I purchased two Jiffy Lube $100 e-gift cards through Zebit. The card amounts are easily verified by following simple instructions, yet this location has been unable to correctly honor their own gift card. If that is not enough, they are threatening to have me arrested for non payment/theft and to put a lien against my car. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, Department of Agriculture and consumer services and will be very active contacting their corporate headquarters. First stop tomorrow, State Attorney Office!

The heat shield under my car came unbolted and was making a awful racket, with me over an hour away from home. I went in to see if they’d be willing to just take it off until I could have the dealership fix it. They were happy to do so and didn’t even charge me for their time! I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

Husband went in for a simple oil change. Declined all other services yet they insisted on checking air filter and various other parts. They couldnt figure out how to get the lid back on the air filter and my van came home with a vacuum leak Ive not been able to find. My van whistles at me when I pass by🤣

Quick, friendly, seemed a bit pricey.

Usually do my own oil changes but didnt feel like it this time. Im guessing Hercules lives down in the pits and hes just there to put oil plugs back in for everyone. Mine was partially stripped and my own power tools wouldnt even take it off. Perhaps I should upgrade to commercial grade ones. Looking through the reviews it seems to be an ongoing issue. Cant wait to get my generic response back to call or email :)

Easy in and out oil change. Checked the fluids and tires, and sent me on my way. Did not try to sell me every other part and service known to man!

Soooo slow... Only a couple cars were infront of me and understand having to wait but my god the wait was unbelievable and i ended up leaving.

Service was exceptional slow 2.5 hour wait. Pricey. My truck had greasy handprints all over the hood, wheel wells, doors and handles. Probably my steering wheel as well. Had to wash the truck. I wont be back

Matt and Austin were both extremely helpful, my serpentine belt was broken and they went through extensive measures to help repair my car. Even when I locked my keys in my car. Jonathan spent from open to close trying to repair my car, i also went back and got my oil change and Sean was very thorough when explaining technical terms!

Would have given 5 stars, however one of the screws for air filter was left sitting on top of air filter.

The team was very professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service and attention to detail.

Matt & Austin took care great care of me. Austin was very helpful in figuring out where my oil leak was and came back with what it is and how much was it gonna cost. Matt was was very helpful too, he explained to me what was going on broke it down and a very friendly guy.

The guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. However, jiffy lubes prices are a little high. I can get a synthetic oil change from Walmart for 45 bucks. 100 dollars is more than double that price....

I’ve been taking both my modified 2012 Volkswagen cc & 2011 Hyundai Genesis for years now and they treat me well and always tell me what should be done and what can hold off till next visit. Remy really helps out by telling me what could happen, why it happens, and how bad it is. Great service all around!!

Told me my breaks were at 2% dont even lnKnow what that means, never heard of that. Said my tires could blow at any time and when I went to go get new ones I was told they werent. They did show me how to read my oil stick so Ill give them that. Also on the more expensive side for oil changes. I normally pay 60-80 I was charged 120+ here. Not my favorite place. Also when my drain plug was loose they tried to turn me out instead of checking to see if they could tighten it to begin with(a threading issue) which ended being okay after I pushed with them to check.

They are amazing. They have went above and beyond. They even helped me find my wallet and helped solve every issue I had. HIGHLEY RECOMMENDED!

I had a very frustrating experience. When I arrived there was only 1 car in the stall. I waited for a 1/2 hour before anyone came out to talk to me. He came out & said either he or someone else would be right back to get my info; I waited & ended up leaving totally frustrated. The whole time I was there at least 4or 5 guys were just wondering around. They knew I was there but just didnt seem to care. I will not go back & will find another oil changer who cares about their customers.

They are always quick, but never listen! Every time I go I ask them not to fill the washer fluid because I use RainX. The fill it every time and I have to completely empty it and refill it with RainX. I only continue to go because its a company truck and thats where they tell us to go.

I had a tiny hole in my tire and these guys looked until they found it and could patch it for me! They easily could have given up and tried to upsell me but they were extremely honest and great to deal with. Patched tire was $26!

Wonderful. Great customer service. The mechanic laid out everything for me and gave me quotes on things I didnt even know were wrong with my car, without trying to up-sell me.Very personable and after learning that I was a nightshifter, (receiving service in the morning, after a shift) gave me quick and quality care.10/10 would go again.

