I always come to Dr Cell Phone when I have phone issues. They are precessional and Very fast with repairs.! I highly recommend them.

We repaired an iPhone 8 at this location. After the repair, our microphones were never the same. Screen cracked again, poor quality repair, and we took it elsewhere to fix this time. We were told our wire had been cut by whoever did previous repair.Low quality glass on top of not honoring warranty of cut wire disabling the microphone.

These folks replaced my phone screen in under 24 hrs. I called them Friday afternoon and they got the replacement screen by early afternoon the next day. By 3pm the job was done. Great turnaround.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waste of time. Took my iPhone 7 Plus to them to fix a simple cracked screen. Julio said It wouldn’t be a problem. They fixed the screen but somehow wrecked the earpiece! I literally could not use my phone as a phone anymore! Took it back to them, where Julio took a look and tried to fix it. He couldn’t get it to work so instead of replacing the earpiece at a loss (since they are the ones who destroyed it anyways) he put my original cracked screen back on and told me to take it to Apple care and refunded me the money for the screen. So now I’m stuck with a broken screen AND microphone now! Beware of this company! Shady and irresponsible! I will never be going back!

I broke my screen on my iPhone 7 for the first time ever! I had to get it fixed quickly. Dr. Cell Phone in the Woodlands was so fast, 20-25 minutes tops. Dr. Cell Phone was also $20-25 less than the other places close to my home in the same area. The technician was super nice too! I would recommend without hesitation.

All Verizon wanted to do was to upgrade me and sell me the newest and best model phone with all the bells and whistles for close to $1,000. Hugo suggested that I try to find the part on line and bring it in to save money. That was a serious help for me. Definitely come here if you want to make your device last longer and get more money out of it before you actually do have to upgrade for real. With all the planned obsolescence, youll have to eventually, but at least this place in general and Hugo in particular can help you avoid wasting money if possible. Major thumbs up!
