I go here ALL the time, but they got this new worker w long hair and a mustache who apparently doesnt know what hes doing .. come to get my torch refilled as i ALWAYS do even offered to buy the bottle as they didnt have anymore i could buy and not only was he trying to ID me for filling up a TORCH.. he gon tell me they cant do that anymore AFTER THE FACT .. even the manager knows me and always helps me out . Just find it funny because i got id for trying to get my torch filled up but yet my friend came in right after and didnt get id .

Not a bad place to shop. Ive noticed though that some of the items are of poor quality. Not worth the money. And the one female worker is very pushy. Not a fan of that.

The crew here is always friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Their prices are competitive. They have a wide array of things from hookah supplies and vapes to cbd rolling papers.. I wish theyd carry more shisha flavors but other than that I have no other complaints.

The lady didn’t give me a refund on a broken item I bought from them . The owner also refused to refund me my money on a item that I sat out front to check and see if it worked and the lady seen me and admitted to it. I will never do business again here and if you are in Houston please don’t spend your money here, or support a business that is robbing people to get by. I’m so disgusted and the only reason I didn’t go above and beyond was because the poor lady said sorry. Didn’t mean a lot but sure saved their store today.

EZ rollers is the shop I go to the most. I’m a regular so I’ve gotten deals here and there. Employees are all cool, but the one who stands out the most is Mickey! I go in to buy 10 rillos packs regularly and I like to get two of each flavors, five flavors in total. She already knows to grab two of what I say, already has the bag open when I walk in, and she has even trained so many employees how to service me. Amazing shop! One of the best ones in Spring

The girls were the most helpful and the sweetest! Also super knowledgeable! The shop that I normally go to has been out of a lot of stuff, so I saw your shop on goggle, and decided to try you guys. I was pleasantly surprised, and your stock of merchandise is better than the other shop, I didnt catch the guys name who helped me, but he was cool, he said he was from N.O. and had rats, but he was helpful. After our purchase, we realized an item would not work. Even though theres no returns, I called the next day and explained the situation. The employee had the manager call me and he did so very promptly. He was concerned and wanted to be sure we were happy. He didnt have to do that, but he did. Things are fine now and we appreciate the great customer service and concern shown by the staff.

Says the shop is open until 11but on June 18 whoever was working shut down at 10 and looked through the window and refused business that would of taken 5 min. Very inconsiderate and untrue to the posted hours. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