My air conditioning was working fine and in fact had been fully checked out and refilled 3 months ago. The technician requested the opportunity to check it out and basically dumped all the coolant in the air conditioning system. As a result of that I am now going to have to spend over $100 at a different company to get it fixed. I will never go to another Jiffy Lube in my life

Went in for a simple oil change. I know they always check everything to let u know what needs attention. Was only told that Toyota recommends this be done at this many miles and that be done at this many miles. Since I bought this car used at 80,000 miles I dont know if those thngs were done prior and they couldnt tell me by looking at the fluid if they needed to be flushed. Then told I needed breaks and tires. Very pricey breaks and tires. was told by Remi they had a financing program I could use and my payments would be $30-40 a month so I told them to go ahead. After all said and done, the bill was $1242.00 with a 148% interest rate and $200.00 a month. Then was overcharged on a flush and he tried to blame someone else. Also had a groupon but was still charged full price. Turning all this into BBB. And will NEVER go back there for anything again

I am NOT happy. I have used this location many times and on my last visit the oil drain plug was stripped out AND driven in so tight it is impossible to remove. In addition the WRONG fuel filter was installed starving the engine for fuel and causing all kinds of codes. Not only that the fuel filter had to be cut out because the fittings were to close together to get the correct tool in to remove the clips because it was NOT the correct part number. Thank you for leaving me stranded 200 miles from home and thank you for the $250 in repairs after I paid good money to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and a fuel filter.

Have gone here for years. Been here twice since COVID and they do such a great job! Everything is done while you wait in your car, checkout is easy and everyone is nice and professional. Prices are fair.

GO ELSEWHERE FOR AN OIL-CHANGE!!!I normally get my F-150 service and maintenance at local Ford dealership, which they are awesome. Since the dealership was booked for the day, I decided to get an oil change done at Jiffy since I had the day off.....bad decision! I was asked which oil change I preferred of several offered. I replied the 5000 mile would be sufficient. I wasnt given any costs on the different pricing levels and assumed the costs would be relatively close in price. I found it odd no paperwork was written up for me to sign with estimate of work order. After work was completed, I was informed cost was $99.00 for a OIL-CHANGE!!! I normally pay $49.00 for oil change and tire rotation at Ford dealership. I was stunned and questioned the cost. Technician said he could offer some help and dropped cost to $79.00 plus cost of filter and an extra quart of oil. I called my dealership to verify their cost and also Goodyear for theirs which was considerable much lower. I unfortunately was at the mercy of Jiffy and paid the amount.I will never ever do business with this company again. I should have been presented with a work order for cost estimate which is my fault I admit for assuming costs would be similar to their competition.

Employees didnt know anything, rude people, poor value for service. over priced customer care was horrible. I was left waiting 35 minutes after service was done to pay.

Ill be honest, it wasnt the fastest service. However I feel they went above and beyond to provide customer service that is un matched. I came in for an oil change and tire repair. We were quoted about 30 minutes wait so we decided to walk to the nearby Subway for lunch. We expected to have a short wait when we returned, but due to lunch scheduling we ended up with a longer wait, which isnt really an issue if you dont have a strict schedule to keep. Unfortunately I did have a bus to catch for my kids, but once the manager, Remy found out he told me he would have someone bring me up to my kids bus stop since my van was still up on the lift. I really appreciated their dedication to their customers and the fact that they truly are locally owned and operated. They care about their customers and even when back ups happen you can count on them to have you on the road one way or another. Kevin went out of his way to bring me to my kids bus stop and even offered to get them a snack on the way. Truly a great shop run by some great people.

Associate Remy was unprofessional and extremely rude. He tried to overcharge me because he did not know how to use a Groupon that the facility offers. Coworkers of his actually apologized and said it is horrible to work for him. I encouraged them to report him to higher management. I will never return to Jiffy Lube again this was my first and last time.

I cant believe how my 80 year old father in law was treated. First and foremost they charged him 24.99 for a plug for his tire and has him wait in the sun for 2 hours. Then they had the audacity to give him an estimate of 968.00 for brakes. He will NOT be returning to this establishment. Buyer beware they are taking advantage of older people.

Try to sell you too much extra accessories. Had put wiper blades on 2 weeks ago and said they mneeded replaced. Really!!

