I came in with an issue, a little bull headed, and William V was swift to listen and offer a resolution. I walked out paying less than I had and my issue was resolved. Rare to get that kind of customer service-Absolutely will go out of my way to use this location.

Be careful with this store. They will quote you “sales tax” but will charge you for a screen protector and case and charger. Sales tax on a phone is .825%. I feel Like I’m going into a dealership being scammed. You shouldn’t FORCE anyone to buy accessories

This Verizon store is okay . Was made to wait quite sometime to be attended . They make you wait in a corner like a child, but it’s the norm due to social distancing dictates. Overall, the service was good and they were able to resolve my issue. The wait time killed it .

We had an excellent experience at this Verizon location. Wa_G was very professional and helpful. We purchased a phone and accessories today. He also helped us with some existing devices. Wa_G had a great sense of humor all while remaining courteous. Wa_G explained everything from the devices to billing. We also purchased liquid glass for our screens which he installed. The entire staff was friendly and made it a nice environment for us. Thank you Wa_G!

(Update): thanks to Jeremy the district manager and verizon for reaching out and making this right. Everything that I didn’t need was refunded.Be careful buying here. They add on items to your bill claiming they free or theyre bundled together. At the end theyll sign you up for a redux membership that you never asked for, claiming its part of the activation fees.

An apparent manager by the name of Francisco has been rude so many times. Complete jerk, with arrogance and rudeness to round it out. Did not process my payment properly, after being a creep. Return to see issue on my account, needed to mansplain nonsense to me. The problem was he did the order wrong. John, nice guy, took the time to do the work and resolve the problem. Complete idiot, with arrogance and rudeness to round it out.

I was having trouble with my phone and I own my own business. Customers were telling they could not hear me. I came into the store really anxious to get my phone working. Three guys at the counter and handed my phone to Lilo and he said”here is the problem you are a fan of a football team he didn’t like and they proceeded to harass me. They were all laughing at me and one of the reps said”are you theirKicker? Say what! I was not in the mood for their harassment and ask for my phone back. Lilo would not hand me my phone back and it took them a few minutes to figure out I was serious! I will never go into this store again!’nn

I want to give a HUGE Shout Out to Michael (Mike) at this location and the Store Manager (forgot his name) for helping me jump through several hoops to get me signed up FINALLY! They were both very patient and helpful in every sense of the words. I highly recommend you go and see these guys here at the I45 Location near Louetta Rd. I will definitely be returning if I ever need any additional help. Thank you both again. Keep up the outstanding Customer Service too.

This store has the most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with. We ask them to add names on the account, and did not do it, which caused a major inconvenience over something so simple to the store. Make the drive somewhere else if you want things done properly. They cannot seem to manage to do it right the first time. Ive had numerous occasions with the employees being incompetent. There job cannot be that difficult to continuously make mistakes.

BEWARE of this store!!!!!! They will, manager included, use dishonesty and downright sleazy sales tactics to sell items you do not want/need. And when that fails, they have no problem resorting to basic extortion. See the story below.Went to this store an the direction of Verizon Wireless national customer center. I had, I thought already arranged everything through the call center, and they assured me that all I had to do was go pick up the phone. I get to the store, they find the phone and go through the usual attempt to sell me as many accessories as they can. When I decline the accessories the sales person begins to act like he has no idea about what I had worked out with customer service and stated that they couldnt do anything for me in the store (which, by the way a corporate store). He disappears into the back with the manager, who then comes and tells me he will work a deal with me for the phone if I agree to purchase a $50+ accessories pack. So, I once again had to get on the phone with customer service (who couldnt understand why I was being forced to purchase stuff I didnt want) to get it everything straightened out. All-in-all it took me an hour plus to conduct a transaction that should have taken 15-20 minutes.

Said if I traded my phone in if get half off the one I bought(which was expensive so I complied). I asked several times to made sure the phone I gave was ok cause it was my back up. they said yes and NEVER gave me the half off rebate ended up sending me a 25$ gift card via email that I never received & that I definitely wouldnt have accepted in place of my back up phone that was definitely worth more than 25$. Dont trust what they say they just want your money

I am not happy with that Verizon store. I had a stroke. I went in there and they told me they were going to sell me tablets and they had to be connected. Nobody told me about a two-year commitment. Nobody told me they had to have a telephone line connected to them. As a retired police officer I believe it was deceptive business practices. I tried to get help from the store manager. He declined to take them back on the Extended Stay even though Ive been in the hospital with a stroke. Im trying to close out all my business with Verizon.

