Fantastic Job! My iPhone 8s fell off my car and was run over. The screen was destroyed and dialing numbers by itself. I called Luis and he told me hes fixed far worse. Same day he replaced the entire display for $89.+ tax. The cover protected the back and again it looks factory fresh! So happy a $1K phone isnt in a land fill. Thank you, Luis. Highly recommended

I am pretty rough with my phones and I cracked the case. This store has repaired screens on previous phones successfully and at a great price. This time, however, he said he could not replace the screen at a cheaper cost than going with the insurance deductible. I am appreciative of him being honest and upfront about the price. It is hard to find people who put your interest first. REFRESHING TO SEE & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Awesome, Amazing Service!!! They had My charger port part in stock & fixed in under an hour for $35 when Everyone else in town had to order part, or send it out, & wanted my phone for 5-7 days, & $60-$65. I highly recommend this company, even to the other companies that send them out.

I cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S4, so I brought it to Luis at Smart Fix Florida. He told me how it really was; explaining the best and worst case scenario. Luckily, the damage was not too extensive and he was able to fix it within a few hours. I was satisfied with the work and the value of the price; would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of repair with their phone.

Not very happy with my visit at all... I have a Sony Xperia XA Ultra and it has stopped charging... I met up with the owner so he could take a look at it... He claimed everything was okay and he even cleaned out the charger port for me however the phone is still not charging... I followed up with him after speaking to Sony because it is no longer under the warranty so they will not help me even if I want to pay them they are refusing to service my phone... So I called him back to ask him if he could please just take a better look and see if he would be able to assist me and he never got back to me

Theres a reason theyre cheaper than everyone else. Fixed my shattered screen, but now the home button sits loose in the phone almost as if the replacement screen they used was off brand. Not to mention the fact that the screen sometimes doesnt even register touch and goes black periodically, forcing me to reset my phone. This company cuts corners with their cheap replacement screens and shoddy workmanship. If you care at all about having a good job done on a tool you use every day, go somewhere else.

Long story short My wife broke the glass on her iphone so they replaced it. Then a day or 2 later the phone had a dead spot on the phone. Took it back and they didnt know whats wrong with the phone. So we took the phone to att to just get a new one. But the manager said to take it next door have him look at it before we buy I new one. Glad we did he knew exactly what was wrong. Smart fix put a bad part on there. And of course we took the old part back to them but they wont Refund are money back. Do not take your phone here..

It was very fast & very cheap but it definitley was not worth it. First thing I noticed discoloration of the screen & white light spots throughout the screen. That was the first thing. After about a week, the touch screen on my phone would totally wig out and do a bunch of stuff without me touching or simply wouldnt work at all. Its a little over a month later & my phone is glitching and has yellow spots all over it. I wish I would have spent the extra money & went to apple because now Im paying to get my screen fixed yet again because just after the warrantly expired my screen is nearly broken. Coincidence? Spare yourself the trouble.

Fixed my s4 in October the led light no longer appeared, the guy gave me a free screen protector for it, but refused to fix it because he said the screen was a cheap china screen amd wouldnt line up. After that he charged me 175 but orignally told me 130. By thw first week of November the middle of ny screen was unresponsive and i couldnt use it, everything else worked fine.