My first time here, everything beyond expectations. Had oil change, tire rotation and other services. Fast, friendly and professional.They greet me from the moment I walked out of my car. Get to the point, answer all my questions, explain all the options. I pick the plan I want, they have my car in right away.All explaining thing done within 5min. My car in and out within 20min. I love it.I’ll update my review a couple months later to see if they did a good job. But so far my first visit was really smooth and I’m impressed. They deserve more recognition!

Had my fuel filters changed out on my diesel truck by them then it took forever for my truck to start was given the option of having my vehicle left in their parking lot overnight or having it towed home was also told that wiring on my fuel system was bad and needed to be replaced I should come back tomorrow and see their mechanic I returned next day only to be told the mechanic knows nothing about how to fix my truck these places are good for oil changes do not take any mechanical advice from them they were dead wrong as to what was wrong with my truck

A simple oil change, I may have seemed a little more attentive to my car, but there is a reason. It’s my car!!! I’ve always changed my own oil. So this being a day where I just didn’t feel like it I stopped in. I brought my own oil and filter, allow you to rotate the tire even though it had just been done. All that aside, it was obvious the cabin filter Needed to be changed.... I had the new one in my seat. Oh really the air filter no way.... really?!? Listen I said an oil change not try to tell me what I already know. I know it’s your job to up sale, but please show some respect and some observance. Yes my headlights are out guess what I can fix it because I already ordered the parts. I asked you to save me some time and change my oil so I didn’t have to do it like I normally do..... hello.... guy comes in and says put my oil in it. Think he doesn’t care about his car and then to act like a certificate makes you more knowledgeable about the car I drive every day. Your not the dealership. Therefore the master mechanic paper on your wall to me states general certification. My brother-in-law in as Mechanical Engineer, my father a mechanic for over 50 years from before Vietnam through it and up till he retired but he still does all his own oil changes and everything himself. We can do everything but electrical. So sorry if I don’t appreciate the way your master mechanic pointed at the wall to say he knew more.... trust me won’t recommend this location though I’ve used plenty Jiffy Lube’s elsewhere, I don’t appreciate the lack of respect I received here. Just because I told you changing my breaks doesn’t mean it’s a hundred percent necessary to change my routers... no I get it a proper one may be that but it you’re not a heavy user of breaks and you watch the routers they can make it through several break pads before really requiring you to change them. It was a statement. Ps tightening the lug nuts by hand means just that.... had to bust them off my self with my own impact 🔧 wrench....Thanks Master Mechanic 👨‍🔧.......

Friendly fast and thorough

Ive called for quotes for years. So my husband who is away a lot to work always has and idea of price ( mostly cause he can do the work himself.) so I can have it done without and issue. Never told I have to bring it in for free inspection service or what not. Just called to get a quote on brake ( something Ive done a few times before for other vehicles ) was told no they had to have the car in for a free inspection. Uh not with Covid-19 that makes no sense it was okay for the last 6 years weve been going there to give a quote over the phone for the different vehicles we have but, when we actually need to not be face to face as much as possible its a no? At least the gentleman was vocally nice over the phone but, still dismissive.

Great customer service. Adviser went over the list of items my car needed and areas thst were good. Waiting time was good. Just a suggestion your coffee bar needs some TLC. 😊

I was told that I needed to get new tires, brake rotor & brake pads. I called AAA & a man came out & looked at my car & said that my car was practically new & better than his own truck! He took pictures of my car & said he was going to go over to Jiffy Lube & confront the manager on my behalf. I know that were in tough times but duping customers into doing unnecessary work is ethically wrong. Being a senior, widow & not very knowledgeable about cars, made me a natural target to dupe. My lube was done quickly & w/o an appt. & I was treated over the top, even given water, but I guess it was the high precursor to set me up. I wont go back to this business.

Some places just have a built in way of having the total cost be 5-10$ more than you expect. This is one of them. If you want a quick oil change for 30 bucks or less, (which should be reasonable in this day and age) go somewhere else.

Got a synthetic oil change, was disappointed to hear the cost over $100 for this service not to mention wait times over 2.5 hours. That was with a $15 off coupon. I cant say Ill return to this place, to expensive for me for what is something I normally do at home anyway.