This Verizon store used to be very good, but not anymore. I was with Verizon for over 10 years, and paying a very high bill (over $150/month) for only 3 GBs data. I saw the new offer of unlimited for $80 -- this does not include taxes and fees. I wanted a better deal, and after dealing with Verizons customer service online for over an hour and a half, I was given 5 GBs data, and a very tiny reduction of my bill (less than $8/month). I wanted out of the Hum contract which I had had for about 18 months, which they agreed to. Everything was supposed to be noted on my account, and I could go to this store and turn in the Hum equipment. Turns out, NOTHING was noted on my account, and when I went to this store, the so-called manager on duty (very rude and looked like a 16-year old) treated me like an idiot and tried to start all over again with me at square one. I walked out of there and headed to T-Mobile and got the best cellular deal of my life for half of what I was paying with Verizon -- unlimited everything. Me leaving Verizon was not this stores complete fault, they were just the icing on the cake for me to do what was right for me.

I called with a simple question but was placed on hold for 15 mins, I eventually hung up then tried again. I spoke with someone that took my information and said he would call back within the hour, 3 hours later I called him back only to find out he still hadnt looked into my problem. He finally called back 30 mins later with no long term solution yet a quick fix. Ive been with Verizon 15 years and a customer at this store for 10 I think its time to find a new provider; prices keep going up and quality of service is going down!

I went into the store and the guy that helped me, was asking me all these irrelevant questions about how long I was married and just not professional at all. I intended to go into the store to setup my Apple watch, I assumed the guy setup my cellular plan to my watch, but when I went home and tried to text from my watch, I wasn’t able to. I’m now having to talk to Verizon customer service on the phone. Which the lady that I’m talking to informed me that they usually don’t set it up all the way at the store, which the guy did not inform me. Also when I went into the Verizon store, I wanted to buy a case for my Apple Watch, the guy gave me the wrong size when I went back he not only questioned me if I was sure that it wasn’t the right size or not, he made me take my watch off to make sure also.. so he gave me the wrong size case and then it took him like 10 minuets to give me the right size and then when I went home I had noticed that the case wasn’t even in the box.. so I had made 3 trips to that same store and the final time I went in, he wasn’t there. Someone else has helped me and gave me my money back. I’m just not happy at all with the customer service.

I hate this store! I think the guy who helped us before was named David...for some reason, I ALWAYS get this guy!! Hes nice, but hes lazy. My husband told him that his phone charger wouldnt charge his phone, and the guy said it was an easy fix, just do a factory data reset. Well my husband then went on a 2 day trip and still couldnt charge his phone!! The guy didnt appear to want to help us at all. Like I said, hes nice...but hes lazy.

I bought a phone here. Then a tablet. The tablet was never fitted with the correct sim card, so on was never able to connect with the tablet. I work out of town, often in Canada. So running into the store wasnt a option. I called tech support who worked remote, on my tablet. Said I had wrong Sim card from the store. And said I should get getting a rebate going back to March 2018. Said to go into a Verizon store to get new sim card. I went into a Verizon store. Watched as sales people had a tough time figuring out what the proper sim card should be . Was told thier computer was telling them a sim card that wont actually fit in the slot. Was then told buying new tablet is option. Told I could buy a warranty for a tablet that has never worked. Then was told that although the tablet was never used, due to Verizon providing wrong Sim card and tablet wont boot up, that I was on my own. Verizon sold me a tablet knowing it was not usable, they agree to this fact. But nothing they can do to remedy the situation. They wont stand by thier own product. No way would I recommend Verizon. I work too hard for my money, just to have it pissed away like this.

Been a customer of Verizon for years and have never been so disrespected by them. Funny thing was it wasnt the Verizon staff but a security guard who resembles big Shirley from the tv show Martin.She was extremely disrespectful to me and my family after the manager asked us to get our small daughter down from the ipad display in which she was sitting and playing on an ipad. He offered to get a chair for her and we thanked him, then here comes big Shirley out of nowhere demanding us to get our child down.We explained that the issue was resolved and then she further demanded by adding the word now even after the manager retrieved a chair and sat our child in it with the ipad.At this time she looked at me and asked if I had a problem while grabbing onto her gun belt as if to threaten me. I explained to her very calmly that she was being very disrespectful to us. After listening to her talk for another couple of seconds I picked up my family and left as there was really no point in talking to her anymore as it was apparent that our business wasnt wanted.But she couldnt of picked a better time to be so disrespectful as we were about to upgrade/purchase 2 phones (iphone 6 and a note 4) and 2 ipad minis for our children because they were having a sale. Needless to say we left without spending our hard earned money.The sales associate was in the back getting our items for purchase and when he came out we were gone. He came outside as we were all getting into our car to find out what happened. To that guy i appreciate your help up until that point but big shirley needs to learn how to talk to other people especially loyal customers who have been patronizing the same location for years.
