Great selection of beds however the service was poor and left me disgusted. The salesman was rude and short. I felt as though I was annoying him. I walked in with money to buy a bed and was basically talked out of buying one or that I wasnt of high enough stature. #Snubnosed

We bought new twin mattresses there for our kids a couple of weeks ago. I was able to talk with Jaime ahead of time to tell him what I was looking for, in terms of mattress type and thickness. When I went to the store, he was able to point me directly to the mattresses that met my criteria. Pricing was excellent—far below other retailers, even during Memorial Day sale pricing, and including online-only retailers, like Amazon. The kids love the mattresses. I’ve heard no complaints, which is a rarity.

I had actually gone into HoF a few times before purchasing my mattress. The last time I bought a mattress, I hated it- so I was really worried about spending that kind of money on something and not knowing for sure if it would help my back or allow me to sleep better. The last time I went in, the owner spent a lot of time with me talking about how I slept, what was happening, and what type of bed I already had. He then guided me to a few choices that he thought would fit what I was looking for. Amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend them for your next mattress purchase.

We shopped at 5 different mattress retailers and everybody has nice mattresses and everybody has the cheap stuff. I like to do my research and I take what a company claims about themselves seriously. My husband liked a Serta I comfort here but I owned on before we got married and it was junk. The reason I chose to buy at another store this time is that Home of Foam claims to be the largest family owned mattress retailer in the state of Florida on their website. My research proved that actually Mattress One is the largest family owned mattress retailer with 150 stores in Florida. It may seem petty but it makes me wonder what else isnt true.

Such a great experience! Mattress shopping is tough. They make it easy though and really dumbed it down for me, lol. They had a ton of beds on display. I think they said 70 beds or something crazy like that. I went to Mattress Firm first and they didnt have anywhere near the same amount of selection that I could actually lay down on and try. Their pricing was lower on every mattress that I asked about and had compared to Mattress Firm. I really like the fact too that theyre family owned. I like supporting local business as often as I can. Thank You Home of Foam for the excellent experience I will recommend you to all of my friends and family. PS I got the memory foam mattress and love it!

CLAUDIA, I couldnt agree with you more instead of them ttying to cover up lies to the public?...he was more concerned about defending himself, I also didMy research and have a lot of medical issues after w as it in at his booth for almost 15 min a man finally approached me with a ponytail and made me feel like I was bothering him, now I understand why the 2 other mattress stores that I went to told me, were ever I decide to purchase a bed from just to stay away from flea markets and warehouses now I understand.... he should of not responded to your review like that now I understand lets see how he responds to mine it was the guy with the pony tail, and by the way Im disabled aND it took me 2 hours two leave this review everytime I hit one star it wouldnt let me type ...HMMM

The Home of Foam helped me to sleep deeply again! Highly recommended! Before I stumbled upon the Home of Foam, I had browsed other stores in the area and I quickly noticed a trend: the sales people all seemed so clueless! Few could answer questions more complex than, What does this one cost? and none could answer extensive and detailed questions. The Home of Foam was the 5-star store Id been searching for all along. The mattress selection is infinite--if they dont have it in the store, theyll move heaven and earth to get it for you--and the overall customer service is outstanding. Most impressive of all, the sales staff is highly knowledgable. Even when I posed some of my toughest questions--Whats the depth of the foam in this one? Do you have any mattresses that are all-natural? Which mattress is best for a side-sleeper? How do I decide what firmness is right for me?--there wasnt a question they couldnt answer...and I was really impressed with the patience and expertise of the staff. Last but not least, you cant beat the prices!!!! I even tried firms from out-of-state, and The Home of Foams pricing, quality, and customer service were unmatched. This store sold me a mattress that has retained its original firmness and is natural and comfortable and perfectly suited to me as an individual. Read that last sentence again because its important. In contrast to the other stores out there, the Home of Foam wont treat you like just another one-size-fits-all quick sale. They will treat you like a unique individual with unique sleep needs, and it really makes a difference. Poor customer service, manager doesnt want to work with the costomer to get a bed delivered so I will take my business elsewhere. Id rather sleep on a stack of plywood than buy a bed from this place. I ended up going to Mattress Avenue across the street and they took care of me.His comments below are false.

Just got my Serta iComfort split king set from them (my salesman was named Mike). They had the best deal anywhere. Like other stores they arent allowed by Serta to negotiate on the price (Serta has a price fix rule) but I got for free 2 Serta iScrunch king pillows, a special breathable mattress cover, a set of 1200 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. I was also able to finance it for 3 years interest free (they use GE capital) Hmm....what else? Oh, I got free delivery and set up as well. They are a family owned and run company, so a father and son did my delivery. They were right on time, and did everything perfectly. They even helped me move another bed to a different room, and hauled one to the garage for me with no questions asked. They are a hidden gem. They are inside that outlet mall in the old Wal-Mart building. They have a really nice set up in there. Way better then I expected, and they had a ton of mattresses on display from like every manufacturer. I went to all the chain store as well. I always like to shop around before I buy. Every sales person at the chain stores was rude or high pressure. I cant stand that. Mike was very nice very easy going. Total score with these guys...thanks a bunch The Home of Foam!!!!!
