Coming here was an excellent idea. From the moment my fiancée and I walked in, it was a complete difference than the other mom and pop mattress stores we had been to. Although the prices were a little bit higher than the other places, — I’m assuming it was because of the fact that they have the newest mattresses — it was clean, they had a great selection of products, and Bill’s customer service and friendliness was the icing on the cake. He walked us through what the best mattress for us and didn’t try to upsell or pressure us to go over budget. He truly wanted us to find the perfect mattress. I had ordered a mattress online from Mattress firm on April 18. The delivery da😃😃te was scheduled as May 7. On May 4, I received a notification that due to difficulty with vendor I would not receive it until May 27. One of my options was to cancel the order which I did because after moving across country without much of anything,, shopping for a home, furnishings etc. I was tired of sleeping on the sofa I got. I called Springhill Mattress Firm and explained the situation to Bill. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I said I wanted in a mattress. After trying several options twice I selected a Sealy posturpedic hybrid which was on sale for price of a twin and qualified for the free adjustable base! Danny provided us with such great customer service and was very patient with my little one as we tried out beds. Just a bit of background, Im about 7 months pregnant and suffering from sciatica. Danny showed us some of the beds that offer elevations for legs and head as well as vibration/massage. After laying down on one of the beds with the vibration, within 10 minutes, my sciatica was gone! I was completely sold on the mattress and the comfort that it provided being 7 months pregnant. He was also very informative and knowledgeable about the science behind some of the beds, such as the back needed to be straight, your arms should not go numb if you are a side sleeper, etc. I immediately fell in love with the hybrid and the delivery was quick and simple. I have been using my bed DAILY (not just at night but in the day time when I come home for lunch) to elevate my legs and give my back a massage. Thank you Danny for all of your help! Well be coming back to get a mattress for our little one in the future! Highly recommend this place and Highly recommend Danny!

UPDATE:12/3/2018 Although the store experience was great. They neglected to tell me that if my current bed frame was wood, they would not take it. I purchased 2 mattresses and 2 frames which meant i expected 2 mattresses and frames to be removed. The delivery people said they wouldn’t take it and then just left! Horrible customer service as far as delivery goes!12/2/2018 Cassandra was extra helpful! We told her exactly what we were looking for and our price range and she set us up with two bed for the kids that were amazing! She didn’t automatically go to the super expensive one and the deals they are having at this time of year are great! I highly recommend using them!

Mattress firm was the third store that we went to when looking for a mattress and we quickly found out that it should have been the first. Bryan was the associate that helped us and he was awesome. He had extensive knowledge about every mattress, and spent the better part of an hour showing us every bed and their differences. Never once did I feel like a commission to him and he wanted what was best for us, not just his paycheck. I highly recommend this store!
