what we liked and did not like about each one.We ended up buying a Stearns and Foster by the end of our visit, along with one of the reclining platforms.We did not really intend to buy that day, but at no time during the visit did we feel any pressure to purchase. But since we loved the S&F and knew we would not find anything else that we liked better, we went ahead and made the purchase.Now after two weeks on our new bed, we love it.

The sales lady was very helpful. She listened to my needs and respected my budget. I was able to get a queen mattress and box spring with frame for a reasonable price. I had a tight timeframe to get it delivered and she called the warehouse and worked it out to meet my timeline.

Went and visited the store in Spring Hill after going to all the others in Spring HillShannon was so awesome!!! Didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want, she listen to what we were looking for,suggested to us what would be the best fit for just. no pressure from her, looked around answered all questions (very knowledgeable) Went and looked at the sleep number (STICKER SOCK)Plus all other stores were 2-3 week delivery time. Didn’t get that welcome feeling from other stores. Shannon was so pleasant from the time we walked in and let her know we was shopping around. Again no pressure from her. On our way back from shopping around deciding that doing business with mattress king & Shannon felt right.plus mattress king beat very ones else’s price from $3000-$6000 so yes I have to say they are reasonably priced. Can’t go wrong there the only con I have is the bed isn’t as cool to touch like the one in the store even though it’s the same bed. Not sure if it’s because we have a protector on it then a sheet? We purchased mattress in middle of October. Shannon was terrific. We were going to shop around, but Shannon did not put any pressure on us and she took her time determining our needs and gave us different options. She was up front about all charges, return, and warranty information. Everything was delivered as promise and on time.

We visited the new Spring Hill location recently...best decision ever! We met the Store Manager, Carissa, and she was genuinely interested in helping us find the right mattress for our sleeping needs and our budget. She gave great insight into the construction and composition of the mattresses we were interested in. She never pressured us into a sale but we were so impressed with Carissas knowledge, and Mattress Kings pricing, that we decided to purchase right then and there. My husband and I went into the new store in Spring Hill to purchase a bed for my mother, who is getting ready to go into an assisted living facility. The store manager, Carissa, could NOT have been any more helpful. She took her time with us explaining some of the pros and cons with several different mattresses that would meet my mothers needs. There was no pressure whatsoever but very valuable input. We made a purchase (even though we had planned to go to another place) and are just so glad we came to this store. We bought a mattress here in November. We visited every mattress store in the area and kept coming back to Carissa at Mattress King. Carissa was friendly and informative and very patient as we tried out mattress after mattress until we finally settled on a Serta Icomfort.
